Food is amazing!! Good portions, meat lovers only is the best. Small place but super nice and air-conditioned and they make great food. You'll love it here don't pass it up for a good home cooked meal.

Crofton and Sandy were so nice. Great place Great service. Great people. We came for breakfast dinner sounds good. They have all you can eat fish as well.

    a long table and chairs

Very cute cafe, the owners are so so sweet and personable. The food is a good price for the portion you get and the owner says there is vegetarian options too:) The food came out very quickly and was delicious, veggie omelet was amazing and so was the rye bread and potatoes! We will definitely be coming back!:)

Papadum is made from red lentil flour and is gluten free too. Great flavor!

The cucumber lemonade is a really refreshing non- alcoholic drink, and I really loved it. The Fromage & and Fruit Board is a truest incredible mix of fruit, nuts, cheese, and even chocolate. This spot has always held great memories for all of us, whether together or separately, and we were hoping it would still feel the same. It absolutely did. Since it was a Monday night, it was nicely relaxed--not too crowded--and the atmosphere couldn't have been better. We grabbed a table right by the bar in the open-air section, and everything about it was just perfect. The weather cooperated (low humidity for the win!), and the setting felt like a little tropical escape. Between the pergola, Bimini-style covers, and all the lush greenery, it honestly felt like dining in a beautiful garden. Our server was fantastic--patient, attentive, and genuinely kind--even as we got caught up in nonstop conversation and took our time ordering. Never once felt rushed, which made the night even more enjoyable. When we finally ordered, the food did not disappoint. Everything came out fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. There are so many great options on the menu that everyone at the table left happy (and already talking about what to try next time). It's rare to find a place that delivers consistently on atmosphere, service, and food--but this one still does. So glad we chose it for such a meaningful night. We'll definitely be back.

The hotel is very nice and the dining room is open and bright. There were a lot of options for things to eat and a wonderful carving station with roast beef. There was also an omelette station and plenty of charcuterie, fruit, and pastry selections. The meal also included endless mimosas. The staff was very attentive and was quick to refill drinks and take away finished plates. I will say that I was a little surprised at the price of $39, for a once, every so often experience, though, it was worth the price as we were celebrating a birthday.

Had the pleasant surprise of a great live jazz singer, too. Why I gave this a rating of 3 stars is because the food is underwhelming, especially for the price. It lacks flavor. We kept needing to added spices or condiments and also some of the options didn't make sense for a holistic dining experience (e.g. where is the bagels and cream cheese to go with the lox, onions, etc spread? Or why not a vegetable to go with the fried chicken instead of two starches?). It's a nice try on the Hilton's part but unfortunately it's a miss and we won't try this experience again.

The ambiance was inviting, stylish, and felt like the perfect setting for a weekend experience with friends. The food overall was good. The shrimp and grits were definitely the highlight for me full of flavor and well done. The steak, however, wasn't my favorite and didn't quite hit the mark. The fruit bowl was exactly that fruit in a bowl nothing special but fresh. The banana pudding was delicious and a sweet way to end the meal. The service was a bit inconsistent, which I believe was due to the waitress being very busy. There were a few moments where we waited longer than expected for menus, straws, or even water. While noticeable, it didn't completely take away from the experience and felt more like a staffing issue than a lack of care. Overall, I would absolutely return for brunch with friends. The atmosphere alone makes it worth another visit, and with the right company, it's a great spot to enjoy a relaxed and beautiful brunch experience.

For appetizers, we tried the coconut shrimp, Table tots, spinach dip, and charcuterie. Everything was fantastic except the shrimp, which were a bit overcooked. The rest of the starters were flavorful and well prepared. Most of our group ordered the NY strip since they were out of the filet, while others chose the meatloaf, mushroom pasta, and a few other dishes. Portions were generous and the food was tasty. While the strip wasn't the best I've had, it was cooked perfectly. Dessert was a bit hit or miss. We tried all the pies -- most were decent and nicely presented, though nothing stood out. The salted caramel cheesecake had a grainy texture rather than being smooth. Service was friendly, but a little rushed. Courses came out too quickly, making it hard to enjoy each one before the next arrived. The table became crowded with plates, and the pace felt chaotic at times. The server was kind and seemed possibly overwhelmed. Overall, a good meal with solid food, but pacing and a few execution details could use some attention.

I had a lavender iced latte which was pretty good! I was hoping to try the blueberry pancakes one but they were out of the flavors to make it, and also out of the toasted marshmallow flavor so I couldn't try the toasted root beer. So a little sad over that, but the lavender latte was still an absolute win. Plus it was out to me super fast! I also tried a homemade pop tart. That was also really good. I was expecting preserves or similar for the filling though and it wasn't. It was like a strawberry cream cheese filling. Which was good! Just doesn't scream "poptart" to me. The service here is absolutely top tier tho, with no "buts". It's definitely a hometown mom and pop type place and really seems like they care about their community and the employees care about being there. I'll definitely be back. Haile Plantation, where the bistro is located has narrow, tree lined streets and has a calming effect on your soul. My folks and I stopped there after our first choice was closed because of staffing problems and bit am I glad they were! We sat outside on the patio and even though is was a chilly day, we were protected from the wind and were very comfortable. My Order I have completely forgotten what my mother and father ordered because I was blow away by mine! I had the Bacon Jam Burger which is cooked to order beef patty with cheddar cheese, fried green tomatoes, bacon, and topped with their bacon jam. With the burger you get your choice of cole slaw, potato salad, or fires. I ordered the fries as you can see in the picture but in hindsight, I think I should have gone with the cole slaw. The bistro wasn't too terribly busy but there was only on server, waiting on tables and believe me she was getting a work out! Nonetheless, our order was taken quickly and our food was delivered in record time. My burger was cooked exactly as I asked and was amazing. I do have to say the bacon wasn't exactly jam like but still great! The fries were goo though severely lacking in quantity. Overall, lunch was a roaring success! Desert I am not normally a desert person. I find deserts at most restaurants dull and boring. The deserts at Haile Village Bistro however, looked amazing and weren't your run of the mill deserts. They make all of their deserts in house and it shows. I had a slice of this lemon bar - cheese cake - heaven in a bite desert. It was worth every extra mile I would walk the next morning!
