The service here is atrocious. I asked for a spoon for my son's milkshake and the waitress rolled her eyes and ignored us. 2 stars because the kitchen staff helped us out when we knocked on the door. With any luck, this place will shut down soon. read more

Something different from the normal breakfast food fare!!! I usually stop at McDonald's on the way to the office, but today I opted to try something different. I was pleasantly surprised to realize you can order anything off the menu, NOT just breakfast food, so at 6:15am, I opted for a soda and Chicago dog...yippee!!! A breakfast for champions! I really don't eat at Sonic except for 1/2 price drinks at happy hour from 2-4pm every day and before 10am. I like to take advantage of the large drinks for a little over a $1...call me a scrooge or money miser, but IF I CAN SAVE I will SAVE!!! Everyone is like that! read more

This sonic in particular is terrible. If you buy the drinks, I'm convinced they do half the required flavor shots as they always taste like water (other Sonics around are great). Some just taste like soap, failed me 3 of 3 times. They try and get only cash from you. It's just a terrible run Sonic, I'd stay clear. read more

My daughter and I literally go to sonic daily. She likes the fries and I like the caffeine. I use the app since drinks are half price all day with the app.. This location is severally understaffed. I have come here a handful of times and now have refused to go back to this location because an order of fries and 2 route 44's that I ordered 10 minutes before through the app took almost 20 minutes. THIS IS NOT WHY I AM UPSET!! The blonde car hop was extremely busy and and had her hands full the entire time we waited. Since this location is the only location that doesn't provide an add on tip on the app. The only cash I had was a 10$ bill. Once the car hop had finally made her way to my stall she handed me one drink and a bag of fries. I looked at my receipt to make sure I didn't mess up but said, "I know you're busy but I think you forgot one of my drinks." Which she replied with, "Are you sure?" I handed her my receipt which she then rolled her eyes and stormed Inside. She handed me my second drink and started to walk away. I stopped her again and said, "I'm genuinely not trying to frustrate you, but you forgot my straws." Again she stormed inside and came back to my car which she threw into my window. I guess I shouldn't be shocked for this area but I guess I thought common courtesy was something that still mattered. read more

This Sonic has gone down in service over the last three months. The last few trips we've made to order drinks take forever to answer the red button call. You have to press multiple times to get someone to answer and when they do they don't apologize for the wait. This is after waiting for 10 minutes for someone to answer. Today In particular after the third press they simply stated the milkshake machine was down. When we responded with other questions they didn't answer prompting us to press a FOURTH time. We ended up leaving! This location has lost our family business. read more

Average Sonic taste, slowest Sonic I've ever been to the three times I've stopped in, and there's nothing like having promised a kiddo ice cream and having to wait 22 minutes for a soft serve to come out when there are only seven other cars you can see. Had no issues with the wait staff, just the wait times. This Sonic has been relegated to times there are not rugrats in the car but could easily go back on my list with a couple of reasonable timeframe experiences. Terrible customer service. Ordered two Route 44 Cokes. Nobody responded after placing order. Waited 5 minutes, assuming the order was placed. Pushed the button to check, someone came through the microphone but didn't say anything and then hung up. Waited another 5 minutes and pushed the button again. Told the representative that I placed an order for two Cokes and was checking on them. She said, "I'm sorry" (that's it) and then hung up. Waited another 5 minutes. Pushed the button again. Told the representative the same thing. She said, "I can't really hear you and I don't see an ordered for two Cokes. Do you want to place it again." I placed the order again and waited another 10 minutes - 25 minute wait for two Cokes. Never again. read more

I'm pregnant and had a huge craving for pretzels from sonic at 9:30, after being sick all day. We decided to do an online order for pickup at our local sonic in hopes that I could actually get something I can eat. Everything went through fine with the app order, we arrived and checked in, after minutes of not seeing anyone we pressed the red button and waited. We waited 25 minutes for someone to acknowledge our presence, even calling the number. No one ever came outside to bring our food. This is a very poor way to run a business. Our card has been charged for the meals we ordered and an hour later we have no food. read more

Full menu all day! All the slushes are amazing! Their value menu has a lot of cheaper things than the Sonic near my house so I try to stop by this one more often. Try the green apple, strawberry watermelon, or pineapple watermelon slushes. My only complaint would be that this one is a lot slower than most but the deals are better so... read more

This particular sonic has been here for around 14 years. Their food was always hot and tasted awesome. The carhops for the most part were very friendly. I've always found it to be expensive. I'm a diabetic, have to watch my carbohydrates.. sonic was perfect because all of my kids could get what they wanted and I could get their amazing chicken salad. That was then, this is now.. Approximately seven or so years ago, they stopped serving salads. I've never heard of a fast food restaurant removing the entire salad portion of their menu off the map. No explanation, no warning. Then their prices keep increasing. Chicken strips, fries and a drink will set you back $8! The food started to go downhill. More often than not, the food is not good. I used to love their chili cheese coneys. Nowadays they put chili everywhere, dripping down the sides of the hot dog where you can't even pick it up. Barely any cheese ever. And the aluminum foil like package they put it in? Horrible! Because the chili and cheese ALWAYS sticks to the top of the container so, it's not on your hot dog..it's on the paper. I'm not a big slushie or ice cream fan so I rarely order anything like that. However, when I have ordered slushees, cherry lime aid or ice cream it consistently was quite good! This place is garbage. They smack together the burgers like it's trash. They are rude. They take forever. They close at 11 even though they are supposed to be open until 12. They leave their lights on until 12 but if you press the button they say sorry were closed for the night. Anything you say after that they ignore it. Their food is so nasty and old. read more

Today was my first time in four or five years since going to a Sonic, and this visit made me fall in love all over again! I ordered a pretty big haul, but my order came out before I could get more than a few paragraphs into what I was reading and the food was HOT and delicious! Sonic generally has good reviews and as far as fast food joints it's one of my faves. This was my first time going to this location. After placing my order, it took me 15 minutes to actually get my food and the place wasn't even busy. I also ordered a French vanilla coffee because it was later in the day and I was starting to get a caffeine headache from skipping my morning coffee. Let me tell you...their French vanilla coffee tastes like French poop. I think the name Red Button coffee is spot on because normally you hear in movies and cartoons not to press the red button because something will usually explode. The food is fine, but these people will mess up the most simple order, ask you to repeat that order, mess it up again, and then bring you out the wrong order with the wrong items on the check. They then will say someone must of drove off with your order, and then they will give you a refund in cash because they dont know how or dont want to take the item off of your credit card. read more

I have no problem with this location other than the car hops are awful about keeping your change. I should not have to use my credit card just to be sure I am not robbed of my money. So what if it's just a few cents. They are my cents and you don't have the right to decide if I get them back or not. If I want to to you I will say keep the change!! read more

Lazy employees who get an attitude with you when you don't tip them. if you're calling after 9 pm to ask if they're still open (just to make sure) DO NOT expect an answer, expect them to let it ring for minutes or purposely answering and hanging up the phone. pitiful read more
