Breaks my heart to write this review because I love the service and food at the location off of eastern and warm springs. This location has rude staff and the food quality isn't the same. Came in tonight because the bf was craving the colossal burger. Which of you know it it's a pastrami burger. Let's just say the name doesn't match the size of the burger. The pastrami was burnt. So that made him mad. Also why is this the only burger that doesn't come in a combo? Make it make sense. We ordered a combo and was charged for fries and a drink separately. If the Hispanic woman with the glasses was a bit nicer to us I might have not had an issue with the service. But this woman had an attitude from jump. Not just with us but even with the 3 different customers who came in after us for Togo orders. You are in the service industry treat people with kindness. Anyways, she could have told us we are spending $7 instead of the $3 something up there on the sign. Very confusing. I ordered the chicken little tasted pretty good. Semi-new spot on the Eastside. 1st time here and a little pressed on time so I used the drive thru. Not a super large menu but enough variety to keep coming back. I personally love the simple variety. Drive thru was full but I didn't mind. I ordered a ham breakfast burrito and a coke. My total was a little over $15 but well worth it on the food, the burrito was thick thick. I still have half a burrito and it's been about 4hrs and I'm still full. Burrito was piping hot so I know it's made fresh. I did see a few things on the menu I'd like to try like the pastrami fries, not a big pastrami fan but sounds good, along with some onion rings. The employee working the drive thru was very pleasant and nice, service with a smile. From what I could see being on the outside, the seating area was clean and love all the signage with the different menu items and that they serve breakfast all day. I had high hopes for R Burgers that opened up this location after taking it over from the old Fat Burger. I heard nothing but good things from locals about the burgers, breakfast burritos, etc. So I visited the other day and ordered: Chicken Sandwich: this was ok quality. Not great but not bad either. Mid. R Burger: this was a decent burger with the avocado and the fresh vegetables. I thought that was what made it good. The patty was on the bland side but the extras like the bacon and avocado helped it a lot. Pastrami Fries: this was true stoner food. Salty, large portioned, and good. If you want pastrami, chili, and fries, that's what you are getting and a whole lot of it. Staff were efficient. The inside of the restaurant was uncomfortably warm. This place hits just right every time. I live in Summerlin and drive roughly 30 mins out for this and it's always worth it. We always gotta get the chicken tenders and fries. The chicken tenders are FAT and the fries are perfect. The ranch it comes with is soooo good. These tenders are easily the best in Vegas hands down. Their burgers are huge and easily enough for two separate meals. Their breakfast is even amazing. I loved their French toast, they even give you lots of butter for each slice. Eggs cooked perfectly. I was pleasantly surprised trying this place. I went with my son & daughter in law for the happy hour menu. It consisted of a few $5 items. I had the chicken littles and fries, and a cheeseburger. I hadn't had meat in 3 years and it was really delicious. My only issue was the littles come on a bed of fries. I had the buffalo flavor and there was buffalo sauce on my fries so I didn't eat much of them. We ate inside & there were only 3 other people inside eating. The service was great and the restaurant was clean. After you order, they give you a number to place on the table and they bring out your order on plates. Which is different from other fast food places. The food was good, not amazing, but luckily I had my own hot sauce because it definitely needed a kick. Chili was a little bland so we definitely had to add salt and black pepper. They do taste better than other fast food places. Doesn't taste like overly processed food. What an awesome 1st experience! Its good to finally have a great quality Burger place on the East side of town that exceeds expectations! The burger meat is fresh, NOT frozen like the guys accross the street! Cooked on a flat-top not in a convection Microwave. The meat looked and tasted like it had been sitting around for days. No flavor, didn't taste like pastrami, I could only eat about 3 bites before I threw it away. R Burgers on Nellis is a very welcomed surprise in the Eastside. I went through the drive-thru after work to get my family some dinner. The service was fairly quick for the large order I placed. I ordered 4 double cheeseburgers, 2 carne asada Fries, chili cheese fries, zucchini fries and a grilled chicken salad. It took about 10 minutes to receive my order. The burgers were what I consider a good California style burger, delicious thousand island dressing that got my bottom bun all soggy and delicious. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. The chili cheese fries have got to be the BEST in all of Las Vegas. The seasoned fries loaded with that delicious chili and tons of melty cheese is the perfect combo. The carne asada fries were a hit with everyone. Perfectly seasoned fries and asada. The zucchini fries in my opinion were a 3 out of 5. They were a little soggy in the middle. 01/28/25 HAPPY HOUR They have a happy hour, weekdays from 2p until 5pm, with a menu of $4 items: a cheeseburger (a FULL one, not a small one), a sandwich (can't recall) and all of their full-size milkshakes. Tonight we went just before 5pm and got from the happy hour menu 2 cheeseburgers and 2 shakes as well as 1 fries and 1 onion rings not on the happy hour menu for sharing. Total bill for 2 ppl: $30.96. They do NOT have a tipping option, nor a tipping jar. The cheeseburger was, for me, a fast food version up there with In-N-Out circa 1970s, Five Guys and Shake Shack. It was very well executed. The fries were pretty good, but the onion rings were terrific. And the chocolate shake I had was the best I've had from a fast food joint in a very long time. The service and staff were so professional it was a breath of fresh air. And hours later instead of feeling bloated from all that food (unusual for me to consume a shake with dinner) I felt great, indicating that all of the food we consumed was much higher quality for fast food than I'd had in quite a while. Their menu covers american, diner, Mexican, breakfast, pastrami in places, it's all over the map. We shall return. Often. Especially since breakfast is served all day long. read more
