The woman who brought our order was genuinely friendly, asked if we needed anything else, and promptly brought what we asked for. So what's not to like? If I could give negative stars I would. Pulled in and placed order at 9:26 via the app. At 9:46 had to glad someone down and the brought our ice cold food to us. Every time we've gone to this Sonic location there's been an issue with food quality and speed. We've gotten food that was cold, we've gotten drinks that are so gross we couldn't drink them. After last night, I think we're going to give up forever though. We got there over half a hour before they closed and pulled into a stall. It didn't take us long to figure out what we wanted and press the button. We waited. And waited. And waited. No one ever answered and we eventually gave up and went somewhere else. Service: check your receipts!! Total due ( via debit card) should have been $8.57; however at the bottom of the receipt it shows " Change: $0.43"! I never received any change. We came for 3 medium ice creams and 1 Sunday. It took over 30 minutes to get. When we got them, not only was the order wrong, the Sunday was literally just a scoop of vanilla ice cream. When my wife mentioned it to the lady, she got an attitude and blamed my wife! Said that it was her fault for not specifying what kind of Sunday she wanted, so she just got vanilla ice cream. This was possibly the most rude interaction I've had at any restaurant ever. I ordered a #1 with no meat and no mayo. After an extended wait period, our order finally comes out and my burger had meat and extra mayo! It happens, being a vegetarian this happens, so we push the red button to explain the mix up. We wait another 5+ min, my husband had time to finish his burger, hot dog and tots while we waited. Finally, the employee gets back to us. We explain the issue, usually most places just remake the correct burger with no meat. After an extended pause and no response, he finally spoke up and said, "What would you like me to do about that sir, take back the patty?!" At no time did he offer to remake the burger or offer to refund the money their mistake of a burger I could not eat. They actually advertise a sour patch float but refused to put the same kind of ice cream into a slush of my choice. Seriously? Wont do that? What is up with sonic to be that ridiculous? But there was three cars parked which was probably staff members, I pull up to the drive through, not one word came out of the speaker. No hello we will be right with you or anything. That seems pretty ludicrous for the $0.70 they charged me! I've lived down the street from this Sonic for 12 years and even worked here in my late teens. This store is ran poorly and it gets worse with time. Employees are rude and mostly incompetent.
