This was the BEST Sonic that I've ever ate at!!! I had the regular Sonic burger and it was delicious!! It was fresh, juicy, had great flavor and the meat was hot, no complaints on that!! My husband had the Smash burger and he said the same things about it, fresh, good flavor, hot and he said that "it was all that he expected and more" the tots were fresh, hot and crispy, just like they should be!! We both had tots and we both had sweet tea for our drink. I will say this, the sweet tea is definitely "sweet" it was a little too sweet for our taste, but that is a personal preference. I didn't get the name of the guy that was working there, I wish I had, because he was awesome!!! It seemed like he was the only person working! He took our order, came out to tell us something and then came out and brought our food to us!!! As we were eating, we seen him bring orders out to other customers!!! The building and grounds were very clean, they had a couple of tables with chairs and umbrellas, for those that wanted to sit outside and eat. There really is something that is so incredibly satisfying about a good Sonic and this place is definitely one of the best ones that I have been to! Sonic is the place you want to go if you are craving delicious greasy junk food and something incredibly refreshing to go with it and it does it wonderfully. The best thing to get at Sonic is their drinks - they probably have thousands of combinations that you can come up with. Some good classics are getting your favorite sodas and adding flavoring to it (my favorite is getting a diet Dr. Pepper with a shot of cherry in it - absolutely divine!). Their diet cherry limeades are the perfect balance of the tart citrus and the sweet cherry and it is very low calorie. For me, I normally get an order of their mozzarella sticks and their marinara and the marinara is the perfect pairing with the not too greasy cheese sticks and with the drink on the side it is perfect. They have a drive thru option for those who are wanting to get in and get out, but they are mainly known for being able to drive in to the restaurant and place your order from the comfort of your own car. You order by pressing a red button and they bring your food out hot and fresh (and very quickly!). The people working there are incredibly nice and I will definitely be coming back. We were here at around 6:10 today and ordered specifically for an oreo milkshake, informing the person taking our order that my brother has a nut allergy so they would be cautious. The young woman who brought our order out was super nice and said that they opened up a new sleeve of oreos and replaced the mixer, as well as omitted the whipped cream bc it was in the same fridge as the peanut products. The level of care and concern was heartening and very sweet. I didn't have any cash to leave a tip, but I hope these employees get recognition for the good work they do! The employees here are generally short with customers, but ok. Tonight though the shift manager was extremely rude. It was a rough looking gal with a long straight ponytail. She used a lot of profanity that could be heard at the drive thru window. We pulled over to eat and as we were pulling out of the lot, she was on her cellphone outside going off so loud that I could hear her in my car. We usually visit here twice a week. The food is good for fast food and they are fairly accurate with our order. I won't be going back for awhile. People like that can't hold a job long, so I'm sure she'll be gone soon to be horrible at another fast food joint. We just left this Sonic, and to be honest with you it is the new plug. We went here instead of BDUBS and it didn't disappoint. We came and were helped fast and efficiently and the person taking our order was very nice and enthusiastic. They told us there would be a short wait to ensure the food was fresh, and once we got it the wait was well work it. Our food was absolutely delicious and is comparable to BDUBS. The cars were backed up in the drive thru so i couldnt even back up to get out of the stall. Took another 10minutes. By the time i got out of the stall, i just left. Lately, Sonic and I are in a love hate relationship! I do like certain aspects of this particular location but I have issues in which I don't particularly like. Overall, the staff tends to be friendly and I definitely appreciate that! My food tends to be fresh and the perfect temperature. Let's talk about happy hour and drinks..You can't go wrong with half price drinks and their ice is my favorite! That may sound strange, but I love their rabbit turd ice! Their ice is small like rabbit turds..hence the name! There tends to be a variety of menu options and they add new items often so that is a plus and the Sonic app is nice to check out their menu and order ahead if you want! The facility is clean and well maintained. My only issue is recently I ordered ahead and my order consisted of 3 slushes and when I arrived to get them I was told wasn't working properly but I could get another drink instead. We went with soda and since I ordered 2 large and one medium slush I expected I would get the same size...Nope! The employee returned with one large and one medium blue raspberry slush and one medium soda! And yet I was charged for my original drink order and the slushes cost more than soda! I was furious and I contacted customer service and they did refund me so I can't complain too much. Overall I would recommend. read more

The food was ok. The sonic blast I got was terrible. I asked for the double stuffed Oreo one and all they gave me was ice cream in a cup with a spoon full of Oreos on top. Well pulled into the drive thru line and and asked if food could be remade.. and told window attendant we would pull to the side because we could see they were busy. After waiting over 30 minutes with no one coming to our car I tried calling. No answer.. so we pulled back into the drive thru and was told by window attendant "my manager said we dont replace food or give refunds and the food you gave back was eaten" we then asked to speak with the manager John, who told us "the food was fresh when we gave it to you and it was half eaten. I spoke with my general manager and was told no refunds" I asked why weren't told they didnt replace food when I handed him the cold/dry food.... John's reply was it was the window attendants first day. Not my problem!!he then threw his hands up and walked away from the window. I then called corporate and waited in the parking lot till I ended my conversation with corporate. The police were called and we were asked to leave since it was private property... so I left with no food and no refund... worst fast food experience of my life!! The first one I ordered was correct once it got to the car. The second though was not right. When I went in to get the correct slushee, they gave me a cherry Sprite. TERRIBLE DRIVE THROUGH WAIT!!! Went there on Saturday, 9 July, 2016. Line was not long. Got to our turn and we waited 5 min for the guy to ask us our order - which we had to repeat multiple times. Then it took us 5 more min to drive up to the window even though there were only two cars ahead of us. The car directly in front finally pulled out of line and left. Two cars behind us did the same thing. Finally got to the window and paid and he brought us the drinks one at a time and kept asking us if that was all we ordered. Finally got all five drinks - and astonishingly they were all correct - and no hot dog. Waited 5 more minutes for one bloody corn dog. It wasn't because they were short staffed - I saw at least six people running around inside and two employees were in the parking lot talking. My girlfriend has never had Sonic until this past week. i raved about their food and told her how delicious everything i've ever had from there was. I haven't been in a few years so i wanted to revisit it. We can now say we will be Sonic regulars because the food is even more amazing and the customer service is absolutely non-comparable. We have been 4 times in the past week and even came during our breaks from work. Sadly, I don't remember the lady's name who was working the drive thru during the day we came around 3pm, but during the night time, Seth's personality and enthusiasm has checked every box in the customer service department. Nothing but superb service so far and no sign of it stopping. Will be back and recommended to anyone thinking about it or wanting a quick bite to eat. We usually get double bacon burgers, large tator tots and two large drinks and it's only $15-$20 depending on happy hour so very reasonable and a ton of food! read more
