For some reason, the slushies at this location just aren't good. I always order the same thing, a Strawberry Lemonade Slushy and I expect it to have that thick, icy Slurpee-like consistency. The last few times I've come here, it's been almost melted, more like a cold drink than a slushy. It's disappointing because other locations usually get it right. I always come here because it's close by and I always regret it. Constantly getting my order wrong I'm starting to think it's on purpose. I'm always nice and don't ask for much and my order is always rushed, fries missing, and wrong items in my bag. So check your order and make sure it's right. There's only two sonics within a reasonable driving distance by my house, and this is one of them. This Sonic is unfortunately slow like the other one nearby, but the food is typically fresh. I've only had nice conversations with their staff, so no complaints there. In all honesty, if the line has maybe one other person in it, get in. If not, go somewhere else or you'll likely spend at least 20 mins waiting. Food is good, not worth 20 mins of my time though. Takes the "fast" out of fast food. read more

Car hop service proves pointless if you have to get out your car and walk to the door and try to flag down an employees attention to let them know you're there and tell them your order. read more

I was really excited to try Sonic, since we don't have this in Hawaii. However, I was a bit disappointed. The hamburger was messy and fell apart very quickly. The fries were drenched in salt, it was so hard to finish eating. When I went to the drive thru, I asked the lady to recommend a popular drink, but she was clueless. So I just chose a lemonade. Every damn time I come here I have to wait a ridiculous amount of time. I have already been waiting 30 minutes as I'm typing this out. This place pisses me off. Just received the order after THIRTY-FIVE MINUTES. The employee said it's been sitting there but that they've been "waiting for us to show up". How does that make ANY sense when we ordered on the app and have to check in when we order. These incompetent people completed the order too because the screen said they were bringing it out to us already. Nobody even bothers to go check what's going on outside. The kids that work here try hard to attend everyone but it seems like they are short staffed all the time . The speaker box menu first really work so it' makes it extra long to place your order , they might want to think about a new menu box . Really, the best thing that sonic has going for it is the ability to order on the app. It still doesn't necessarily fix the immense delay of receiving your order that you will have a tendency to see at this location but I think it helps? I have put in some orders that are very timely. Others, I have set for an asap pickup, showed about 8 min, I arrived, checked into a stall and still managed to wait an additional 20 min and didn't have the cheese sauce to go with my order, no apology, no refund for that item and it's not that they forgot it. It seems they like to hire people with the worst attitude. Night time is the worst time to go. They leave the teenagers working unattended in the night and they just stand around inside talking to each other while we waited 35 min to finally get to the window when their was only one car ahead of us. What used to be the best part of this store, their drive thru, is now the worst. It took 30 minutes in line just to get a milkshake on Sunday night.
