It was, however, a kind young staff member who helped me settle on that. When I started asking too many questions through the speaker box, she decided to just come outside to talk with me. She guided me through the menu, gave her opinions when I asked for them, and helps me settle on meal options for both myself and children. The chicken bites were pretty good, but the fries were overcooked. I had an egg and cheese toaster breakfast sandwich. My sandwich was so hot when it came out that I had to wait to eat it. I went off script and ordered myself a slushy. The flavor was so good, but just one sip gave me a brain freeze, so I had to stop drinking it. My children split a strawberry limeade, and they loved it. Overall, dislocation is a little in disrepair, and you can tell that it had a past that drew in larger crowds. I went through the drive thru today. The service was horrible. Sat at the speaker waiting for assistance for over 5 minutes. No one ever came on to take my order. When I pulled up to the window, I was ignored again and I finally drove away. The customer service is non-existent. One of the employees was sipping on her own drink , my young son pointed out that no one was wearing gloves and the place looked unsanitary. Sonic needs to do better. I should have known better. Sonic's food is always enticing. The problem is getting it. The drive through was wrapped completely around the building, 75% of the stalls were taken, and they only had 2 employees working. Are you F*ing kidding me? Does the owner / manager of this place not understand that if you hire more people to make and serve the food, you'll sell exponentially more and turn a much larger profit? I have given this location more chances than a few. I waited one time for an order for 40 minutes. Apparently they forgot about my order. Brought out cold food, and I was terrified to even have them remake it because of the attitudes. I didn't want anything foreign in my food.
