Food was fresh and hot. I went in drive though and it only took about 2 minutes fast and quick. The first window took your order and cash, second window you get your food which was hot. My fries were so delicious too. I had to use the bathroom so I drove around and went inside. The first words out of their mouth was welcome to burger king where you rule. I had to laugh because I just heard the same thing when I was in drive thru. There was a manager standing by the kiosks helping someone, when she turned around as I was coming out of the bathroom she smiled. I asked her what her name was. It was LISA. She was so nice, I told her that she had a nice store and that her crew were just as nice. I own my own business and I wish I had someone like her running my store. If you want to see employees on their phone or chit chatting with each other while there's orders to be served, this is the place! Oh boy, this place isn't what it used to be. I came here to order a few snacks, it was dead upon arrival. Ordered food via kiosk and waited by the pick up counter to pick up my order. It wasn't until two mins of waiting the employee tells me an item that I ordered was "out". Again, patiently waiting for my food, the person behind me gets their food. A party of 6 enters the store only to see how slow food was being served, of course they left. I waited about 5 minutes to get my food. Fast food is supposed to be fast, right? When I got the notification it was delivered with a picture of someone else's door I called, since the number provided I didn't get any responses. I spoke with supposedly a manager Angela, poor customer service skills by the way who rudely told me I need to call DoorDash. I did and DoorDash refunded Burger King and said to call them back to get my refund. Spoke back with "Angela" who said I need to get my refund through the app, then she turned around and said I can't get my refund through the app and she can't give me a refund either to call corporate. I know better than to pull up to a food place that at NOON on a MONDAY on a busy thoroughfare has NO cars out front, NONE in the drive through. I walked in. One man was talking with the cashier about an order that was apparently incorrect. I was the only other person in the restaurant. Done with him, she turned away, carefully "not seeing" me and went into the back where I could see three people putting together one hamburger. I waited. I said, excuse me, hello, can I order now, and finally shouted - and at no time did any person even LOOK at me except the drive through person who peeked around her divider and then ducked out of sight. When you keep someone waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes, you don't make the situation worse by acting aggressive with the customer. You listen to the concern, explain the issue and make things right for the inconvenience. If this is too difficult for you "James" then fast food customer servicing is not the job for you. Perhaps seek employment elsewhere because you are representing this company poorly. Burger King please do a better job training your employees on the meaning of customer service and how to handle drive thru errors another way that doesn't involve having cars wait thirty minutes to pull up. Worst service ive ever had. There was only one car in front of me at the time took 30 minutes. The car ordered a small bag of food. When i get to the window they say they dont have the spicy wraps so all i asked was for my oreo milkshake. Only thing i ordered and it took them over 15min. Not impressed with this BK at all. I usually go through the drive thru, but decided to eat in when I came by the other day. It's outdated and dirty. Homeless people hanging out outside asking for money. The egg in my croissantwhich was undercooked. They need to take care of their landscaping ASAP. The bushes in front of the drive thru speaker are overgrown and overrun with bees. Next time I'll make the drive down to BK on Charleston and Lamb as they have recently remodeled and improved on their service. I haven't been to Burger King in a while. Always liked their burgers, but ordered onion rings. When all the rings are the same size you know they are not real onion rings. Very bland and gummy.
