Sad day when your local Sonic is so poorly managed you can't even muster a 2 star review. We've given this store multiple tries hoping it would get better but it hasn't. The lack of customer service is just infuriating. We've waited multiple times for 20+ minutes to receive just drinks! Seriously makes me question what's going on in the kitchen and how this place is ran if they can't even get their drink orders done efficiently. 1 sad star for this Sonic, please corporate Sonic do something! read more

Horrible customer service, they screw up our order somehow or another whenever we go there. We finally decided they are no longer worth the hastle, fries are always old, and burgers burnt, only thing they could manage was the drinks, surprisingly. read more

Awful experience, ordered one drink and one chili cheese fry. After waiting over 10 minutes in the drive thru they asked us to pull forward because their chili was frozen. Instead we asked for our money back. The Sonic employee laughed in our face, got another employee who laughed and asked us to pull up and wait for our food. We again asked for a refund. They got their manager who politely asked if we'd pull into a booth. We did, waited for over 15 minutes and left without our $3. Not a lot of money, but huge disrespect. read more

You pretty much know what to expect from Sonic food. Mediocre, greasy, etc. I don't eat fast food really, so I can't comment on this locations standards but I do love cherry limeades. However, I don't love cherry limeades enough to wait 15 minutes in a drive thru for one. This has to be the slowest Sonic I have ever been to. read more

Worst restaurant experience in my life. My family and I were just starving after a lacrosse game and a two hour drive, we came to the sonic to get food. Firsts off it took ten minutes to get our food which is stupid, secondly our order was completely wrong, third, the food I ordered was ripped apart. Fourth of all my chicken strips were smaller than chicken nuggets, fifth, the food tasted like a**. Sixth, the inside of the building and the workers was disgustingly filthy. First visit was late 11:30 pm and they had placed a garbage can in front of the drive through to ward off customers even though they don't close until midnight. All the workers were hanging out on the tables in front. Second visit I waited 35 minutes to get my food. (1 Burger and a cone). When I got the burger it was actually cold and the ice cream cone was melting all over. Not sure what the hang up was. I did only see one server so maybe understaffed? Every & I mean EVERY stinking time I try to eat at this Sonic there is a problem, this is actually location number 2 that is this type of a mess! The speaker doesn't work at our bay, the speakers don't work in any of the bays, it takes 15 min before I get pissed & leave because nobody is responding to our button pushing, If we do happen to get a response, the person on the other end mumbles at light speed & we can't hear or understand them! This place is just awful. Today sealed it. I will not go back to this location EVER again. What a ridiculous amount of nonsense every single time! Get it together Sonic! Not sure why businesses advertise items they don't have. This sonic has a huge sign with an advertisement for a new ice cream treat but that starts tomorrow. The sign doesn't reflect that it's coming soon. I would have to agree with the majority of other reviews for this sonic location; poor customer service. When I ordered this new ice cream treat it was as if I were the crazy one. Like duh....don't you know that isn't available until tomorrow. We went here for the text deal of $.50 corn dogs. Nowhere in any of the text or redeeming page does it have a limit states. We could only order 5 corn dogs. This is the absolute worst Sonic in America! The people don't want to work, and make up excuses as to why they can't serve you. I would give negative stars if I could. It is very rare to get "fast food" here. Every single time I'm in line a minimum of 15 minutes! No joke. This time, I've been waiting just under half hour just to end up switching from drive in spot to drive thru to finally have my order taken. First of all, the guy at the drive in wasn't paying any attention to our order, made evident by his incessant "what?" And "so what size?" Questions even though we were very clear twice... then we show him the coupon we have and he acts all out-out with us for having one. Does our saving $4 affect you one iota? Then (after he has redeemed our digital coupon) tells us we can't use it because we didn't tell him BEFORE we placed the order. Even if we had, he wouldn't have been paying enough attention to make a difference. He said "you can't use this this time, you'll just have to pay the 9.85". That's just not how to talk to a customer, in general... After I assert myself and point out that he has already redeemed my one-time-use coupon, he lets it go and finally allows the use of the coupon, begrudgingly. The only reason I'm giving this store 4 stars is because the lack of staff. The staff who were there were incredibly friendly and didn't let their stress ruin their work ethic with how busy they were. The lady who took my order was running the store as well and she was amazing! This girl needs a raise totally!!!! She rocked it with her and the other 2 employees in the store! Everything pops up on the screen and it's correct. I pay they bring my order nothing is right and somehow I still have to pay more for their mistakes. After receiving all the food, finally, they come back out and tell me I haven't paid... I checked with my bank it was taken out.
