Stopped in here after catching a movie recently and found the place to be exceptionally unorganized and slow. It was about 2:30pm on a Saturday afternoon and there was no discernible crowd at the establishment. We had 3 people in the vehicle and broke the order down into 2 orders. My friend and his girlfriend ordered theirs first. Then we added my order which was a Coney Dog & Fries combo. About 10 minutes later my food came out and half of their order came out. Then we waited, and waited and waited. Finally after waiting almost 15 minutes my friend who's driving gets on the mic and asks where's the rest of the order??? The lady inside says "It's coming right now". Again we wait and about 5 minutes later the rest of the order shows up which was his girlfriends part of their order. No apology, no "sorry we're slow, or there was a problem in the kitchen". Nothing. The food itself was fine. But the service was less than stellar. I doubt I'll be back. read more

The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is their onion rings are better than any other Sonics. This particular trip, all I wanted was 2 corn dogs and a small order of onion rings. I opted for the drive thru instead of a bay, which may have been the best option. I get to the board to order, but was told to hold. There was only 1 car ahead of me, and they were already at the window, but okay. 3 minutes later as I was about to pull off, the lady came on, apologized for the wait and took my order. So I pull up the the window, pay for my order, but then was asked to pull up to the "number 1" spot! Again, only 2 corn dogs and a small onion rings! I had to wait 10 minutes! I could understand if it was packed, but there were 5 cars total (2 were behind me, and 2 at the bays, and me)! I did feel a little bad because it honestly looked like this girl was the only person running the restaurant. She took my order, and brought the food out. She probably was cooking it too. It was Labor Day, and the day before the first day of school, so there were probably call outs. If that was the case, the SHE gets 5 stars! But this store is going downhill fast. read more

Nasty, nasty, nasty. The bread is WHITE when they give you your burger. This has happened to me at least three times within the past two years, and that's how often I get it because its gross. Food is always delicious. Idk if it was just this past weekend, but I came here and my order was incorrect twice. Failed to check my bag as I normally do and had to drive all the way back. I understand people make mistakes but when asked to get the items that I didn't receive, twice, the girl(s) on the register were attitudey like I was wrong for asking them to correct their error. But today me and my husband were served by Taylor and he was super friendly and came to the window multiple times to make sure my food was the exact way I wanted it. Suggested popular items, traded favorite foods all while waiting for my order. Not saying all customer service reps should be like him but attitude is a big no no. It's what you've come to expect. A bunch of young 20 somethings working in a small confined space with huge dreams and aspirations of making it to Hollywood. Then I drive up in my car, fresh plastic cards in my wallet and im eagerly ready to make bad gastrointestinal decisions. After ordering my precursor of a heart attack bucket of trash I patiently wait for my food to arrive. Once I've been handed my poison, I like to casually point out to the Sonic employee that I was just like them. Maybe they don't get it now, but the hope is possibly in a few weeks they'll be doing some mundane task and reflect on my words with a clear image of my face saying it, and weep. ok, even though this place is a chain, I thought it important enough to rate this particular Sonic's. I was particularly disappointed on several occasions with this place. I've been here twice and they've managed to mess up my order 3 times. They don't seem to be interested in getting anything right or taking the time to actually listen to the details of your order. First time I asked for a sonic blast with m & m's and oreos. They gave me 2 sonic blasts: one with m & m's and another with oreos. On a second occasion, I asked for a chili cheese coney with ketchup only. they gave me a sausage, bun and ketchup. Did they not hear the "chili cheese" that I asked for? Also, this place couldn't make cream pie shakes once cause they ran out of ingredients and couldn't make their fried ice cream blast cause they... surprise.... ran out of fried ice cream ingredients! I can't comment or compare this particular sonic's to other's in the area, but I already am quite disappointed in this one. Best Sonic experience. Ever. Not only were they super friendly but they were really helpful, too. I wanted a limeade but unlike my husband who likes cherry (gross) limeade .. I asked the guy on the intercom what he thought about pineapple coconut and then he asked me if I wanted the coconut cream or the blue coconut syrup and I asked him what he thought was best. We opted for the blue coconut and pineapple. Dudes. They put pineapple chunks in the limeade. Seriously!!! Yeah. Best. So good. And tater tots. Forgetabout it. Seriously. This sonic is the absolute worst. The customer service is horrid. It is the closest sonic to my house so we have tried giving them a second, third, etc. try because we love milkshakes. Every. Single. Time. There is something going on there and the staff is seemingly flustered and over whelmed even if it's not busy. One time they wouldn't take cards in the drive through, had to walk in. One time they took 15 minutes to bring out our shakes, with no apology (and we always use the drive thru, so we had to pull over and park behind another vehicle who was also told it would be a while and to pull up and park). One time we were waiting (always a long wait in the drive thru regardless of how busy they are) and someone parked got so upset he stormed inside because nobody had even addressed him yet and he was parked 20 mins. Shakes are very inconsistent. Sometimes they are mixed well and thick, sometimes they are like drinking cold milk. I will drive out of my way to avoid it now that I haven't left that place smiling once. read more

I went there last night for two slushes and and order of fries, I ordered on the app and waited and waited and waited for my order as I sat in the stall and watched every order before and after my order be completed. The message popped up on the screen that my food was going to come and Tramaine was on the way. I sat there for 15 minutes and there was no Tramaine. I drove to the drive thru window to be greeted by a stinking attitude of the cashier who asked me what my order was?? Are you freaking serious? I'm the only customer still here at the store and I didn't get my food and then when I told her my order I saw it was sitting on the counter the whole time. I was parked in the stalls so I watched them playing around in the kitchen for at least 10 minutes before I had to get my own food. Then the rude nasty acting worker with the ghetto blue braids started rolling her eyes at me me because I wanted my fries fresh. They were ice cold from sitting while they played and she kept cursing at me through the window. All three of those lazy raggedy workers from 3/10/22 evenings shift should be fired. I'm sorry they hate their job but that has nothing to do with giving me crappy service, ice cold food, and entitled lazy workers mad because you want what you pay for. Honestly this sonic is a sorry excuse of its namesake. I know it's fast food but I also know how sonic is at its peak. The few times I've been here there is always a wait to order and for food even when nobody is here. Staff is not very responsive let alone friendly. This time my burger came with only tomato and lettuce and a half strip of bacon. No pickes, ketchup, or mustard. Tots had barely been defrosted. I keep coming back because it's the only one in the area open all night and sometimes they do a decent ocean water. I think I may have learned my lesson. read more

Where do I start. This was my 2nd visit with my husband to this location. Let's just say the 2nd was the worse. They were doing construction during our second visit. One would think that a owner/manager would have all of the spaces on side operable instead of having spaces operating where the construction is taking place. We pull up and attempt to order a strawberry sundae with extra topping. By the way the drill and/or truck were not operating at the beginning of our order. The young lady that was speaking had no clue what my husband meant by extra topping. She finally said what kind of topping sir and he said strawberry for at least the 3rd time. He then attempted to order a cheeseburger but by this time the noise had begun. Instead of trying to figure out what a person is ordering why not have the individuals come out to the cars. We sat there for almost 10 minutes waiting for the noise to stop and all of a sudden a young lady appeared at the car. My husband refused the order and told her just to provide him with a receipt for the sundae that I had eaten. The young lady informed him that the manager would need to come out. Of course it was a another young lady who had no clue what it meant to be a manager. Instead of her stating it's a little crazy around here due to the construction please excuse this or anything similar, she just stated what the cost of the sundae. My husband asked for her name and informed her that he would be doing a survey on line due to our experience. By the way while we were waiting for the food there were at least 3 other people who attempted to take our order. I am not sure what kind of system they have but it is obviously not working. All I could see were a bunch of teenagers just moving about inside not really doing anything. Try to find another place not worth the hassle. read more
