Hi! There was absolutely nothing wrong the issue at hand except the poor service. We ordered two drinks waited the usual time got brought the wrong order, absolutely no biggie. Told the nice lady that wasn't our order she said it for our stahl but I told her again it wasn't what we ordered. Time went on and we never got our drinks so I rung the button again and this lady answered, gave us attitude and cut me off. All I had said was "hey checking to see if we are still good on our original order we got brought the wrong order then - " cut me off and gave me such a sour nasty delivered "it'll be out when it's done." and hung up. I was just going to add to the end of my sentence "that the screen turned off and it's no biggie or rush". I left a review three years ago and still the service is horrible. I don't understand why everyone has an attitude everytime I go! The staff so unbelievably negative at the fact I'm even there for food. The girl is just rude and snippy, the guy won't even talk or look at you while basically shoving the food at you. 0/10 would not recommend this sonic. Online hours show they are open until midnight. Placed an online order at 10:30pm. Lights are on in the building and employees are inside. After about 5 min, an employee walks out and hands us a receipt saying their kitchen is closed and they are out of the two drinks that we ordered so they refunded the whole order. We drive away disappointed, and then look at the receipt and see we were only refunded partially for the order. Terrible experience. Online hours should be updated if they truly close earlier/the app should not let you place an order if so. Very poor customer service as well. :( read more

I took the family to sonic for dinner and slushees. I placed our $25 plus order and got out to wash my hands. A worker informed me the bathrooms were closed to customers. (In my opinion many places save money by closing the bathrooms and blame it on covid, but aside from that...) I told him I just need to wash my hands after being horseback. He told me their policy was the bathrooms were only open for employees and besides that they were pretty disgusting. I said a good establishment should have facilities open for customers. Not sure why half the stations are closed. First guess was they didn't update the menu prices. They not only charged me more going through the drive through the first time eating here, but charged me for five pieces of chicken and only got three. I have to admit that I usually only eat at sonic for the tots and cherry limeades. Not sure if it's just this sonic or if the sonic franchise got a better supplier for chicken, but they were actually good and moist(not the usual dry) here. Tried 2 other times to eat there making my guess the stations are closed due to understaffing. I left after waiting too long for a response. I did end up going through the drive through one more time. Due to the long line I just quickly checked that there was more than three pieces of chicken. Ended up to be just four! And no onion ring. i ordered my food at the drive up stall and their machine wouldn't take my card. I've needed a new card and this has happened before so I handed them my card to run inside. Their indoor card machine rejected my worn out card so I gave them a newer one from another bank and they said their machine rejected it too. I have money in both accounts. I asked for a manager and they wouldn't come out to talk to me. I had to give back all my food including the hamburger my four year old granddaughter was already eating. Most of their stalls are broken. Now apparently their indoor card reader is too. I went directly to my bank and my card was active and working. I got cash and went to Wendy's instead. Pretty meh, but it's fast and they definitely have good deals on slushes everyday. I only come to Sonic when I want a corn dog (and last time they weren't as good as I remembered), but this time around they were having a BOGO for boneless chicken wings. We ordered the sweet Asian flavor and the habanero. They were both pretty good but the habanero was so spicy it made me hiccup! The presentation left something to be desired: there was sauce all over the bag :( Sonic is ahead of the game for breakfast though; the burritos are pretty good and they serve their entire menu all day. Worst Sonic I have ever been to in my life. Me and my friend both ordered blasts. I ordered mine with chocolate ice cream, Reese's, and Snickers. When I got it, there was candy sprinkled on top but the ice cream was vanilla. After inquiring I was told that they only have vanilla. Not sure why the drive thru lady didn't tell me this. She said okay when I said chocolate so clearly she knew I wanted chocolate. Anyhow, there was no Reese's or snickers in the blast. It was essentially a cup of vanilla ice cream with a few candy sprinting's on top. My friend's blast has no butterfinger mixed in either. She too just had a few sprinklings on top. I ordered a strawberry sweet tea and had only a couple of sips until it was empty. I looked inside my cup and it was 80% filled with ice. I asked politely for a refill. The person I was speaking to said that's how their strawberry sweet tea are sold, they told me to by another one. I did not enjoy this service and the type of service I've received. I am not sure if all Sonic's are this bad but the Durango Sonic is pathetic!!! All I wanted was a breakfast burrito (with NO meat) and a soda. The first time they gave me an Ultimate burrito no meat PLUS sausage and charged me an extra $1.39! Why would anyone order a meat burrito with no meat and then pay extra to add back in the sausage??!! I made another trip back to get what I ordered. The lady manager was apologetic and brought me a replacement burrito. I should have checked it before I went all the way back home, but really didn't expect another problem. When I asked my boyfriend if we should give this sonic one or two stars, he had a bewildered look on his face and said "Two?!?!?". When we finally got to order, we were told they didn't have brownies to make a shake, so we ordered our food and a banana shake. About fifteen minutes goes by and a girl comes out and tells us they don't have banana, we get a chocolate chips ahoy instead. Ten minutes and they bring our food, a vanilla shake???, and tell us they'll be back with our water and other drink. When she brings back our other drinks, we let her know our shake is wrong, she stumbles on her words and tells us to "just wait". Twenty minutes later we push the red button again requesting our shake. I started writing this review about five minutes later. It's been thirteen minutes. Think I've given up on my local Sonic. I've tried giving them anther chance but now realize it's one chance too many. Took my kids here for a treat and what they have us was horrible especiallyafter waiting 20 minutes for it, We ordered a natural lemonade, real strawberry slush, and a mini oreo blast. One strawberry slush wasn't even mixed ( strawberry mix in the middle, white ice surrounding it) and the mini oreo blast had a giant hole in the middle. No whipped cream or candy on top like it normally does. Disappointed. This place used to be good but now... no.
