I love this sonic, everyone is so nice. There are only a few request that I have but that's mainly for all Sonic 1)I NEVER carry cash, so that means I'm always paying with a card, I'm big on tipping waiters and waitresses and I don't have a way to tip so if that could be fixed that would be wonderful. 2) I am always not getting condiments with my food, I and not a person to make someone make multiple trips to my car so I just do without. It is not just this Sonic it's at every Sonic I've been to in the past few years. Maybe that should be offered when placing the order, I never think of it until the food is delivered. This Sonic was pretty decent, probably one of the better ones in Huntsville. The staff was friendly and the food came out fresh and hot. Used to come here almost every week about 2 years ago and it was incredible! My food was always out on time, it was always cooked to perfection, and the employees were extremely considerate. I looked forward to coming here every time. Well I hadn't been back in about half a month and they had almost an entirely new employee team. These employees have been rude, inconsiderate, and don't seem like they have a care in the world about their job. The burgers are mostly soggy, their fries are cold, and they're servers are awful. I do not recommend going here for now. I'm hoping that in the near future, this Sonic will become better, not worse. read more

Alexia is an extremely rude worker here and went even as far as to yell across the outdoor seating area at customers. She refused to work with our order of a junior cheeseburger and angrily told us we simply could not order it through the app because the restaurant is "not corporately owned". I don't believe this is common knowledge, but she was not polite or understanding at all. She then told us, even though we never received the burger, the cost of the burger was coming out of her paycheck because we did not have cash or a card to pay for it. Visited this sonics and while I was in line somebody's teenage son that is employed at this facility went to the restroom with his gloves on. When he finished he had the same gloves on and saw me look at him with disgust and put his hands in his pockets. I told the little girl at the window and she said "oh gross" didn't seem concern at all. But she was super young too. Please adults that work at this Sonic's teach these young ones about washing their hands and removing gloves. read more

The manager called the cops on us and apparently we were banned for the music playing in the car. We have both been asked only once to turn the music down and we turned it down, no disrespect just following the rules, yet she banned us both out of no where. We have always been very respectful to the Sonic employees yet we were treated with disrespect. There's no reason we should be banned and be caught up with legal issues as well as the possibility of jail time just for our music being loud once. There are greater issues in this world than two teenage girls playing their music in a car. Went here with a couple friends. It was packed so we had trouble parking but we got it eventually without obstructing the flow of traffic or blocking anyone in. We were there for about 10 minutes before we were kicked out by the police. The officer informed us that the employee (or manager, I don't know) told him we've been there for hours. He asked us if we ordered anything and we said "No we're waiting on our order to be taken". Didn't matter, was kicked out anyways without ever being told why. read more

I looked up the hours for this location and they closed at 11. I tried to order a blast at 10:30 and they were in fact open. The woman who took my order very rudely cut me off and said they had already turned off the ice cream machines because they close at 11, which was thirty minutes from the time I tried to order. This review is for Sonic on Country Line Road, in Madison, AL. WHAT A DUMP!!! Have been going there for the half price shakes which are GREAT. However if you order food prepare yourself for a 180... We visited on May 29, 2016 on our way to a dessert party. After driving away the food I was given looked like it was run over by a tractor trailer on multiple occasions! The hamburger was slid off to one side; we ordered extra crispy fries and instead we got wilted, soggy fries even after waiting... We contacted the Sonic Corporate office and the next day we received an email indicating that it (our email) had been forwarded to the local management (read BLOW OFF BY SONIC)... To date we have not received a call nor an email to address our concern. I realize that is place is not Tavern on the green; the Ritz or Conners, but some level of managerial responsibility would be nice... On the bright side the server who waited on us through the drive through was very pleasant and nice. Maybe if management took more time to listen and respond to issues they would have a high percentage of repeat business. I for one WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!
