Ordered on the app the new cheesy Baja crispy tender wrap, hickory bbq crispy tender wrap, sonic cheeseburger, and medium tots. The tots were not the crispiest or warmest. Definitely could've been better when I was thinking it's hard to mess up tots. The burger was the most decent. The cheesy Baja was a miss. The lettuce isn't fresh tasting. The hickory bbq had better flavor but not touch better. Wouldn't get those items again. Service was friendly and using the app was easy. I got a lot of good deals. Everything was for $7. This sonic is the bomb. Nevermind all yhe bad reviews. Compared to the depressing 114 location at least, this 156 joint is hopping! The always deliver the food in under 4 minutes and when the person to whom I am related by marriage wanted to try a slush float (like the Halloween Witches Brew) the man said they could hook it up but the slush machine was down. A SURPRISE OF YUMMY. Depends on the store but the Lantana location on 407 is great. The one down the street on 377 is horrendous. Everything is made fast but well and no skimpy ingredients. Foot long Coney Island hot dog is so great! Hamburgers are surprisingly very good. Fish sandwich is good and ask for extra crispy French fries. BEST ONION RINGS in the area. We loved the coin guy running around. They played Taylor Swift. Which was cool. We came in search of an incredible shake. The milk tasting as if it was fresh from the cow that day. The cherry on top picked from a tree they had in their back yard. The chocolate was so rich as from a cacao bean they had recently grown. Truly exceptional in every way. I would have given a 1 star review but the manager of this location deserves 5 stars. Our order was not right and the two sonic blasts we ordered looked terrible and had peanut butter mixed in (when we ordered Oreo). We sent them back and were about to just leave when the manager came out and offered to make them for us or give us a refund. The absolute worst sonic in the state of Texas is in Justin. They constantly mess up orders and don't honor all coupons. I wrote an email to complain and the manager called me about an hour so ago and banned me from going there because I sent the email. Completely RIdiculous. This is the third time in the last month that I have had to fight with the manager to get what I ordered. Whether it's due to faulty technology or poor attitudes and laziness, I have no idea. You can come through and attempt to order ice cream in a cup, then get put on hold because apparently adding a cup of ice cream to an order is beyond the capabilities of a cashier. Food is the greasiest I've ever had at any Sonic, and is often over or underdone. Which we all know leads to a very unpleasant day after leaving the drive in. Either re-staff, re-train, or close.
