Crew members were super rude ! Unwilling to help or even be friendly. The lady who helped me had such a bad attitude and was talking down to me in a condescending way. When I told the manager they need to tell the employee something , it didn't seem like the manager cared or was taking the issue seriously. Terrible location, a corporate business should be more professional and have a higher standard to do better. And if an employee can't manage to maintain their composure and provide basic customer service , then they shouldn't be working that job. read more

Warning for travelers: I was driving through on July 2 and got stuck in tue drive through line for 30 minutes after trying to place my order. I sat trying because after I place it, a Sonic worker came out and said the speaker where I placed the order hung up and that I would need to order from the window. I would have just left but I was boxed in. Then when I finally place my order at the pick up window and paid for it, (an Oreo blast and chicken tender meal) I was told to park and the food would be brought out to me. Can't remember last time I had a Sonic. Unfortunately we don't have one in my town, but we do get the commercials. The ice cream shake was really good, kids loved it. We got a blast and omg, so good. Nice and thick ice cream. The rest of the food we got was amazing. The cherry limeade was a little difficult to drink out of the straw, but zero complaints, it was actually kind of fun to pull the hearty cherry chunks out with the straw and eat them and it was really, really good. It was a ridiculous long wait in the drive thru line for a cherry lime ade. Usually drink only orders come out the door quickly, but I had to wait to get to the window. When I got to the window, it was a 10 to 15 minute wait before the window even opened. He asked if I had the diet cherry limeade? I said I didn't order diet. I think I got diet. It wasn't very tasty, but I was hot and thirsty and on my way home. Disappointing. read more

I have come to this Sonic for years. The only thing I ever order are the milkshakes. Yes. It takes a bit longer than most fast food places, but I think it's worth it. Tonight takes the cake though. Horrid horrid service. I pull up and the girl tells me to wait to order. I say ok. I sit there for 12 minutes. The people behind me think I'm ordering for the whole town. (I literally hear them say that.) So I say into the mic, "Hey. Are you going to take my order?" Nothing. "Hello?..... helloooooo?" Nothing. The lady behind me yells to me, "What's up with this place? They're (the staff) outside here chit-chatting." She can see them from around the corner. So I figure their speaker is out or something. I pull up to the window. They ignore me. A girl is mopping the floor and a dude is on his phone. Won't even look toward the window. Bad vibes. I knock on the window. They legit won't acknowledge me. I have spent 20 minutes in line and decide to just pull away. So freaking mad. I still want a shake, so I pull in to Carl's Jr at 7:59pm. No line. Nice efficient order taker. Smiley server. Wish I read reviews first- my experience was basically what everyone else is saying. Super long waits even though no one was there. Nasty food. If you only want drinks this might be ok but everything else was disgusting and inedible. We spent 50+ bucks on 2 kids meals, 2 combo meals, and a mozzarella sticks. It took 10 mins to order bc he couldn't understand a word we were saying through the speaker and he kept asking us to repeat everything multiple times. Then we waited another 25 mins for the food to come. I found my chicken sandwich to be completely inedible, I literally tried to bite it and couldn't even bite through it bc it was as hard as a rock. So we pushed the button and ordered a cheeseburger to replace it, after another 10-15 mins he brought that out and charged me another almost 8 bucks. I asked if I could just replace it with my uneaten chicken and tried to hand it to him and he said he couldn't do that because his manager was on break. So you make 20 dollars an hour but you don't have the authority to change a chicken sandwich for a burger? Or to refund bad or inedible food that is being returned? If that's the case why are you allowed to be unsupervised? Just wow! By the way, the fries and tots tasted so greasy and chemical-ish- like super dirty and old fry oil. I went there last night May 20th 2024. I ordered a 8 piece mozzarella stick with a large grape slushie with nerds and two marinara sauces. It gave me one marinara sauce and one barbecue sauce. Which was fine I guess an honest mistake. But when I took a drink out of my large slushie after only the first sip all the juice was gone I opened the lid and the ice was white. I'm talking about when you have a slushy or an icy and you drink the juice and the ice turns white on top from all the juice being sucked out. For a large cup of slushie to run out of juice after one sip I honestly believe they drank my slushy before they handed it to me. As for the eight-piece mozzarella sticks. I only got a six piece but within the same baggie of the six pieces there was half an onion ring and like two chicken nuggets or popcorn chicken or whatever stuff they have for chicken. So they purposely put half an onion ring and two chicken pieces and then placed the six mozzarella sticks on top instead of my eight. So I emailed corporate giving them their location and a compensated me with a few free items and a $5 coupon I seriously hope they find out why this happened. And fire those workers. They served me raw chicken. Long wait time just for raw chicken. When I brought it to their attention I said I wanted to speak to a manager. I never got to speak to one. The kid offered to make me ONE chicken tender only despite my box was all touching the raw chicken. Not remake the meal. Remake ONE tender. I said I just wanted a refund. Kid runs back inside. Wait ten minutes and kid comes back with six dollars. I paid 11 for my meal. I said that's not what I paid and he sighs and mumbling under his breath. I wait again and nothing so I just left. They had me waiting ONE HOUR for 1 iced coke, 1 slushee, and a mini oreo blast‍! the girl said she couldn't find my ticket but had talk to me before I had went into the drive through for a second time after being parked ... and never once did she mention not being able to find it... it really upset me because the whole time she could've just went to the car to ask for my receipt... im in the drive thru still waiting & I end up having to show her the receipt on my phone... and she says "it was actually sitting there the whole time" ?! like what... there for an hour & my order was there the whole time already made?! Made an online order and not only was there several things wrong with my order the food was just unappealing and cold. The attendant was just ok, got my order wrong and overcharged me but I was just too nice to say anything because She already looked so confused. Very disappointed in the food and service here. Not many veg-friendly options here, but settled for some Ched 'R' Peppers and Cheese Tots. When they brought me my food they stated the order "chili tots and peppers" and I said, "oh, no I ordered cheese tots" & server said "oh, right thats what I meant." Good drinks, slow service and A-OK food. At least once in a while I always tend to drive here for the only reason is for Happy Hour and it never disappoints, quality in drinks may differ from location but Kingsburg is always on point. I rarely get food, only shakes and slushes. But this type I managed to get the new tossed boneless wings and it was A-OK. I admit I had better, is no Buffalo Wild Wings but get the job done, I try not to judge too hard on this type of places. Service was slow like always but our server was really nice, and smiled. Something every worker should do, but a natural smile not a Joker, getting ready to take a selfie fake smile type but it was cool. I rate this place 3.0 read more

To start, there is a young man on morning shift who has great attitude. Good worker. Gets order right 100%. Can not say the same for night shift. My wife works the late shift. We head to sonic for the cherry limeade an hr before closing. We get the tall, big causation lady. She insists on putting hands all over my lid and wipe my cups all over her shirt. She makes it seem like she does me a favor and deserves a tip. Poor attitude with poor services equals loss of customer. read more
