I have always loved Sonic burgers since I grew up with them in the 70's. I have had good luck and bad luck, depending on the locations. This location did well. They had a special on Chili Cheese Coney Dogs, so I ordered a couple of those. I also tried the new style fries... Last time I ate at a Sonic, they still had the regular (non-groovy) fries. I ordered a small slushy and a burger that is it... after 20 minutes had passed I decided to ring the button and ask where my food was and the lady told me that it had been delivered... it clearly wasn't delivered. Jasmine was the name of the person I had been talking to and her excuse was that she was busy and that I did get my food. I saw maybe 4 cars at the time and 2 of them got food before me. We got in the drive-in line, no one spoke to us at the ordering speaker. We waited at least five minutes and just drove to the window where we waited another five minutes without anyone acknowledging us at all. Yo I'm 18 weeks pregnant and just wanted a milkshake. read more

We placed a mobile order at 6:48 that said it would be ready at 6:54. At 6:52 the reader board said it was on its way. We waited until 7:05 then pushed the red button, at 7:08 we pushed it again and someone finally responded a minute later. He told us our order would be right out. At 7:10 when we finally got our order, our blasts were only 2/3 full. The visit was such a disappointment. I'm not usually one to complain but it seems that every time we visit this store we have a similar experience. Our orders are always 10 minutes late, something is screwed up or missing, or like tonight we only got 2/3rds of a blast in each. We most definitely did not get what we paid for. I can get a full large Blizzard for cheaper than this medium let down. Avoid these guys if you're after ice cream. Read their other 1 stars and avoid these guys. Waited a long time at one of the stalls just for them to forget the sauce we ordered and also an add-on to a drink that costed extra. They also put coconut flavoring instead of vanilla in the drink. It's not like you can go in and get something quickly fixed, we'd probably be waiting another good 20-30 minutes to get the order made correctly in the stall. read more

I went there at 7:15pm on a Monday. I walked there and pushed the red call button to order, no response for 5 minutes. I pushed it again, no response. A customer went to Employees only and knocked to get assistance because her order was incorrect. I saw the inside of that place, it was a disaster. The floor had trash all over it. This entire time one employee was having a personal discussion with a customer who was in her car. When I asked if somebody was going to acknowledge I had been standing there the employee's response was "we are a little backed up right now." She then continued her personal conversation. Frustrated that this particular Sonic doesn't feel it is obligated to honor happy hour prices or items listed as half price on their website, even though I showed drive-through employee the same post as attached. Employee just said we don't honor the tots being half price. The total cost of the 3 items I ordered should have been only .99 for each med drink and 1.85 for the large tot at half price for a total of 3.83 but I paid 7.52. I guess my only complaint would be temperature of the food seems to be low indicating not as fresh as it could be, but that really is par for the course of almost all fast food burger places. Been here numerous times and always had a good experience. Tot's are always good, Burgers are always done right and when I ask for "No ice", I get no ice in my beverage. Shakes are also pretty darn good and the longest wait (I always park and order), might have been 10 minutes. Staff has always been friendly and one time the car hop came by and asked if I needed any ketchup or a refill. No kidding. I even called an hour before I arrived to make sure they had them in stock and weren't in danger of running out (otherwise I'd find someplace else to go) and was told they had plenty and were not going to run out. Placed my order over the app less than an hour later but, when I arrived, I was told they ran out. Put in my order via the app. I arrived on time, but could not check in due to an app error. I pushed the stall button and waited 5 minutes to be told they would be right with me. Nobody got with me. I pushed the stall button again and after ANOTHER 5 minute wait finally got to tell them i arrived and confirmed the stall. About 10 minutes later my order finally arrived. I was told "be carefull the lid comes off easy" i went to set the shake down and the lid popped off spilling the shake all over me and my car. I drove home and immediately called the store, the offered me a new shake i asked for a refund and was told i would need to get back into my ( shake filled) car and bring my card again. I told the on duty manager i didnt feel like ever returning and suggested they get better fitting lids to which i was told the lids had been that way for months. What can I say??? It's Sonic... I am a fan. Yes. This Sonic is the same as others -- LOVE the friendliness of the staff here. Haven't experienced too many negative attitudes at all. I always pull into a stall. I almost always go during Happy Hour. So 2-4 EVERYDAY all drinks and slushes are 1/2 price. I AM a huge fan of Mango Peach Unsweetened Iced Tea, Diet Limeades with extra lime and the AM Energy drinks (definitely NOT diet). Corn dogs are also 99 cents during happy hour. The food is good at Sonic it just isn't something I regularly get. I always order Route 44's.... the ice is the BEST in this world -- anyone who is an ice lover like me knows this -- I usually buy 3-4 drinks and put them in my fridge since this Sonic is across town from me. I've only experienced a few times where the order was wrong or incomplete other than that it is always a good experience!! read more

Horrible experience we ever had!!! About two weeks ago on Friday night, we got there @7 and put car in parking spot to get orders and eat there. Big mistake we made!!! About 7:15 we pushed red button to order and waited for a while and then "push to order appeared. It was 2 and half hours later when they answered!! Why did we wait there for two and half hours??? Well it was kinda late to decide where else to go to dine in and we had cravings for burger and onion rings so we waited!! While we were sitting in parking lot, we warned people around us and told them they never answer to take orders!! And we were there for two hours and nothing happened!! Well we are at #1 parking lot and be able to see the inside of kitchen. Oh my God!! The kids in kitchen was flipping out and throwing staff on the ground! I guess he was overwhelmed with orders which no coming in from drive through and parking lot. We don't see any employees coming out from the door to deliver the food tho!! Well after we finally got our food, which they didn't have onion rings again (it was fourth time they didn't have it) the burger my husband ordered was cold and horrible as the pics. The tots and fries were undercooked and cold. We didn't even bother them to complain about it to the managers at that time but we saw the kids was forced to take a break in the front so we told him about our food. He was nice kid and apologized for the food and told us to tell the manager. But we were tired and disappointed so instead we called next day( so they weren't busy to take our complaints seriously) Well the manager was making excuses and short of employee that night but they were still giving the kids a break???!! After we told her what kind of experience we had, she said she would send us free meals coupons in a mail. Well Well Well After we waited two weeks, we haven't got any thing from them. Been going here ever since they opened (seems close to a decade now?). The junior burger with some fry sauce added and mozzarella sticks are my go-to. The slushees are great for those now-hot summer nights while we all don't have central AC in our homes. Master Shakes never disappoint - rich, thick and flavorful, you'll drink hard an fast on these for a sugar rush. My lower rating is that larger or complex orders through the drive-thru always come out wildly incorrect. Either missing items I paid for, sometimes it's not even my order. If you're getting more than 3 food items, pull up into a spot so you have a chance to make sure it's what you ordered. read more
