Good fast food. Good staff. I don't come here often, mainly because their tasty beverages are too sugary to resist! I'm talking to you, tangy Limeade! This time I had their crispy chicken sandwich and it really is super-crispy! It tastes good, though not overly juicy, and it's bigger than the bun, though kind-of thin. The peach-watermelon refresher has a nice flavor and is not too sweet, only 80cal. I gotta say every time I come here, there's some minor flaw. This time, the drive-in booth microphones did not work, but to balance that, the friendly staff came out to meet each car to take the order. The online check-in using the app apparently didn't work, either. I requested several free sauces to taste, but those were missing from my order. And It's annoying that Sonic is one if those that puts only the total on the drive-through receipt, and doesn't list the prices of the individual items. The food was good. This location has really gone downhill. We've been fans of Sonic's in general for a while and this one has seen better days. The last three visits we've made, stall 5 has been out of order. I believe that staff park in some stalls. While many may use the drive thru, I prefer the stalls and these factors make use challenging. Add to that stalls 1 and 3 are for mobile orders but the app doesn't accept those? Or maybe it wasn't accepting any stalls today as they all looked blank. The wife and I got small blasts, her - Oreo, me - Heath. Both were 90% soft serve. Mine was like 2 old Heath minis from two Halloweens ago were crushed. The worst blast I've had. Finally got in and it took about 15 minutes to get our order which should have been ready. Friday stopped to get a pick up order for our parents. Curbside notification was not working. 25 minutes drive through wait 6/18/2026, while waiting saw 5-6 other cars pull out of line in that time. They are losing business due to the appallingly slow service. Meanwhile, the inside dining room and register are closed to the public so all throughput is funned through the drive through, inescapable once your at the menus. Hire some more staff, fix your kiosks, and at the very least open the dining room so people don't get trapped in an overcrowded drive through! read more

The absolute WORST customer service experience I have ever had. We ordered online through the app, and they claimed they never received it (probably because they were all eating and on their phones) once they finally saw our order they started making our food. The food was over cooked, and didn't even fill the container. They also made our drink wrong and refused to remake it. Meanwhile, spit is HANGING out of their mouths as they are giving us agressive attitudes. We then tried to order through the drive thru, and once again, they had attitudes. This place has the worst service I have ever encountered. One time I went here and ordered mozzarella sticks, and my friend got a water. The water was like 4 dollars because it was bottled, which is crazy expensive even in this economy. The Young Lady that took our order must have turrets because once we gave her the order she blurted out Frozen. Wasn't sure what she meant so asked her to repeat it and she said never mind. The Limeade always SLAPS and this location was no different from any of the others I've visited along the east coast. The food was out more quickly than we anticipated. And it was beyond amazing to feel NORMAL as we "sat" at a restaurant during quarantine. Definitely worth the drive from near and far in the midst of a pandemic. read more

Where do I start!? I ordered a jr. burger. The menu wasn't clear. The woman asked do you want a kids meal? I said yes, the Jr. burger is on the kids meal. She asked about a drink. I said I really just want the jr. burger. She said, "well, that's what I ax you." She said nothing else, never gave me the amount so I pulled forward. The drive through line was S L O W. I saw multiple exchanges both ways of bags and drinks between a car in front of me and the drive through window. Took a painfully long time for that car to get their order and drive away. When I finally got to the window, the man STILL didn't tell me what I owed, so I just handed him a $10 bill. A couple of minutes went by. He came back without my change and confirmed that I wanted the jr burger. I said yes. They he brought my change and dropped some of the coins between the window and my car. I said - never mind, don't worry about it. Then he handed me the bag and I pulled away. Imagine my surprise when I unwrapped the burger and found a dry bun and a patty. If it's Sunday and Wendy's won't deliver, than Sonic isn't a bad bet. The burger had a decent size to it, and even though they went a bit heavy on the Mayo, I still enjoyed it. Have been coming here for a few months, and hadn't had a problem until today. Today (when I started writing review) is monday, and right now Sonic is having a monday wing special. So we're like damn, 48 wings for 16 bucks is not a bad deal at all. Now we pull into the drive in, and we actually took time to read the advertisement that stated for orders of 12 pcs or 24 pcs you could get up to 2 flavors per order. So we push the button for service and the guy comes on. We tell him we'd like the buy one get one deal, and that we want a 24 pc box half asian style, and half garlic parm. He rings is up for 24 asian and 24 garlic parm. I try again to explain it to him, but he's just not getting it, and since he doesn't seem to understand, he tries to tell me that i cannot have a 24 pc order with 2 flavors per the promotion. Meanwhile the promotion keeps popping up on the menu screen stating the opposite. So we tell him we'll get back to him in a second, and we talk it over. We hit the button again a few minutes later, and then we get a young lady, and the saga continues... All I wanted was (2) 24 pcs wings with (2) flavors per box 48 wings total. What i end up with is (2) 24pcs with (1) flavor per box, and (2) 6 pcs for my kids, plus a bunch of sides. So I'm sitting here waiting on my order, and again I see it clear as day "up to 2 flavors per order for 12 or 24 pcs." I'm with my lady and our family, and she understands that I can be hot headed, and she too at this point would just like to order what we wanted, and not what we got. So I proceed to leave car and walk into the store, but she stops me and says she will go. Knowing that I tend to blow things out of proportion when I'm getting annoyed, and she leaves and goes in. When she comes out she's got our order. She wasn't happy about howbthings went when she told the cashier about her issue, but at least we could leave, and we had what we came for. We get home with our food, and sit down to eat. I open up the bag, and wouldn't you know. Our order was the way we asked for it, but they gave us the wrong flavors. The worst part is when you go 20 minutes out of your way to go to a place, and you get home and they muck your order up, and only put a pinch of nerds in your slush drink...smh. read more
