This my first and last time here! I saw a commercial on tv advertising the pretzel dogs which lured me to go get one. One of the dogs had a lot of cheese and the other rarely had any. We also ordered the bacon cheeseburger toast. We waited about 40minutes to get our order as we we were waiting other cars behind us in the drive thru left since the wait time was ridiculous. This particular Sonic location is the pits!! I have visited this location on a few occasions, all at different times and days. Out of all of them, this was the worst visit. I mainly go here because the kids like it. The food is always Cold (fries in particular) and there is always a painful wait time at the drive thru window! It took about 20 minutes to get a child's meal with a small drink. Again, the fries were Cold! It's not worth another trip to just complain about it. may 21, 2017 around 8:15pm...my kids and i decided to get a few custard concretes and shakes. as i was eating mine (3 scoops into it), i thought i was chewing a cookie but when i took it out of my mouth i realized it was a piece of styrofoam!!! i stirred the custard some more and found another one! i immediately grabbed my kids shakes and tossed it all in the garbage!! who knows what else is inside those cups?! i checked the cups to see if they were chipped or ripped but they werent so i dont know how they got in the shakes and custards. i am disappointed and angry! i will definitely call the manager tomorrow morning to let them know about this incident because this shouldnt happen at all!!! read more

Don't get a banana split or any dessert you you don't plan on consuming on the spot, as they only have soft serve and VERY soft when served. Breanna is the most amazing server. She made us an amazing mix of different flavored slushis the last time we came here (several weeks ago). When we came back this time, we wanted the same thing, but for the life of us couldn't remember what was in it. We ended up asking one of the other servers if Breanna was there, she miraculously was working this night, and she came out, brainstormed with us about which flavors were in it, took our order, and gave us A+ service. Terrible! I ordered two shakes for my boyfriend and I and the girl repeated it back to me perfectly, I got to the window and she messed up our drink sizes. There really isn't anything better than the cherry limeaid; however, the rest of the food is just ok at best. I love the novelty of food being brought to the car and there needs to be more Sonics available everywhere, but if you're looking for really good drive-in diner food I wouldn't recommend coming here. The customer next to me ordered a shake and the young man in the microphone asked if he wanted chocolate chip and he said yes, they brought it out and no chocolate chip. This is the slowest Sonic and fast food place I have ever been to. Whether you do drive in or the park and order is the same amount of wait time.
