Okay Idk what happened in the past month but I experienced a lot of changes. 1. My bf and I always get a Large Cookie dough custard to share. One day, we got one and literally... we got the shake and the cookie dough was only on the top, not even mixed in and very little of the cookie dough. The rest of it was just vanilla ice cream. What!!?!!!??!! 2. The service has become so extremely slow that one time we ordered 2 limades (drinks)... and waited for 45/50 min. How hard is it to give me my drinks? This was my first and last visit to this location, if I could give them 0 stars I would. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a small mozzarella sticks and a small Snickers blast and the total was $7.52. When I was 3 cars from the window someone came out to take my payment. When she took my card she said my total was $12.47, I said no that's wrong my total is $7.52 and she said oh ok. Me not trusting that I was going to be charged the correct amount immediately checked my bank account and I was charged $12.47 . I get up to the window and the girl at the window confirms my order and gives me the stuff I ordered then comes back and gives me $12.50 in change and closes the window before I can even say anything. So I sit there for a few minutes before she comes back and goes yes??? With an attitude like I was bothering her. I then explain to her I paid with a card and said card was overcharged. She proceeds to look at me like I'm crazy closes the window without saying anything and comes back with the biggest attitude asking me if a certain card was mine while holding it far away from me, as if I'm being a major inconvenience to her and looking at me like I should just take the $12.50 she handed me earlier...hello, you have my debit and I'm not leaving without it! She should have just me asked what's the name on the card instead of holding it for away when I'm practically sitting in the dark (side note my debit card is a very dark color)! I can guarantee she has never heard my name before as it is not a common name. She says they voided the transaction but gave me no proof that it was. AMAZING SLUSHIES AND SHAKES. I always try to stop at sonics whenever i drive near it. I don't mind getting off the highway and back on for the drinks here. Obviously the food is like any other sonics however, the service is great and they were pretty good at delivering the food fairly quickly. From my experiences, I've never had to argue with any of the workers. The slushies and shakes, as stated before, are amazing, you have to try any one of them. I'm on a mission to try them all and so far so good. Make sure to drop by and give them a shot next time you are in the area. Honest opinions if I could give a zero. I would. LAST NIGHT: Arrive at 11pm on the dot, parked at drive up menu, pushed the red button. Waited 10 minutes. Pushed it again. This happened 4 times with No greeting, no acknowledgement, no answer. And no signs or info about order times and whether it is specifically drive thru at this time of night or not. After 35 min of waiting to order, we pulled up to drive thru. Sat at the drive thru menu and speaker for another 10 min. No greeting, no answer, NADA. NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT! We said hello and no answer so we were under the impression that the speaker wasn't working. 11:46pm: We pull around to the window to place our order that we had been trying to place since 11pm using drive up and drive thru, now. The girl at the window completely ignored us for about 5 more minutes. And when it did come down to acknowledgement we got a bad attitude and a dirty look before placing our order. Now we're creepin up on 11:55pm. She was told the correct order, not like we had memorized it for the past 55 mins in hunger and Waiting to shovel. She asked if we wanted sauce we said yes and told her what kind. (Don't ask if you can't follow through) The cars behind however, were able to order at the drive thru speaker box.... wtf? First of all, the receipt has a non existing survey website. I know there's a lot of issues with places not being fully staffed, but that's no excuse for poor customer service. I had to wait 20 minutes with 3 cars in front of me. Let me rephrase, I didn't HAVE to wait, but the last two times I went either the ice cream machine was broken or the line was 20 cars long because they didn't have car service - with no signs letting you know not to park and order, so I thought I'd give them another try. When I finally got to the window, he took another 4 minutes to actually open it. Burgers are good. Usually food is really good and our orders are correct. However, tonight the orders were a bit messed up. My husband ordered an all American hot dog but got a Chicago dog. The rest of us ordered cheese burgers but they messed up our condiments (some were ketchup only, other mustard and ketchup, and other everything). Regardless, the food was good. Super long wait for the food to still get food poisoning, I've been bugging the toilet all day.

I was ordering a shake from them, and when I approached the drive thru, one of the women was talking loudly with her mask pulled down her chin. I understand the need to pull down masks sometimes, but when it is in the same room as my open shake I am very hesitant to eat it. When the food came, order was not read back to us, (we are frequent sonic people, we know the drill) The items were rudely handed to us. The carhop Jade was definitely lacking customer service. I am still trying to figure out how she has a job here.
