The interaction I had with them wasn't rude, but it was definitely just barely status quo as far as professionalism goes. No up beat attitude/speech. No "thank you for your business". I'm not sure they were grateful they had customers. They seemed to be more interested in talking among themselves in the back than actually attending to customers or actually working. And good grief, is it a DQ hiring requirement that employees have unprofessional, unkempt, and unnaturally colored hair? Where in the world has customer service and a professional atmosphere gone these days? It's sure not at the Weaverville Dairy Queen.
