It came straight out the tap and my mouth was watering waiting for it. Just didn't taste good, maybe my expectations were too high. The cheeseburger was the size of a McDonald's cheeseburger. It wasn't horrible but I was expecting something to sink my teeth into. It was just simply "ok". The French fries were the highlight. Hit, crispy, yummy. That's the best part of the meal. The atmosphere is like a diner and I was met with a very nice young man who greeted me and pleasant. The service was quick. They had Christmas music playing and I was about to read a book while enjoying my meal as I as the only one there but shortly after I sat down a guy came in and chatted away on his cellphone which was on speaker (no etiquette dude!). I don't feel the price tag matches the meal I ate. But kudos to the hospitality!

Also, the onion rings are good, but I am a value seeker and can get a hamburger or other entree with meat for $2-$3 less. Paige's has now become one of our Dunnellon stops when in the area.

Started with the gator bite that was meaty and not gamey, one of the best tasting gators I've had in Florida. We then tried the frog legs and fish tacos, both were portioned generously with lots of meat. The live music added a nice touch to the vibe of a dockside experience on a Saturday night. Don't expect anything fancy, you may be sharing your meal with a few harmless spiders on the ceiling but they are there to catch the bugs. Wait staff were super friendly and quick to serve.
