I got to sample the caramel tres leches and ended up ordering this - it was phenomenal! I love how the ice cream tastes so creamy and sweet without being overpowering, and you can really taste the cookie/cake pieces within it. It's one of my favorite sweet treats to get, and has made other ice cream a lot less enjoyable. Really appreciate the wonderful service here too! My only wish is that there was more ample seating indoors or outdoors, but it's in a busy shopping center, so it's understandable.

When she asked for a remake, the manager came out and insulted her to her face, told her that if he remade it it would be exactly the same, then sarcastically asked if she "wanted him to slap down a raw steak on her plate." She said it was fine, kept the food, then later left the table and broke into tears in the restroom. * The Confrontation: After dinner, I approached him calmly to offer polite, constructive criticism based on professional customer service experience (worked restaurants for years in a restaurant my family owned) He became fiercely stubborn, denied the insult, and grew so aggressive and volatile that I had to walk away. * The Staff's View: Tellingly, multiple staff members whispered comments to our group about how awful this manager is to work for. It is a shame that a hardworking kitchen and great servers are being weighed down by a manager who lacks basic human decency and conflict-resolution skills. We spent a lot of money to be insulted. Not much flavor and filled with oil in almost every bite unfortunately. I will never order those again. The burger is solid, big and sloppy like a burger should be, but nothing to get overly excited about. Decent spot for a burger but nothing special as well.

We went to Sonic Burger in Hemet last Friday. We ordered 2 #1 combos. The service was fast but the bums were cold and the meat was cold. The French Fries were cold also. The bun only had catsup on the bottom, and nothing on the top bun. The girl came and said that is the way that they make them and if you want something extra you have to ask for it. I asked her at home do you make your hamburgers with nothing on the top layer?? She did not know what to say. I tried to send an email to the head office and it came back invalid email address. This tell me that they do not really want to know the customers point of view and service reviews. We think that the manager of this location is not on his job. We eat at the patio table, and we had to change seats third times because the tables were not level. We mention this also to the server and she said 'Yes, I know people complaint about this on a regular basics. Some people know how to run a business and some do not. read more

Excellent!!! The food was fresh and absolutely delicious! My wife said her double bacon cheeseburger was one of the best she's ever tasted. All the staff is very polite.
