Got my blast and they only put the topping on the top of it when it's supposed to be blended in. Whys it so hard to just make it correctly

Order wrong multiple times, staff dismissive and rude when pointed out. Felt like they couldn't care less. Save your time go elsewhere.

One of the cleanest and nicest Sonics I've been to. I've never been disappointed here. Zune is a great car hop.

I am not a big fast food fan but i was in need of food so..... I was soon greeted by an employee on the speaker to take my order by an extreme lack of enthusiasm for her job, or life in general. Maybe she was having a bad day. My order came out correct. There is drive up stalls and a drive thru and even a table out by the employee doors that you can enjoy. Simply and objectively the worst sonic in the town. Ferris, 66 then here. My groovy fries which I normally thoroughly enjoy, were lackluster they were simply unacceptable and things like that. I've never really sat right with me with sonic I love sonic, but not this one. read more

Food came out incorrect. Cheese wasn't even melted on the fries but clumped, fries were soggy and cold, hot dog was beyond greasy and did not remotely look fresh or safe to eat, and instead of a double patty sandwich I was given a single patty and it looked like it was thrown on with zero effort because everything was in the wrapper not the actual burger. On top of all of this, I had to drive a good distance back only to be told that they personally couldn't refund me but instead had to go on the app and call a number instead, so basically wasted my time and gas for absolutely nothing. Also the manager or lead started off nice about it but quickly turned into attitude after throwing away the food. Very unprofessional attitude when the food wasn't remotely acceptable and I was just trying to get a refund with zero hostility. read more

For the most part the service and experience is not a bad one. However, my husband and I have noticed that the cherry limeades are not made correctly. I like a cherry in mine. We find that if we don't ask we don't get one. Tonight was pretty bad. There were maybe 4 little pieces of ice floating in them. The drink was warm. I think that managers should continuously emphasize the importance of getting orders right. My husband ordered two #1's. Both with no cheese. Both with mustard and add mayo on one. He had to repeat it at least three times at the speaker. He verified it again at the window. The burger with just mustard had no mustard, but it had ketchup. Again, unless the managers make an effort to ensure that workers are being careful about the orders, we will continue to get sloppy service. I usually like this place but yesterday made me angry. They were out of most items of blasts and girl kept telling me she couldn't hear me. Was so annoying. When we picked up our order they gave me wrong thing and one kid was not on right and got ice cream all over my hand. Next time I'm going to Braums. Oh and window at pickup is filthy. read more

I would rate them lower if there was a lower rating. No management and lack of training in the people working. Order total was $5.29. I gave them $20.50 which should have resulted in change of $15.21. Between three people they could not figure the change and gave me too much change. I was trying to explain that they gave me too much change and the young man said "It's not that big f'n deal. I asked what the hell was wrong with him and he said " I don't give a f@$&.". I went to this location and order 6 corn dogs. I only received 3 little packs of ketchup and 3 packs of mustard. I ask for more since I did order 6 corn dogs, I was told no that they had already put some in my bag. I did mention it was only 3 of each and i needed more. this happens every time I go to this sonic in Waxahachi, TX placed number one, plain and dry medium size fries with a coke. then I placed an order of a large chilli fries no cheese. I get my #1 cold and with everything on it. Then I get cheese fries no chilli. this was only one simple order and still did not get what I ordered. I don't understand how can they get this simple order wrong!! please trained your workers to pay attention when taking orders please. It will help keeping customers coming back for more!! read more

This is a chain restaurant pretty much across the country. The majority of the locations rate usually between horrible and acceptable. This location is acceptable. Our order was correct, prepared quickly and the people were very friendly. This place is by far better than the option for food right next door, even though the other option used to be one of my favorites. We will come back. read more

We frequent Sonic for drinks and have for years. I just wonder why they have stopped putting a cherry in their cherry drinks?? I suppose they can save a lot of money by omitting them. I know is sounds trivial but I like a cherry in my cherry drink. I was told at a Sonic recently that they are supposed to put a cherry in those type drinks but we hardly ever get them. Horrible drive through. Not one thing we ordered was right. When you ask them to correct it...they look at you like you have a third eye.

This sonic is so hit or miss!!! Some days food is great others, the tots taste like bad grease. Today I waited 22 minutes for a pretzel and a coke. I would have just left had I not already paid in the app. Just don't be in a hurry and cross your fingers when ordering. read more

I'm so glad they built this location!! It's so convenient on my way home instead of driving in the city. Anyway, Sonic is Sonic! I LOVE their drinks and snacks like the cheese sticks and cheddar peppers. During my visit here, the customer service was prompt and pleasant. The waitress lingered for a little bit after giving me my change. After she walked away, my mom pointed out that she wanted a tip! Whoops!! We honked to get her attention but she never came back out! Asked for a cheeseburger no onions and 2 drinks. Got a burger with onions, they would've forgot my drinks if I wasn't still sitting at the window, and didn't leave ketchup. Also only left 2 napkins. We like the food at Sonic and go through this one at least once a week. On Monday, Feb. 4, 2019, I ordered 3 Frito chili pie wraps, 1 lemon berry slush, 2 Dr. Pepper floats, one chocolate Sundae, 1 small fry, 1 small Chedder pepper and 1 small mozzarella sticks. The total was $31.31. I gave the person checking me out $41.89 and then he said it was $31.31 instead of $31.89, so I recounted out the change of $.31. Then he never gave me the $10.00 back, he kept it. I didn't notice until the next day that I had not received a $10.00 bill back. and since I'm a caregiver for a 93 year old lady, I could not go back until today, Wed. Feb. 6, 2019 to try to get back my $10.00 that was not given to me by the male that checked me out. It was sometime between 7:30 and 8:30 at night and I didn't notice right then that I didn't get it, I thought I had. I called the manager today and he said unless I had my receipt, he couldn't give me a refund, or no coupon or anything. Well, It's too bad that I was not allowed to go back and get my refund. There's no telling if that employee is getting money from other customers too and the manager wasn't interested in finding out.
