Worst customer service ever! Granted Sonic is always busy I understand that there may be a wait but when the screen says that "Anthony" is on his way and doesn't show up with your order for another 15 min serving other cars who ordered after you with food and shakes and I had to push the red button 5 times before I even got anyone to answer and ask where my order was is just ridiculous. Then he came to my car with long hair hanging in his face and no hairnet or even pulled back! He tipped over one if my slushes the lid came off he picked it up and handed it to me when I saw how runny my shakes were I told him to take them back and remake them only to return with someone short guy dark hair with glasses who was carrying a shake so he could tell me that that's how their shakes are made?? This wasn't my first time at Sonic! And when I questioned the car next to ordering after me and leaving before I even got my shakes he got irritated ignored me told Anthony to give me my drinks and my receipt and walked away! I've never had such an experience and I don't give reviews but this was just horrible! Our shakes were luke warm and so was my slushy and the blast's. Very disappointing experience! I ordered 2 blasts 2 shakes and a cream slushie! I don't think I'll be returning any time soon! read more

We came here after dinner to have shakes. There were 3 of us; 2 got mini blasts and 1 got a medium slushy. They came and gave us a mini slushy which the noticed and we were quickly given the medium slushy. Both of the blasts did not have the ingredients mixed in them. We asked if they ingredients should be mixed in or just on top and they said they should be mixed in and on top and quickly gave us another one. Went here on Sunday 4/26/20, ordered our food and had to repeat my order to the server 5 times which was my first clue I should leave, got my order and the drinks were all wrong and while waiting for the right drinks my son realized he got the wrong burger so when the correct drinks came we let the server know and gave the burger back. He said he would bring the correct burger and after waiting 10 minutes, had to go up and ask for a manager, the so called "manager" named Sophia who was very rude and childish came out rolling her eyes and asking "what do you want me to do?" After trying to get her to understand that when you make the burger wrong you should immediately remake it right and not put that order on the back end which she said is why it was taking so long, she was too incompetent to handle this situation in the proper way. This place is full of immature, unprofessional, incompetent, workers who don't know how to handle there job correctly, and I would suggest you not waste your time or money coming here unless you enjoy paying for frustration. I got stuck waiting in their drive thru for 45 minutes. I could see two of the employees standing around laughing and talking for much of this time. We tried calling the store to ask what the hold up was but nobody answered. When it was finally our turn in the drive thru, the employee told me the price ($5 as I had only ordered a drink and tater tots). When I asked why it took 45 minutes in the drive thru she told me "shit happens" and asked if I still wanted my order. I asked to speak to a manager. She shouted across to the manager and said "this bi-.. oh um" and then shut the window and continued talking to him so that I couldn't hear what she was saying about me or the situation. The workers here are very rude and give you a lot of attitude. I went to the drive thru at around 11:50 and when I started ordering she was not helpful at all. The print of the menu is small so I asked what sizes mozzarella sticks came in and instead of politely explaining the menu she said "it doesn't come in sizes, they come in weight" and did not explain it further. If you've never been here, how are you supposed to already know what each item comes in?? I continued to order my meal and asked to use the Yelp check in that is usually accurate. She continued to be even more rude and answer with attitude. I understand if it's late but sonics is not closed until 2, so there is no reason to be disrespectful to customers who are not coming in the last 10 min until closing. It is not worth coming here because the workers are so rude and take forever with no sense of urgency. So we left to another booth in hopes someone else could take our order but the same guy told us that they were closed when they close until 2am??? I was here around 10:10pm. This place needs to hire more people. I've seen in n outs far more packed than this place on a Friday night and still get my food much quicker. They should also have a way to let people know that the parking stalls are closed and not have you wait 10 minutes after pressing the red button before telling you (that's how long it took to get a response). Horrible. I work for AAA and was craving a shake. I pull up to one of their stalls and order a shake. After about 8 minutes they finally take my order. And I pay. I see 2 other cars pull up into the stalls next to me. They order and get their food with in 10 minutes. Keep in mind it's 11:30. At 11:45pm I buzz again and the person wants to take my order. I notify her that I had already ordered and was waiting for my food. She says 2 more minutes. Once it hits 11:57 on I buzz again because I still haven't received my order. 3 minutes go by and 12 am hits. Now all I'm getting is a recording. So I start thinking they forgot about my food. I had to yell at a car hop to get her attention. And I notified her that I had been waiting for a more than half an hr. She literally told me. "Yeah. That's how things are right now we only have 1 car hop". Really ?? It's called fast food for a reason. It should not take 45 mins to gat a shake out. And then after all this talking with the carhop she realized she had my order in her hand. Cool you spent this time telling me you're busy that I should wait while you have my order in your hand. Please don't even waste your time visiting this location! We were there tonight to order 4 sonic blast milk shakes and a bag of ice(yes, they sell it by the bag) and waited for 55 minutes in the drive-thru! We were told they were out of ice because their ice maker was broken. By the time we finally got to the window to pay it took another 20 minutes sitting at the Drive up window for them to make our shakes. While sitting there we watched them handle money and food without gloves or washing of hands. One of the workers was playing with his hair the whole time he was reaching in to the ice maker to apparently try to fix it. A little confusing since everybody was getting ice in their drinks. 55 minutes later The guy hands me the four shakes and they were covered in ice cream all over the outside of the cups.
