My wife and I were on our way back to Klamath Falls and ordered a large combination family dinner to be picked up. We did so, and then drove home, about 10 miles away. When we got home, we realized that the chicken we ordered didn't make it into the "to go" bags. I called Wubba's, and Kristi answered the phone, immediately apologizing for the oversight. She said she was wrapping up her shift in 5 minutes, and could personally deliver the chicken to our home. We compromised instead on a halfway meeting place, and she made the effort to personally hand it off, along with a yuuuge, complimentary brownie for dessert.
