I came here during lunchtime. It wasn't really that busy at the front of the shop so I thought it would be fairly quick. They have separate employees in the back making food items. I knew coming here that prices for coffee and food are traditionally higher than most coffee shops. The employees were helpful and polite. Ambiance seems pretty great for people who want to study or work. There's also a large book station in the shop. You thought I would have learned my lesson thinking it wouldn't be slow for a second time, but I ordered a frappe and waited nearly 15 minutes for it. The frappe itself was pretty normal. I don't know why, but every time I drove past this storefront , I read the sign as "Just love Coffee CAKE", not Cafe. I thought that was a little odd and never ventured in until my friends decided to meet there for lunch. While the space is rather large, the tables are tightly spaced and you need to weave around to get to your seat. My mom and her walker would probably have a tough time negotiating around a lot of the restaurant. Our table was next to a ceiling high, extra wide bookcase filled with books to read while you're enjoying your coffee or to even borrow to read at home. There was an abundance of children's and young adult books including one of my all time favorites "The Giver". There is a breakfast menu, most with some variation of waffle in it's name. The lunch menu is heavy on sandwiches and wraps with a few salads thrown in. A lot of sandwiches have quite unique combinations of ingredients, several that I'm eager to come back to try. I definitely want to come back to try the chicken and waffles though I'd be sure to bring my husband to share - the serving was huge. My girlfriends and I all ordered the Jive Turkey Wrap. The creamy pepper jelly definitely made the wrap while the spinach was as equally a detriment - the texture just didn't quite work for me. The wrap was warmed in a waffle iron which left a unique patter and was a nice touch. It was served with a good size handful of kettle chips and a nothing special dill pickle spear. We did thoroughly enjoy our lunch. Although we didn't partake, I think dessert is really where this cafe shines. I saw plate after plate of waffles with various toppings go past. The little girl at the table next to us sure enjoyed hers as she was covered head to toe in chocolate sauce! I know I will definitely be back - there are way too many interesting things on the menu that I want to try. read more

This place is my new favorite! I don't care much for "foo foo" coffee joints, but this place has a nice balance for that element and decent food. The facilities are clean, and they have plenty of seating. Several great things about this place. The staff is friendly, and you won't be standing around waiting long. They serve everything on the menu ALL DAY. Everything on the menu I have sampled was outstanding! My favorite order is the White Chocolate Tiramisu drink with vanilla, and every food item I've had was excellent--avocado toast, Juve Turkey Wrap, various waffles. All great. If you have a little work to do with a laptop, this is a great place with seating inside and outside. The bathrooms are sparking clean, and they do not gender-neutral bathrooms. My only complaint is with the cost, and the now dreaded auto-tip of the checkout system. It is a little pricey in itself, and I don't like tipping before service, or tipping without knowing what the service is I am tipping for. Here they make your drink/food, and in some cases they bring it to the table. You are the clean-up crew. The establishment should pay the staff sufficiently to avoid the auto tip...especially given the menu price. For example, Avocado Toast, Berry waffle, Turkey Wrap, three hot drinks, taxes and auto tip (I rushed through it before I realized what I had done) will put you out $62. That is steep, and the reason for four stars instead of five. read more

I still gotta try the food here, but at least when it comes to the coffee drinks I've had here, they've always made me happy. I keep trying different drinks around town and I can say Just Love is consistently good. Be it a latte or cold brew, their coffee is properly brewed and not acidic like most places in town. Just moved to Athens but was driving around Huntsville and wanted to try this place but wasn't pleased with it. To over priced, menu wasn't up to date because when i asked for the verry berry French toast they said that wasn't on the menu, odd because i saw it on the yelp pictures and was ordered just a few days before i went in sooo that was weird.. but I gave it a try and ordered the Nutella French toast, that was actually good. Just Love Coffee Cafe is my new favorite cafe in Madison! We ordered breakfast and coffee and it was great! They serve their full menu all day including breakfast items. Order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. Definitely try one of the artisan waffles or womlette (omelette made in a waffle iron). The Berry Berry Bo Berry Waffle was really good. It had fresh fruit like blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries on top of it as well as inside. The womlette had Eggs, sausage, cheddar cheese, onions, peppers, tomatoes, and tots. The coffee I ordered was outstanding and arguably better than Starbucks. It's centrally located in Madison on Hughes Rd across from City Hall. There's a large parking lot out front. They accept online orders and have curbside take out. There's plenty of seating inside the cafe as well as some outdoor seating available. They have a little library with lots of books for you to choose from to read during your visit. Make sure you sign up for their rewards program while you're there! It's super easy at check out. I had a hard time choosing between 3 and 4 stars. Ultimately, I chose 4 because I went here so often and it is pretty decent for a coffee chain AND better than a Starbucks. Generally, I avoid chain coffee spots, but this was so convenient for me and I never had a bad experience. Thus, Just Love definitely earns 4/5 stars. The staff was always super friendly and the breakfast burrito was my go-to breakfast. I love how they use a waffle press for all their breakfast items. Super cute, fun, and different. I regret not trying the chicken n' waffles while I was living in the Huntsville area. The coffee isn't fantastic but it is great for, again, a chain coffee spot. The place was always clean and I loved the little library they have. I especially loved that, even when they were pretty busy, I never had an issue finding a spot to sit, and my food always came out pretty quick! I just wanted to update a previous review. The atmosphere and service are still great. The coffee is still great. The food has unfortunately seriously slipped. The eggs are tasteless with no seasoning at all. Yes you can smother them after the fact. It isn't the same folks. Seasoning while cooking enriches flavor. The waffles are great. Mine has to be gluten free unfortunately. The syrup they serve is quite bad. To really taste it requires smothering the waffle with it. This is not the waffle and syrup I remember from my previous review. Melted butter and a heavier more robust syrup would work wonders. It would also help keep syrup off the tables. Every table in there is sticky from dripped thin runny syrup. My fruit cup was also quite bitter with several spoiled or questionable grapes and blueberries. The apples were quite tart and very bitter. Not really a pleasant addition to breakfast. Quality place with a nice menu, but the food has to match. Right now it doesn't. read more

My door dash and carry out orders from them have ranged from half the pepper bottle poured on an omelette to this absolutely dangerous sausage egg and cheese biscuit.
