I chose sonic because of its convenience to the place we were playing at. The parking lot was really clean and easy to get through. When I drove up and pushed the button someone answered immediately (they weren't busy at all) the lady who answered was very polite. They have some new technology now where the order comes up on the screen unless I just haven't been there in a while. She got my order correctly and my meal came out within 5 mins. The guy who brought my food out didn't really speak and say hello or anything he just waiting for me to give him the money. He handed me my food and then he proceeded to give me change and I asked him if he could accept tips he told me yes! So I let him keep it. I asked him was there ketchup in the bag he told me no! So he went inside and got me some. He told me to have a great day and that was it. My food was hot and the tater tots were fresh. I paid about $8.30 for 2 wacky packs. I like the Sonic on Col Glenn. It's not only convenient but the employees are very nice & seem like they want to help make sure you are a happy customer. We stop at this location at least 3-5 times per week & they are always helpful to me & my service baby. He even gets a very small pup cup from some employees but it is not every visit. He loves the employees & they always ask to pet him. He gets excited when I ask him if he wants chicken bites from Sonic. read more

i love this place, but... night shift aint it. let me preface this by saying this was ALL one person, Jil or Jal or something. a manager. first the drive thru didn't get picked up for a good minute, then she asked me to repeat my order very rudely at least 5 times. seriously. then she opened the window and said "what did you order?" girl u JUST took my order... anyway then she handed me my food and drinks without a word, which was fine but then she ignored me asking if there was extra PB like i asked.. (i later found out there was not.) then she took my cash and didn't give me my change for a good two minutes, in which i was considering just driving off because what?? anyways this sonic is usually a pretty good one (better than the one on west haven lol) but this experience soured how i feel about this location. please do better. read more

Overall, we like this Sonic location. But we were disappointed in the new uncorked slushies we had yesterday. They were tasteless. I would have been ok with less sweet than usual, but I was not ok with very little flavor. We tried the peach Bellini and the strawberry. Neither was very good. We have been a customer here for years! We Spent $34 for a quick meal. (Way to expensive!). I had a chill dog. I saw lots of cheese, a over steamed bun, maybe a table spoon of chilli. The hot dog was green! I cut it open and the outside was green and the inside didn't look edible. YUCK! My Mom had a corn dog and the hot dog was green! We fed it to the dogs! We will not buy any more hot dogs there again. I haven't ordered fries, tater tots, or onion rings. The oil they use smells and makes the food taste greasy and overcooked. Very Sad! read more

This Sonic has a BIG PLAYGROUND! It's so awesome. It has extensive playground equipment and it's all in sand. They also have a beach volleyball thing. There are plenty of tables in a fenced in area and the seating area is covered which is nice for a shady break. There are 2 stations from which you can place your Sonic food order. The playground is completely fenced in except for the entrance. Pro tip: Bring sand toys- buckets, shovels, etc. read more

Went today with all the snow on the ground. There was only one worker, Lawrence, who was amazing. There was a line of customers and he greeted each one with a smile and made the food as fast as possible. He definitely showed his work ethic and amazing customer service. Food was better than any sonic we've had before and he did it all alone! Great job! read more

not bad ... typical Sonic ... The ultimate chicken sandwiches are probably the best thing they serve in my opinion.

Best Sonic around. The service is usually fast and always friendly. The building is still pretty new, (only been open about a year.) and the employees do a great job of keeping everything clean. It's also the only Sonic I've ever seen with a children's playground area and a volleyball court. My niece loves going to play whenever she comes to visit. I strongly recommend the Cheddar Peppers; they're outstanding! read more

The sweet tea is not at all sweet but the service is good and it is very clean compared to most Sonics and fast food places in general.
