Honestly I stay away from sonics food but I have been here twice for slushies and both times they were friendly and fast.

Although the slushies were good, the rest of the food was PITIFUL. (Except the tater tots) My chicken looked like it was cooked for over 100 years. My brother ordered mozzarella sticks, and got cinnamon sticks. No cheese, just cinnamon and bread. He also ordered a burger and it was literally 90% lettuce. Sonic used to be magical. I remember pulling up to full stalls in highschool after a football game. I remember music blaring over outside speakers. I know this sonic has 2 stars, HOWEVER we came from Pensacola otw home and Veronica and the two other people in the kitchen prepared our very large order perfectly and within 15 mins. For a location being so short-staffed, they are doing a stand-up job!!! The bride wanted sonic really bad and her breakfast burrito was perfection We are very happy!!! Took 30 minutes for a chili cheese Coney. I even walked in to see what was taking so long. Didn't matter. Literally the worst

Awful. Used mobile order. Got there checked in. Waited 10 min. Rang the red button and the lady wasn't exactly super helpful telling me they didn't have an order under my name and that I was wrong to ring the button. Then from somewhere inside I could hear a "I have a Jackson right here". Then the lady who wasn't exactly super nice, did a complete 180 and said "hahaha sorry bout that it seems it's right here, it'll be out in just a min". I waited another 10 min. As soon as I was about to just go in and ask for a refund the walked out with my shake. (Btw it was a small chocolate and strawberry shake for my sisters, so wasn't a big thing I don't think) Well the lady walks out very apologetic and gives me my shakes. (My sister and I had been there the day before to get a shake but hers spilled on the way home, completely my fault. So I offered to get her one today. Well mine from the day before was nothing more than milk and peanut butter syrup. So I didn't have any of it.) When she hands me my shakes I see that it's the same condition as the day before. Nothing more than milk and syrup. I apologize and say "I don't mean to be a pain but these don't seem to really be milk shakes." She apologized and seemed to want to fix it so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I waited another 10 min. At this point it's been 30 min and I just want to get home. It's like 100 degrees out and hot as hell. The last 10 min while I was waiting tho, you can see everyone inside on their phones and laughing. They kept looking out the window at my truck and tapping the glass laughing. So idk what I might have done to be so funny, but I didn't really appreciate it. It took me 30 min to get my Small Shakes. No apology when she brought it out after that long. No nothing, this isn't the first time stuff like this has happened. But it will be the last time I visit this location. This continues to be a theme with Fairhope fast food. They are slow, get orders wrong and just don't care. At our most recent visit we waited 5 minutes trying to get someone to take our order in the drive thru before we just left. Close it down or change the entire staff. Won't be back. read more

The experience in the drive-thru line is consistently bad. I live near this business and have tried my best to cut this place some slack. But I've given up. Go elsewhere unless you have half a day to wait in line and then encounter surly employees when you get to the window. read more

Their service is like a roller coaster. For a few weeks it will be excellent and then everything seems to fall apart. We live in Fairhope but have decided it's better to go to the Sonic in Daphne or Spanish Fort for consistent good service. read more

Night shift is great. I go there after work a lot. The night manager Liz seems to be a badass as she knows how to handle the rowdy boys at night that hangout in their trucks. My order has never been wrong on night shift. Morning shift ive gotten wrong orders and raw chicken before for my tenders HOWEVER my morning shift coworkers go there a lot and dont seem to have many problems. I don't even want to give this place 1 star. The people that work here are disrespectful. ESPECIALLY the manager Liz. She was awful, disrespectful, hateful, and any other word that sounds better than just calling her a bitch. (And she's not the only employee I've had to deal with attitude from.) I am a regular at this location. I come 4-5 a week, even if it's just for happy hour. This sonic is the only fast food place open after I get off, so when I sit at at drive thru microphone waiting for someone to take my order, I get a little annoyed. Even more so when I pull up to the window to see if they know I was there, only to get "yeah, the car sensor works. What do you want?" None of them wear masks, and if they do, it's not properly. The food usually tastes like it's been sitting under a heating lamp for hours and never freshly made. The blasts are never fully mixed, it's just a cup of ice cream with toppings on it. I hate this Sonic. I used to be a skating carhop at the Sonic in Saraland, so I'm not just being a Karen. My friend and I went to sonic like we always do and never have a problem but tonight was not the same story. We pulled into the drive through like normal human beings, minding our own business and not speeding. We started approaching the window and through the door we noticed the staff pointing at us (there was no one behind us so we knew they were pointing at us) but we didn't pay much attention to it. We got up to the window and we're immediately accused by the manager, Elizabeth, of speeding through the drive through and being a hazard to the carhops. It's a sonic. And it's great! Go for happy hour from 2-4 for half price drinks. The staff has always been very quick and very nice!
