Sonic has certainly fallen from the heights it once enjoyed. I hadn't been to a Sonic in a very long time, but while talking with my friend, they mentioned a drink called the Lemon Cream Cooler, which I'd never heard of. Intrigued, we decided to stop by and give it a try. I'll say this upfront: I wouldn't go to Sonic again for the food. The quality has seriously declined, the portion sizes are underwhelming, and overall, the experience was far from enjoyable. I ordered the Cheesy Bacon Supersonic Combo with tater tots and a large Cherry Lemonade. To Sonic's credit, the drinks remain its strongest point--they've never disappointed me, and this visit was no exception. My Cherry Lemonade was refreshing and flavorful, as expected. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The biggest issue I have with Sonic's food is that most of it desperately needs more seasoning. The flavors are bland and uninspired, leaving little to enjoy. On top of that, if you're going to call a burger the Cheesy Bacon Supersonic, it should live up to the name. This sandwich fell short in every way. The bacon was incredibly thin, barely tasted like bacon, and lacked the crispy, thick-cut quality you'd expect. The cheese was another letdown--the amount was minimal, and their cheese selection felt uninspired and unimpressive. Sonic's food today lacks the flavor, creativity, and quality that once made it special. If you're craving a great burger, look elsewhere. If you want an amazing chili cheese hot dog, you're better off making it at home or finding another spot. Sonic's food has lost the magic it used to have. This particular location was clean on the outside, which was nice, but most Sonic locations I've seen are not well-maintained. Even though there weren't many customers, it took a surprisingly long time to prepare our single meal. Unless I'm stopping by for a drink, I won't be returning to Sonic anytime soon. While the drinks are consistently good, the food is simply not worth the trip. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone--grab a drink if you're thirsty, but find somewhere else for your meal. Here's hoping Sonic can make a full turnaround and reclaim its former glory. read more

So glad they reopened. Love it. I wish they were opened later but still have enjoyed my experience there.

I have stopped twice here just for a drink in a two week period and both times their credit card machine was down with cash only. I would think that would be something you fix faster and there is no telling how long it was down before my first stop. Disappointing. I had heard their sanitation grade had improved but unless you have cash don't count on buying anything. read more

Glad to see that this location finally shut down. They couldn't keep help due to the management, they quit taking cards because they wanted to stay open against the say so of their corporate office, and they could never keep their sanitation grade up. I'm surprised the county or the state didn't shut them down. read more

Good comfort food, but you'd best bring cash as the last eight of maybe ten trips they didn't have the ability to do debit/credit cards.

Been here a couple of times for drinks and burgers and they've been nothing but polite, quick, and yummy!

We stopped going for over a year because they always messed up our orders. However we recently decided to go back and was once again we where disappointed. The card machines are always broken and the staff has issues with listening to the customers as they order. Sadly they kitchen isn't much better, they where promoting there slushes but the machine was down due to it overheating. The health department gave them a 96, but if you count there manners and equipment status there closer to a 10. read more

Guys. The sanitation score. It's 77.5 (a "C") I have never seen a sanitation score this low, and I can't imagine what they could've done for it to be so awful. I don't eat here often, because the service is usually slow and their card readers don't work. The workers always seem pleasant though and I do like their ice cream. But I won't be going back until they improve that score. Gross. read more

WORST SERVICE EVER, they take forever to answer the intercoms, and act like you're inconveniencing them. I absolutely love sonic but this one is by far the worst I've ever been to. read more

So I went to sit at the picnic tables and when the worker gave me my order he said "no shit"

The service isn't really slow but the orders aren't accurate. Three times in a row I've ordered a burger with certain toppings and not once has it come out right. I'm not going back. read more

As good as it gets for a fast food joint. Food is great and is ready quick.

This sonic, even though quite smaller and more rural than most I have seen, has by far the best customer service and presentation I've seen from this brand. The order-taker spoke kindly and described how their new slush flavors tasted, then nailed every detail of me and my families entire order without me once repeating myself. Delicious food for great price (half priced shakes every night). Received free coupons and mints from the carhop, and the manager even stopped by to personally check if we enjoyed everything and even took our trash for us. Unbelievably and unnecessarily slow!! Even when there aren't a lot of customers, they are slow. Waiting over 30 minutes for fast food is unacceptable. read more
