I went for a slush during the evening and they gave me a slush that had no flavor just the crushed ice. I didn't check this until I got home so I drove back since I stay down the street. No one said sorry or anything and then proceeded to give me the wrong flavor AGAIN! All I ordered was LemonBerry (lemon and strawberry) I just said forget it and left. The worst managing place in the world.. I have been there 10 times in one month and 8 times they were out of onion rings. Really.. this is what people order.. Great for their drinks, especailly during their happy hours (2-4) which is half off drinks. It is fun to see the employees to skate around, reminds me of the 1950s servers. They have a sit down where they have a board that you can speak your order into, park your car in one of the stands, or drive through...so there is multiple ways for them to take your orders. Pretty good food but the service in the drive thru is so slow! Service is very friendly.

This drive in used to be one favorite places to take my son for a meal. Yesterday quickly changed that for us when he found a strand of hair in his hotdog carton. I immediately told the staff and they offered me was another hotdog with no refund of my money. Not good. The wait time was horrible. Took 30 mins for them to take my order. Bad service! They are not worthy of one star.

Order was made incorrectly three times. Took nearly an hour to get the order correct (and it was still incorrect but tolerable). Drinks were brought out at the first order and were not refreshed (they're watered down now). The order should have been comped at the very least. One of the worst Sonic's I've ever seen. read more

If it is possible to leave out ingredients, ignore requests, and screw up orders then this location has mastered them all. We love Sonic. We have eaten at many Sonics in many states, but this one is consistent in their inconsistency. The location is close to home, so we go through the drive-thru more often than we should considering that we never fail to arrive home with missing food or missing items from our food. I leave this review tonight after taking advantage of the late night half priced shakes. We ordered three shakes and they literally messed up EVERY one. Sure, they still tasted good, but none of them were what we ordered. I suggest the management retrain the employees and if that doesn't work then perhaps some of these employees need to hit the streets and find another job. I mean, if it is too difficult to remember to add cherries and strawberries to milkshakes as requested then perhaps they need to find positions somewhere that only requires them to remember one thing at a time instead of two. read more

So we were celebrating my child's last day of 8th grade and their crossover ceremony so I wanted to get a treat for the entire family. I suggested QT but then my brilliant child reminded me that hey it's 4 p.m. so let's go to Sonics. My kudos to those at Sonic's because once we got our things everything was tasty, hot, satisfying and a real treat. Okay here comes the old breaking ball, it took forever to get our stuff but this one does not rest at the feet of the employees. We pulled in around 3:45 and and I rushed my family to make the decisions before 4 so I know we push the button to place our order at 3:58 and someone responded around 4:04. Hey folks, half price is half price and they had corn dogs half price all day long. Again kudos to the Sonic Corporation and the Stockbridge employees. However, It just dawned on me that they are just always entirely understaffed for their happy hour and weekends. Even if you had to drag somebody in for 3 hours a day for happy hour especially in the month of May June July August and anytime Little league baseball games are played. It makes no sense to have to wait so long every Saturday when you're trying to treat your team or your family. We just totally avoided this place on Saturdays following are soccer games because it was just a pain in the butt. Not sure what the franchisee is trying to do here but that young man that came and my car had dragged our drinks all over that parking lot. He walked up on several cars before he finally got to us and said I think I have 5 drinks for you and there's some food for you inside? You got broken signs where it's hard to even pull the vehicle into the stall, I know the back of one of those things has been hanging on for dear life for darn near 3 months now. And there are times where you pull in there and you got to play musical stall just to find one that works. I guess management has not had a time to come around and put the out-of-order sign up probably cuz they're too understaffed to take a break to do that.. Also the screen I was ordering from did not work so I had to wait even longer because I used a card to pay. You're supposed to be able to pay at the stall and I wish you would get these things fixed sir or Madam franchisee. And I am going to go ahead and say this, you know your property is too damn small. I would suggest getting rid of half of those dolls that are closest to AutoZone so people can drive around the drive-thru line and get the heck away from you guys. Folks are having little bouts of road rage in your parking lot which I also saw yesterday. As someone demanded that the whole damn world move so they can leave because they have been waiting too damn long.  And trust me owner on busy days you lose your fair amount of business because the responsiveness can be rather sluggish.. My little red light blinked for about 4 to 5 minutes but I know times are tough but you have to take people's order whether you making food fresh or not. I kind of wish you never added the drive thru because it's as slow as Christmas... And that's something Universal to most Sonic's restaurants. So I'm not slamming the people but I think the manager's hands are tied because of the owner restricting hours to make a profit and does not give a damn about Speedy customer service. Now you know why there are 20 to 30 people working at a Chick-fil-A any given time of the day. It's because, and I really hate to admit this, but they seem to care about people they don't even know... Weird. Weird and Uber profitable!!! read more

I have given this place way too many chances. This is mostly because this one is closer to my house than the other two that I'm go to. The really big thing with this is if you aren't going through the drive thru you will be waiting for an extremely long amount of time and more than likely your order will be messed up! Now if you want a nerd / you will have to tell them please remember to add the nerds to my flesh. If you want any kind of flesh actually you will need to make sure that they don't feed you just crushed ice. Make sure to check your order before you leave because I'm guessing its a 90 percent chance that your order will get messed up. Recently I went and got a fudge brownie sundae and it was really good the only thing is all of the brownie bites were at the very bottom of the sunday so while I initially thought I had it no brownie bites it turns out they were all stuck to the bottom which doesn't do me any good sent all the ice cream by then was completely gone. I ended up being left with nothing but fudge sauce and brownie. I used to love coming to this one and I really do hope they get it together soon because this is just absolutely ridiculous. read more
