She deserves to be recognized for always busting her tail each time we stop through shes sweet and very much caring for us customers. I have many complaints about this Sonic, but today we went for ice cream and I ordered a TURTLE TRUFFLE NUT blast. What I got was a TOFFEE BITS & little chocolate (cheap & nasty) candies with what -might- have been a caramel falvoring. Turtle; chocolate, caramel, & pecans. Truffle; dense, silky smooth chocolate. Nut; Obviously, nuts (was hoping for pecans to go with the 'turtle'). WHY WAS THERE NASTY ASSED TOFFEE BITS???? Restaurant was not answering the call button so we ordered and paid online. When we did not receive our food I went inside to inquire about our order, only to be told to leave the restaurant. Sonic's corporate customer service has not refunded our money after contacting them multiple times. Sonic used to be a great place to eat but evidently not any more. read more

I ordered a cheeseburger with everything on it with no cheese, which was great a large onion ring which was not large and they're overcooked sweet tea with extra ice, which is not sweet. Came here after a very poor experience at another restaurant looking to get some ice cream for the family. Andrew was very friendly and went above and beyond to make an item for us that wasn't technically on the menu. We had been trying to get a freeze (soda and ice cream blended together) at DQ. I had lunch there on March 26th, Around 12:30 PM. There was no rush, because it's Florence, there's never a rush here. I ordered on the app, couldn't check in on the app because the location was lagging, so I checked in by pressing the red order button in the stall. The person speaking to me had an attitude--not the point but worth mentioning... I ordered five chicken strips, five mozzarella cheese sticks, and a small Turtle blast. They did not give me any dipping sauce for the chicken, they did not give me the standard dipping sauce for the mozzarella cheese sticks, they did not mix the blast for whatever reason, and they did not give me a spoon for the blast. I never have to ask for these things, as it is always in the bag, so I didn't this time either. I spent $20 for this meal--tiny chicken strips, cheese sticks, and a small blast. I'd give them 0 stars if it was an option. I sympathize with fast food workers not having the best day ever, and therefore not having the best attitude, it's a given. This is not really a one star, it's a minus 1 star. I have had enough of this establishment. Every time that I have ordered on the app there is a problem with my order. I either get there when my order is supposed to be picked up and they haven't even started it because they don't even have it yet and I am not able to check in, my food is ready it's cold, it's always a problem, I've just had enough of this place. Today I placed an order on the app and it would not let me set the pickup for ASAP. As a matter of fact, it would not let me select any time before 30 minutes from the time I was ordering. I drove over to the establishment realizing that even if I ordered it to be picked up at 1:45 history tells me it's not going to be ready at that time, I arrive at 1:48. The app will not let me check in. It says I'm .2 miles away from the place. I try for several minutes before I push the button on the menu. I sit and I wait and four minutes go by, I push the button again! Another two minutes go by I push the button again, nothing. I drive over to the drive through window, reluctantly, because in the past, I've been told if you order mobile, you have to go to the stall and check in. I explain kindly to the young lady who answers by Katie what has taken place, I let her know that I've been sitting there waiting to retrieve my order that I really wanted to eat at 1:10. I've been trying to check in I'm trying to pick up my food. She tells me to drive to the window. I drive to the window. She hands me a bag that's already prepared. I could tell from the feel of the outside of the bag the food is not even warm, and she hands me a cup, which is supposed to be a shake, and it looks like liquid milk. I said really is this how it's supposed to be? Her responses, yes all our shakes look like this. Like a cup of milk? I ask. She tells me to wait a minute and another person, I imagine a supervisor or management , staff shift, whatever, comes to the window, takes the shake from me and announces that I placed my order 30 minutes ago so this time she's going to replace it, but she will never do it again. Right, she will never replace anything for me again, because I will never spend another dime at this location. I'm not spending 14.00 on a over priced meal that I couldn't get when I wanted it and to be treated with a cold product and melted shake. On top of that, very rude customer service! I understand fast food, I managed several Carl Jr's in CA for years and I feel I have more grace for mistakes than I often should have however today I reached my limit! My mind is completely blown that the GM here gives the most terrible service every time I try to visit in morning shift. He will take your order in the drive thru and then just let you sit at the window for copious amount of time without ever acknowledging your presence...even though he's standing right there...then the food comes out wrong or terrible if you have the patience to sit there long enough to get it. My comments are not a reflection on this particular Sonic (it's just the one in my area) but on Sonic Corporate. I know people that work at different Sonic places and they tell me that they, per a directive from Corporate, are not allowed to call anyone Sir. or Mam, Ms., Mrs., or anything like that. They also tell me that they are not allowed to tell anyone "Merry Christmas", (even if the customer says it to them first) but only happy holidays. I thought that the idea was to sell good food at a reasonable price and not get caught up in the PC garbage that seems to be (unfortunately) wide spread in the world these days. As a Christian, I am offended by "happy holidays" since that's not the reason for the season. I would hope that corporate, (not only at Sonic) would rethink the whole thing and not play politics. I work doordash locally in my town and this sonic was one of the main stores I picked up from, until the workers decided they had a problem with me and falsely accused me of being rude and cursing at them and reported multiple times for things I didn't do and even tried to get the cops called on me, all because they don't like me and don't like being held accountable when they don't their job right, I never had any problems really until I called corporate and reported them for a messed up order one day and since then I've had nothing but problems including extremely long wait times over half an hour for just drinks, and they finally they decided they weren't going to serve me because I kept reporting them to corporate when they messed up! How screwed up is it that a company can refuse you service because they are being held accountable for terrible customer service, and then they can go around and falsely accuse people of horrible things just because they don't like that specific customer, it's childish and immature and the rudeness and lack of customer service goes all the way to upper management at this location because even they couldn't help me and at the end of the day got extremely upset with me for just trying to do my job, and upper management banned me because I complained to doordash about an hour wait time at this sonic and their corporate office for that location specifically called me and said they wouldn't serve me anymore because I called doordash and reported them, it's ridiculous and they will definitely being hearing from me and my lawyers at some point! read more

Worst service ever after 8pm. This place needs to learn about customer service and to talk with a smile. All I get is I can't do that because. Well I ordered a shake and if anyone knows anything about shakes they're supposed to be thick not runny like a malt. I ordered a caramel shake and when I got it home it was all vanilla. I put what was left into the freezer and two days later came back to have some more milk vanilla runny shake that was as hard as an ice cube by now, real shakes are still like ice cream only mixed. So anyway, I finally get to the bottom of the cup and guess what? there sat a very little portion of caramel. No wonder it tasted like vanilla they didn't mix from the bottom up but from the middle up and down 5-10 seconds of mixing coupled with bad attitude and rudeness and you got the makings of go to the store save some money and do it yourself chances are you'll get it right everytime. And for the price hike they've done you'll save money too by doing it yourself. And it's a little more fun and tasty when you do it yourself. Have fun at home instead of lining Sonics pockets with their bad service and poor quality. And for the price you spend at the store you can make several to share with your family, special someone or save it for yourself for later. 1st visit today was great. 2nd visit through the drive thru at 4pm was horrible. I just asked for a route 44 cherry limeade. While in line I looked at my receipt from earlier and saw a review get free drink so I did it while was in line waiting for my drink. Once at the window I asked the girl at the window how this works if I can use it now? She threw a total fit and called a manager to proceed to tell them I did not give her the code at the intercom. I again said I didn't have it at the intercom to give to her. She then told me again as she is giving me my drink that next time I need to give her the code when I order. I told her if I had it I would. That's why I'm asking now what to do and how much I owe. She said it's free but next time I need to let her know at the intercom with total attitude. Again I repeated I understand. My 1st visit I drove in and ordered at the pick up and ate my food there it was great. Drive thru window girl I'm sure was new and she was very rude. I have not been to sonic in a very long time and now it will be a long time again before I go read more
