But..... why do I allow this? They are grown and will learn ! The individuals that work here, struggle through their days. They find themselves working supporting their families. They have great attitudes and values. I've seen it happen. When a mistake is made they step up and make sure the customer is happy. Wow, what a concept that someone takes real seriously their entire career even though it's here. The food on some levels is toxic but it tastes great. I see why Connor is always eating it. It's easy to get attain when working all the time . Make sure and download the app it's loaded with extras so that you can make your money go further. Try the iced coffee too.! It's not really that bad . You can order it with nothing in it and or sugarless. Remember that the individuals that work here are "people" too ! I ordered 1 breakfast sandwich, pick up curbside- should've been simple enough. I selected the location bcs it was on my way home. I went to pick it up, parked in a spot, & put it into the app. But the app glitched & said I hadn't selected a spot & that I had to go through the drive thru or into the store. I had my 2 dogs in the car, in Las Vegas summer heat already near 100* & climbing, so I went through the drive thru. The lady said she couldn't find my order under the # or my name. That's when I noticed the app had changed the location to this one without permission. Still, I was stuck in the drive thru & had to wait to get out. I drove 11 min to this location & again went through the drive thru. They also said my order was not in the system. I looked & the app had changed locations AGAIN. And again, I was stuck in the drive thru & had to wait to get out. After I drove back 11 min to the 1st location, I went inside, hoping my dogs would be ok as the heat was already nearing 100*. I spoke with 1, then 2, then 3 different crew members, showing them the order that stated it had not been picked up & that said THEIR location. I'd taken a picture of the order jic it changed locations again on me. The app was still glitching- when I clicked on past orders, it took me to a Start Order screen. None of them couldn't figure out how to use the app & they couldn't find the order either & apparently HAVE to have the order # to do the order. So they called in their manager. She looked at my order in the app, couldn't figure it out either, then said to check my email (why didn't any1 before her know to look at my email?!)- there was an email proving that I'd paid but it said this location. Instead of fixing things, she told me to go back to this location! When I tried to tell her that would be my 4th stop just to pick up a breakfast sandwich, she looked away from me & told the person behind me that they could come up & place their order. She refused to help me- she wouldn't even look at me! Understandably irritated, I drove the 11 min back to this location & went thru the drive thru again bcs my dogs were too hot when I got back to my car. The lady on the speaker tried to deny me again, saying there was no order matching the # in my email & no orders with my name. Again, she suggested I come into the store, but I was already stuck in the drive thru! She FINALLY admitted that there was an order for my 1 item that didn't have a name or #. (Why didn't the 1st lady check that the 1ST time I was here?!! This order had been sitting there for OVER an hour!! ) So I was FINALLY able to get my breakfast sandwich. From order to finally being able to get my item took almost an HOUR & A HALF!!! 8:45-10:09!! This doesn't even account for the drive time to the 1st location or the increased drive time home from this, the further location!!! Any manager should've fixed it when I went to the 2nd or 3rd location & explained what was going on. There should be a way to fix things when the app glitches, which according to 1 employee glitches all the time & this is not the 1st time this specific type of glitch has happened, especially when the customer has a picture of the order. The person working the speaker should be able to look at the mobile orders to figure things out. The manager at the Boulder Hwy location was BEYOND RUDE!!! There should be SOME sort of expectation for a manager to help a customer who is going above and beyond in trying to work things out peacefully & politely! Any employee should be able to tell customers that when the app glitches, there should still be an email that'll have their order number. Why don't the public-facing employees know how to use their own app?! They should at least give this kind of basic training. And I didn't get a SINGLE apology from any of the employees or managers for the HOUR AND A HALF that they and their app WASTED!! That's beyond ridiculous!! SO RUDE!! Such bad manners! This McDonalds is terrible. I only go here because it's the closest place but at this point it's not worth it. We ordered a double cheeseburger with no pickles extra onions. We open the order in the drive through lane( since they've messed up before we wanted to catch it there instead of waiting to go home) and there's no pickles but the onions are missing. So i ask if they could please add the extra onions i requested. He apologies and takes my order. I get it back and well, they gave me more than enough onions for 3 burgers. I attempted to use a coupon book that I purchased directly from this location, with coupons that clearly do not expire until December 31. While I was in the process of placing my order and waiting for my daughter to come to the counter, the manager, Roberto, voided my order without explanation and proceeded to start another customer's order. Both the manager and assistant manager were rude, impatient, and unwilling to listen to anything I had to say regarding the coupons. I was then provided with a phone number for the district manager, also named Roberto. When I called the number, my call was immediately disconnected, which only added to the frustration and demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism. All I wanted was to purchase a Happy Meal for my daughter using coupons that I legally purchased from this store. Instead, I was treated with disrespect and disregard. This experience reflects very poorly on the management team at this location. Typically the food is absolutely horrible and the cheapest beef on the market at 50 percent beef 50 percent other? Wow. Processed chicken and fat ridden fries. However they do sell large drinks at $1.50 and some times less. Their breakfast sandwiches are decent as well. The service is good . Went there tonight. Right up to getting our food customer service in drive thru was good. The girl at the window where I received my food was very impolite. No thank you no have a nice night. When I asked her for my sweet and sour sauces because I had ordered 2 chicken nugget meals, she hands me 1 sauce. Told her I ordered 2 chicken nugget meals and she told me I needed to pay for them. This one star is as much for their app as it is for this location. The main reason they get the one star is they like to close the inside restaurant at random times, which is bad if you walk there. I've also had the odd cold item, and I say odd because why would one double cheeseburger be cold but not the other? I don't bother ordering fries here because they have never been good. The McDonalds app is a disaster. Getting the deals to work is always hit and miss, and when you miss they like to pretend you got the deal and won't let you get another one. And then on top of that they make you jump through flaming hoops to contact them haha. Why make a customer fill out a huge form, on their phone, when you know all the info you are asking for because THEY ARE USING YOUR APP? My experience with this location has varied. It really depends who is working, because I've had great service there with an older gentleman who works there. He's the reason for the stars and if he were working all the time, it'd be 5. But late at night with a younger lady, there has been rudeness.
