I was looking for a milk shake that was close to the restaurant I just ate at. Surprisingly, Sonic's was less than 2 blocks away. As I pulled in the very clean and tidy lot, I noticed I was the 5th car in the lot. Not as busy as I expected but a couple cars pulled in just in front of me. I was just ordering a shake so I hoped my order would be prepared first since I ordered quickly. When you're ready to order you press the order button on the electronic menu. I placed my order and close to 10 minutes later the server delivered my shake along with a few other cars orders along the way. She was friendly, had a big smile and left with a sincere thank you, come back. I'll definitely return now that I know how close by Sonic's is. We ordered 2 medium blasts. One blast was a medium, the other was a small and they double cupped it to make it look like a medium. We asked for a new one a d the manager came out trying to check us like we were at fault even though the receipt said 2 mediums. The absolute worst Sonic I've ever been to. Half of the order booths are broken as in they don't work, all of them do not accept credit cards. The booths near the building conveniently do not work. Waited an additional 15 minutes for food with no luck. It was chaos as no one else was getting their food either. One of the workers was hanging out with her boyfriend blasting load rap music. This location is consistently poor. You frequently have to just drive away from that drink that you so desperately wanted because they just don't answer the call button to take your order. Oddly, they are never super busy, just around the corner from work and I only have a 30 minute lunch so waiting in excess of 30 minutes is not an option.
