I do enjoy their food Unfortunately they don't play the old time music like I used to like. I love The Drifters the Marvelettes and stuff like that they used to play at all the time but they're getting now more modern type of music. So I just go to the drive-thru or if I eat there I just roll up my windows and listen to my Dell Vikings and other famous '60s and '50s Malt Shop melodies. My son and I was in the drive-thru line placing an order and the individual taking the order was constantly asking if we're done placing our order...attitude out of control. I wanted to know which condiments came on the burger that I was having and she blows into the intercom, as if we were asking too many questions. I was fed up by then and I told her that she can keep her food. She told me that it's ok and that I can go get something to eat someplace else. She has zero tolerance/patience to be dealing with the public. I approached the store to get her name and she comes to the door (with not a care in the world, obviously thinking that I was going to report to the facility manager)) stating that she's the manager and her name is Kianna Calloway, as if managers can't/don't get in trouble....very unprofessional. I stated that she would be reported to corporate and her employees blows up not even knowing what had taken place in the drive thru. They went so far as to calling me and my son out of our names. I give them no stars. I drive up to stall 21 pushed the red button waited maybe 1 min. The lady asked for my order I stated I wanted the pretzel twist. She stated I can't hear you so I said again I would like to order the pretzel twist. I then seen the pretzel twist pop up on the menu showing that it was ordered. I forgot that sonic and I broke up a long time ago. I tried to get a cherry limeaide at sonic tonight and they gave my boyfriend a cherry lime aid that tasted like seltzer water, so he sent it back assuming something was wrong with the machine. He asked them to give him a strawberry slushie as a replacement... they took his drink back, then came back a few minutes later and gave him the same disgusting seltzer type drink back..along with 2 big scoops of nauseating looking puréed strawberries just thrown right on top of the liquid. So they literally took the drink back...shoveled some strawberry goo chunky substance into it, didn't even try to mix it, left the chunks floating on top, then sent it right back out instead of making a new drink. Wtf.. Anytime I have ever gone here they mess up the order extremely badly and are very rude about fixing it...if they are not forgetting half of the items that are on the receipt, they bring the wrong items, or cold, congealed food. The app doesn't reflect what they actually have at the store, so if you ordered something through the app that they ran out of or there is a double charge, too bad. They can't refund you at the store. Good luck calling corporate...multiple times...then finally... your bank..to try to get your money back. They need better management and communication. At this point it's on me for trying this many times. Don't go here if you have any sort of time constraint whatsoever. I work right across the parking lot and it took me an hour to get and scarf down one mini sonic blast - my entire lunch break. They were out of spoons and forks, so I ate it with a knife. The order was wrong too. Better than last time though, when they handed me an almost entirely melted ice cream soup and couldn't see a problem with it. They get orders wrong probably half the time. Supplies run out very often. Once, when we said we were gonna head out bc their whole ice cream machine was down, we got an "Oh... ok then... " as if we were the problem. I recall many years back when they would have regular car shows, the carhops would go all out in poodle skirts at their shiny new Sonic. So sad that things have never been kept up and are now in such disrepair. Holes in the building, filth on everything & everywhere and doors that don't work. Don't dare touch anything in the restroom. The carhops are polite but you can tell how even they have lost their pride. Especially when they have to assemble food & beverages with inside lights that constantly flicker. I took them back and talked to the Manager and said they need to check the order before they take it to the car, and she told me that was a common occurrence that happens. read more

First things first, it's a fast food place so do not go here with the idea that the food will be anything other than what it is. That being said, it did take them a couple tries to get our order correct, it was correct on the receipt but a couple items were missing. The food was ok, typical greasy, salty fast food and the ice cream was creamy and sweet, so you really can't expect more. This was my first Sonic experience, we stopped on our way home during a road trip. The burger was ok - it reminded me of Burger King. My husband had a chicken wrap that he didn't care for. I don't complain unless a place is terrible....way to go SONIC, you made the list! Ordered two master blasts, one of the brownie and the other cookie dough. First we received the wrong size. The cookie dough was runny and did not have any cookie dough bits. The brownie one was overwhelmed by caramel...that's all you could taste. After changing for the proper size, we left and decided it wasn't worth the fight. I did call the manager after getting home just to let him know that we were let down and they need to fix this for future customers. He was a douche. Said one the cookie dough was a shake even though my receipt said different and the drive-thru girl repeated "blast" twice. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.
