Stopped in for fish on Friday, got the onion rings, a chili cheese, Coney and drinks as well. The fish was terrible. It seemed like it had gone bad or the oil was old or something, regardless of why, it was inedible. Can't get a burger at the Sonic on Williams without mayo and ketchup. Each time I order it with mustard only it made with with no mustard. I have complained they and sent it back and then it comes back with mayonnaise Ketchup and mustard. This has happened for the last five times. Love this Sonic. Love the servers. They are friendly and efficient. I go there all the time! In the summer, I am there every day to get my sweet tea fix during happy hour. I've had their burgers, fries, onion rings, bone less chicken wings (fab), breakfast items, you name it. It is all great. Comes out quickly and the food is always hot and the sweet tea cold. I have had my order delivered wrong maybe once. Maybe. Recently I my sweet tea didn't taste sweet so she brought me another one. Turns out it was my taste buds because I had been sick. Oops! We purchased the new patty melt sandwich. They were not as advertised. Regular bread was used, not Texas toast. It was almost burned. Only one slice of cheese was used and hardly any onions. After previously ordering cheeseburgers that were served without any veggies, this Sonic is a huge disappointment. I called and received an apology and they quickly fixed it again so I could come back for it.I took longer than expected.They said it got cold( I take the blame) so they fixed me another one.
