When two gentlemen came in, the worker told them there was a wait on all of the cookies and seemed to be telling them to not order because it would take so long. She told them one of the cookies that they ordered would take 22 minutes because they were JUST put in the oven. There is no reason why there should be only be ONE cookie flavor ready for customers at a COOKIE shop with over an hour until close left. I waited 10 minutes for my cookie to be so burning hot, right out of the oven that I couldn't even eat it for another 10 minutes. The workers did nothing to make it up either. I have been going to Crave almost weekly for months now and I was very disappointed today.

It was made with banana custard, chocolate hardshell and pieces of Moon pie. Simply said, it was yummy. I've never been a fan of Moon Pies, but this concrete won me over. The staff was friendly and kept their line moving and trust me, they had a line for the majority of the day. Now I just need to get myself to their main location and have a true experience.
