I REALLY want to say this sonic of good, but I can't tell you the last time I've had a 100% positive experience. The good: I actually like the food. The cheese sticks and pretzels are really good in my book. I love the new happy hour (2-5pm daily) where 2 cheese sticks, pretzel, and corn dogs are $1 each through the app. Great value! The not so good: the speed of service and attention to detail is just awful. It doesn't matter how many other cars there are, you will be waiting for an unreasonable amount of time for a fast food joint (at least I did). Check your order, especially if you are taking it to go. They have a habit of missing alterations to items or the inclusion of basic condiments. And be careful where you park when it's busy. You can easily get stuck with the drive thru lane sometimes wrapping around the building. read more

Honestly the people here are crazy nice and friendly! Plus their food and limeades were bomb! Every stall is in the shade which is perfect and their location is in a quiet chill space. This is the sonic for me. The man who helped us was so nice and helpful too. read more

The burger i got was good and the fries were great. I also got the cherry slush, which I loved. The food took a while to come out, but they also had a screen that you ordered through that also told you how far away your food was from ready. I frequent Sonic, for their iced tea and plain ICE. This is the location I go to most often, but it seems all locations have the same problems. I have to repeat my order at least twice and many times more for them to be able to hear me. Also, when delivering to my car stall there is rarely enough room for them to fit between the order board and my car to hand me my order. None of this will stop me from craving their ICE but would be great to fix it for customers but also for employees! read more

Placed an online order to pick up in the drive thru. The wait once I arrived was a bit longer than I would have expected for an order that was placed ahead of time but the food was hot so I can't complain! Love that they offer half price drinks on the app too! Slushies are always great to go with our meal in the summer time! read more

Just picked up some corn dogs and "groovy fries" at sonic for my kids. Got home to some delicious corn dogs and hard, burnt a**, "ungroovy fries". Is it really that hard for an employee to look at some fries and think "hmmm, these don't look "groovy" & just ask the customer to pull into a bay and wait for fresh fries instead of sending them off with crap! Shame on your staff Sonic. I realize it's fast food but if you wouldn't eat it (which I'm positive you wouldn't) don't give it to my family. Just stupid and rude. read more

Great staff. This is always my go-to spot for when I'm wanting a slushy or a specialized soft drink. There are so many options for add in flavors/fruits/candies. A Diet Coke with vanilla is really good... so is the diet cherry limeade... ocean water... and you can't go wrong with any of the slushy options! Plus, you can order through the app for faster service if you'd rather not go through the drive thru. Make sure to tip your car hopper/who brings your order to your car! If you sign up for texts, you sometimes get coupons. Oh, and don't forget afternoon happy hour! read more

This location is in need of repair. I had to pull into 3 different stalls before I found one that was working. Then I noticed they had empty cars parked in some of the others stalls, that presumable weren't working either. The drinks and food are what would expect. Order through the app for 1/2 drinks. Ive tried to give this location a chance on several occasions, but it just seems to continue subpar in many areas. The carhops never carry silverware or condiments such as ketchup on them having them go back to make additional trips. Several of the carstall ordering systems were down this last visit. You only learn this the hard way after pulling in. People seem rude and like they dont enjoy working here. Wish the Culver's down the block was open later. read more

I think A-OK works for this Sonic. I am not a huge Sonic fan personally, except for the tater tots. Good lord, the tater tots. But, we stop in quite often to this one to get drinks and a quick bite because it is half a mile from the house. Generally, it is not too bad. Sometimes, the service is a bit slow but not enough to stop coming by when the occasion merits it. The one thing I will caution is that it can get a bit hectic in the evenings during the summer. This is a place where people come, park, and just hang out in the parking lot. Kinda cool. Like, I remember hanging out with nowhere to go as a young person and I get it. But, on these evenings, it can get a bit hectic around the parking lot, so just be prepared. But, definitely grab some tater tots. Family size. You'll thank me later! read more

I have frequented this Sonic throughout my life because of the short distance from my house and old high school, but my last experience with this location has made me never want to come here again. Three of my friends and I came and parked in the drive in a couple Tuesdays ago. We just wanted to hang out a little bit and and eat some ice cream after an event. We are all college students, and when we got there, we had two separate cars that we parked adjacent to each other. The four of us all got into one car so that we could talk to each other without being in the cold(keep in mind, it was a Tuesday night, and they had no other cars in the drive in area. If they weren't dead, we would've parked our second car elsewhere, and then only driven one car into the sonic). We had rolled down our window to order maybe a minute after we had gotten into the same car, and about 10 seconds later a man came out to our car(who we assumed was the manager) and said very rudely "if you guys are planning to leave your car here, don't. And if you guys are planning to sit here for hours, don't." He gave us the meanest glare as he walked away. We were absolutely dumbfounded. We had barely even decided what we were ordering before this man told us basically that we weren't welcomed here because of whatever he was assuming of us. We sat there speechless for a second, and then we all decided that we did not want to give our business to a place that treated their customers in this way. We drove both cars to the Sonic off of Giles(near Cabelas, Costco, and Summer Kitchen) where we had amazing service and no one lectured us for no reason. I recommend that location! I've had a fair amount of questionable customer service from this location before, but this was totally unacceptable. As someone who works in the food industry, I could never even imagine treating a customer(or just any human being) this way. Take your business elsewhere! read more

No issues with this location. Fast service, fresh food, and correct orders. This location also honors corporate coupons and text message coupons. A lot of locations are starting to reject these coupons due to franchises not being forced to honor them. Seemingly unlimited drink and shake choices. Great happy hour prices as well. read more

It's sonic! I don't ever expect much so they always meet my expectations! Food is your typical fried fast food. They have great drinks! I love their nerds drinks! They are very sweet and if I get anything bigger than a medium I usually feel so sick to my stomach it's ridiculous! The ice cream is very good too! I like to get their master blaster those things rock! I don't get food often from sonic but when I do it's good! I really like their grilled cheese sandwiches, I don't know why but I always have they are so soft and just very simple but I love them! If you want fries with your meal you have to specify that or they will bring you tator tots by default. If you go on a weekend night there are usually a lot of people there. Mainly high school kids like to hang out in the back of their trucks. They can be a little obnoxious but you don't have to stay if you don't want to! read more

We mostly go for the drinks. Do like the fact that you can get breakfast and lunch at anytime though. Last time I was there I got a breakfast burrito and mozzarella sticks. both were tasty. A little not so secret is you can buy there bagged ice there. The ice is great for parties but you need to use it fast because it will clump together . I had a absolutely terrible experience at the sonic drive in on February 9th of 2018. I was in a rush trying to feed my son after a horrific physiatrist appointment. I pulled into the to the sonic drive in to see that there is snow all over the road that they had now shoveled and my vehicle struggled to get threw. Imagine the blasphemy in my eyes!! I proceeded to order asking for a second. Ordered my food, pulled up and the worker/manager "rey" said it will be a while. Then a moment later she was waiting at the window while i tended to my child who had a runny nose. i turned resizing she was waiting for me handed me the food and rudely in the most unpleasant manner said to me and my family "Next time, don't waste my time!" this completely ruined my day. i will never buy any products from the sonic location again!! read more

I keep forgetting to write a yelp review for this location so I owe them one. We eat a variety of products from this restaurant at various times of the day. Weekdays and weekends. I'm not even going to cite specific menu items. Sonic restaurants have a refresher variety of appetizer and appealing menu options. Suffice to say everything there is good and the service is great. The store is run by a manager who takes the time to get to know his customers. There's no better way to make repeat customers and keep them happy than getting to know who they are and what they like. Went there tonight and was bad and then turned to awful. I ordered at 7:12 pm got my food at 7:30 (in the drive thru ). My daughters and I got a 5 piece tenders with fries, a 4 piece mozzarella sticks, 2 of there new sliders add onion and ketchup, and 2 small ores blasts for $22.63. Then we drove home witch is .9 miles away. So we sat down to eat at 7:40 and fine that our food was cool Luke warm at best. The motz sticks were warm I suppose. We got tots instead of fries and the mini over priced burgers were missing ketchup and onion. I will say the amount of bacon on them was good. My daughters and I warmed up our slow food in our microwave and ate it. I went to Call the store because I was not driving up there after a 13 hour day. I started to call about 7:50 and have been calling as I wrote this for 50 mins now. They have answered and hung up 5 times without saying anything 4 times I have gotten a fax machine and the rest it just rings and rings. I will say they were very busy but that is unacceptable I think for not answering the phone at all. What if I was parent of and employee with an emergency ? I will be contacting someone about this. There service was garbage, I got here at 10:15 and didn't get my order taken until 11:00, the drive thru wrapped around the building completely. All i ordered was 2 shakes with a small order of mozzarella.shakes were complete liquid and not cold at all. The shakes weren't given to us for 15 minutes, mozzarella sticks were cold and wet. They wanted to charge me for each item (burger, fries) instead of giving me the meal deal and then subbing out the soda for a water. This made the bill about $1 higher and the order lady refused to give me the meal deal and sub in the water. Outrageous policy that makes zero sense.
