Haven't had five guys in forever. It's usually pretty heavy and makes me sleepy after but it's nice to have it once in awhile. Definitely a delicious burger but be prepared to feel tired after eating it Just expect it, and it makes this place uniquely meant for that. Staff was chill. There was not that many people in on a random Tuesday afternoon so glad we didn't have to wait too long. What happend to the old Five Guys? The place was sweltering hot. It was clean although they were getting their grease pits sucked out by a truck at the front door so it smelled terrible on walking in. We placed our order a bacon burger a cheeseburger and a regular (media in) fry. $34. What the actual what? There is no vibe. No atmosphere. It's a shell with red and white tile. For $5 more you can get a real restaurant and table service. The burgers were good and fresh but not "oh my god" great The fires were hot and crispy but too salty . First off, I don't compare fast food to non-fast food. Five Guys doesn't have a drive-thru, so to me it's not "fast food." In-n-Out and Carl's are the best fast food burgers in the area. The Five Guys burgers and fries are still full of flavor, that's the good news. And the staff is still friendly. All good. But the fountain drinks? Seemingly, in particular, the Coke/Dr. Pepper varieties are the worst I've ever tasted. It the water/syrup mix I believe. I'm very used to both Diet Coke/Diet Pepper so I know what it tastes like. Nothing like a big fat juicy burger after a great workout!!!! That's wassup!! Went here today for lunch. The place was not very busy at all. Staff was very friendly and patient. We got the Double Bacon Cheeseburger, Double Cheeseburger Lettuce Wrap (with extra jalapenos and extra hot sauce), and Small Cajun Fries. Sarap!!! All were very good!! The Cajun Fries were fire!! I love the seasoning on it and especially appreciated that even though it had a lot of the seasoning on it, it wasn't too salty. The free roasted peanuts were great while I waited for the order to come out. The place was nice and clean and I was definitely lovin' the music being played. Lisa Lisa and the Cult Jam, "I Wonder If I Take You Home" and other 90's jams. Definitely enjoyed our burgers after hitting the gym hard today. The wait is impossibly long even with no other customers in the place it took 20min to get one burger.

I hate leaving this negative review for 5 guys but I'm not sure if the management and entire staff has changed here but from previous experience here this last visit will probably be my last. I don't mind paying the higher price of burgers and fries but expect it to be worth it. Both my wife and I are so disappointed. Not one face I recognize from past visits. That's why I believe there was a change. The high price for a large frie and the cup was only 3/4 filled. The burgers seemed dry for some reason. The add ons we requested were so minimul we actually had to double check. Just a quick word of advice and yiu can take it or leave it. Give the people what they pay for. Almost 40 bucks for burgers and fries is high but we expect the best. Otherwise close your doors now and avoid loosing money because of the lack of business. I'll probably go back to another place. For years I've enjoyed the burgers and Cajun fries from Five Guys in Temecula on the southwest corner of Winchester and Margarita. I only recently discovered the hot dogs. Now I seem to have a craving for those dogs. I like how you can snack on peanuts while waiting for your order. The place is clean and it's easy to figure out how to order. We had always wanted to try this places, so finally tried it and we were sadly disappointed in these super overpriced meals. Paid approximately $50 for 2 bacon cheeseburgers, fries, drinks & milk shakes. Plus an additional $17 for 1 burger, 1 fry & 1 drink. They were apparently having issues with their milkshake machine, because they gave us watered down ice cream in a cup, when I asked about them, they just said "we were having issues." So I had to ask for a refund. (We are not refund asking people...) The food was extremely greasy, the bacon was missing, the French fries were soggy. Let me start by saying this was my first time ever at Five Guys. I am sitting in the parking lot as I write this review with mixed feelings. I wanted to try out Five Guys after seeing a review by Keith Lee on Tiktok. Keith had tried out the grilled cheese burger, which is what I ordered along with fries and a soda. I got it with a double patty and the total with tax was $21.61. The customer service wasn't great. When I got up to the counter, the manager was scolding the cashier about some procedural issue. Neither one of them made eye contact with me for a good minute and a half. Eventually the manager left without ever acknowledging me. The employee eventually looked up sheepishly and said, "Sorry about that, boss. How can I help you?" Even though they're young, I'm not sure why anybody would behave like this in a customer service environment. While I waited for my food, I looked around the restaurant. The floor was the dirtiest I've ever seen in a fast food establishment and the trash cans were overflowing. It was a really sad state of affairs. In fairness there was a kid working there who was wiping down tables, however I didn't see anybody pay any attention to the disgusting floor or the overflowing trash cans. I waited about 10 to 12 minutes for my food. I get the wait, since everything is made fresh, but the place was mostly deserted. Once my food was ready, I will say it was very good: the flavor, the quality, everything was excellent and I did enjoy it. The overall environment though in the restaurant is not great: the filthy floors, the overflowing trash cans, and the temperature was absolutely frigid. You'll note this is an issue that other people have identified in their reviews and obviously management or ownership does not care to do anything about it. Wake up, folks! People have been telling you your restaurant is too cold for years and apparently you're either ignorant or indifferent. Either way, huge red flags here. So it is freezing cold inside and I was very uncomfortable, even though I was wearing two long sleeve shirts and a jacket. Also, while I ate my meal, the four guys working in the restaurant talked and laughed loudly the entire time. The manager with the giant cross around his neck was nowhere to be seen. It was the most unprofessional environment that I have seen in any restaurant and I've been in a lot of restaurants. I know they're young kids and it's not necessarily a corporate workplace but a little bit of professionalism and not screaming and laughing at the top of their lungs would have been nice. So the food quality was exceptional, but the service and environment are desperately lacking. It seems management is woefully indifferent to the issues and unlikely to change a thing. Overall, I felt like it was overpriced for the experience and highly doubt that I'll be back. read more

Five guys is always good, but u have to get a double or it isn't enough food. Also sometimes it is a fairly dry sandwich. Even with bacon and mayo on this last one it was still dryish. Flavors are still good and fresh. I love that they offer raw jalapeños as an item to put on. So much better than pickled jalapeños. Their fries are like no one else's ! First let me say I do not like In and Out their burgers just don't taste right. So now on to The Guys, their burgers are pretty decent for fast food and their fries are very tasty. I love how they have peanuts to eat that are free and they taste pretty good. They don't have milkshakes which kind of sucks but they do have one of those Coke machines with over I'm thinking 100 flavors of sodas. The employees are nice and always willing to help you with the menu. I usually just get the little cheese burger, little fries and a drink. The little cheese burger is enough for me and even though the fries are called little they are not. So the price for one little cheese burger, little fries, peanuts and a drink is around 10 which I think is a deal. So yes The Guys don't have a drive thru and they don't stay open until 1:30am but they have good burgers, very good fries, nice employees and it doesn't take 30mins. to order your food. read more

I've been coming to this location for a while and normally I have had good experiences. Tonight I came in, ordered a bacon cheeseburger + cajun style fries to go. They have always been a bit pricier than average and it has only been going up recently, but oh well. After waiting for a while they call my number. I pick up and head home. The cheeseburger was completely wrong. They couldn't have missed the order more if they tried. Not double, no cheese, no grilled onions. And what was there was pitiful. A shred or two of lettuce and a couple bits of chopped regular onion(yes I ordered both). And on top of that the fries were burned. The receipt stuck on the bag was correct, but the contents were not, at all. It's one thing to charge extra for a "premium" burger. But when you take people's money and then completely miss the mark delivering on that you lose trust, and business fast. I wont be back. read more

Decided I wanted a burger today for lunch so I stopped into Five Guys. Lunch was just ok and a bit overpriced but what I want to focus on is the presentation. As I was waiting for my food, I kindly ask one of the employee's a question regarding one of the condiments and how it's used. It was the Malt vinegar. I only asked because I've never seen that condiment at a burger place before so I was genuinely curious. The employee, not friendly at all, says "I don't know I've never used it before". Hmm ok that didn't answer my question but thanks anyway. Next up, same employee was making rounds in cleaning the counters and tables. The only thing she did was smear the dirt around. Horrible customer service from the cashier. Girl in her early 20's treated me horribly. I couldn't find my mask. I usually have 20 masks in my purse, but kids had depleted my supply. I walked in and asked her if she had a mask so I could order. I notice most businesses will have a box sitting out. This is the first time I had make a mask request. The cashier literally screamed at me and threw me out. It was humiliating. Kindness goes along way these days. Thank goodness for In-n-Out drive-thru.
