I've only had nice conversations with their staff, so no complaints there. In all honesty, if the line has maybe one other person in it, get in. They leave the teenagers working unattended in the night and they just stand around inside talking to each other while we waited 35 min to finally get to the window when their was only one car ahead of us. This time it took so long the activate button went off about 10 minutes later. Hit it again and again 10 minutes later it deactivated. Hit it a third time and still no one answer.
