Sadly, 2 stars is being grateful. Not about of people at the recent trip, so service was fast and d friendly. That said...the order taker asked numerous times to repeat what I said. If you discover you have a bad speaker, the close that stall. I was annoyed to the point of almost leaving. Ordered food, and 2 burgers for my pups. Meat and cheese only. We ordered a Vanilla Coke and a cherry limeade. Simple enough? Wrong. We were delivered the wrong stalls order, no biggie. However, once we got "our" order I told the gal working that what I had in my hands was a slushie when I ordered a cherry limeade. We have ordered from this Sonic for years on Tuesday nights, which is half price cheeseburger night if you ordered on their app. The food was not great, but we could feed our extended family for relatively cheap. A couple of weeks ago Sonic instituted a new app. The app will not allow you to order online from this Sonic. You can still drive up and pay full price. Thus eliminating the half price cheeseburgers. They would not give me the half price burgers even though I complained that the app did not work. I asked if they could correct the app and they indicted they had no control over the app. They said I could call the app and complain. How do you call an app?? I can honestly say I'm done with Sonic. I can cook for my extended family for the same price that I would pay for their full price cheeseburgers, which were never made to order. Done! read more

Went this afternoon a little after 2:00, for the half price drinks. Hubby ordered at the stall and opted for cash payment. We ordered our drinks and a few minutes later the board say Tawny is in the way with our order. Well 20 minutes after that still no drinks but no one ever collected the money so we just left. There were 4 cars behind me and two left. So I drive up to the door and honk my horn and no one comes out. So I knocked on the door and the employee was rude and very obnoxious. When told him he had just lost two customers and didn't seem to care and told me next time don't honk the horn. Then he said I'll make your drink and started to walk back into the store without asking what my drink was so I told him never mind. So this employee lost this store 3 customers in 10 mins. So if your in a hurry to get somewhere don't stop they have crappy service and their drive thru is actually the worst drive thru in been in. If I could give this Sonic 0 Stars I would. It has been over a year since we stopped here. As with other chain fast food places the flavor has just gone away from the hot dogs in our humble opinions. I don't care for beans in my chili, but have overlooked that as I would order a Coney Island when the Lady would decide she wanted a corn dog. Well, now it appears Sonic has also changed their dogs like so many others. Basically no flavor. We pulled in, punched the button, and instantly someone was talking to us about our order of 2 corn dogs, a Coney, tots and iced tea. We also asked for ketchup and the Lady wanted mustard for her corn dogs. The order did arrive quickly and was hot. However, the car hop, who was extremely nice, said they were out of mustard. Of course the Lady would have ordered something else if we had known that when placing the order, but restarting from scratch was not an option as we needed to eat and run. The Sonic is doing the best it can with what its got, but I think that we will now be sticking to the drinks, some of which are really outstanding. read more

I went tonight and got a chili cheese coney and an ultimate chicken sandwich. That's it. I get home and I'm ready to tear into my chicken sandwich being that I hadn't eaten all day, and it was ROCK SOLID! I almost broke my damn teeth! So I start to break it apart and I tear open the chicken patty (with great struggle that is) and the chicken is not white, it's like a dark gray/brown color... the entire patty was like that. It was not even edible! I had to throw the entire sandwich in the trash. I'm so happy I paid $5 or so for absolutely nothing. I am so outraged I have never had a shittier sandwich before. As all of the Sonic venues are basically the same, the five stars that I have given to this venue is certainly not for their culinary delights but for the customer service. Although I love the Sonic commercials on TV, I only go to Sonic for a 44 oz. Blue Coconut Slush. I've passed this venue many times but never bothered to stop in but last evening I was craving a Slush. As I entered this venue, I was amazed how massive it was. I drove up to a slot and push the button to order but the intercom wasn't functioning properly so all of a sudden I hear this jingling of change and this car hop appears and apologizes profusely about the intercom not functioning properly and took my order and went back inside. The price of my order appeared on the screen and I attempted to pay with my card but that feature wasn't working as well but Alan, the car hop, came to the rescue and took care of the issue immediately. I always complain that I cannot leave a tip on the Merchant copy and I never cash money but I had $1 that I was saving for a Mega Million quick pick but I gave it to Alan. Came here as a stop on a road trip with 2 friends. We pulled into a bay, placed our order, and 20 minutes later, we still didnt have our food. We paged a worker who assured us she would look into our order. After another 10 minutes we hadn't heard anything, so we asked for a manager. At this point we were ready to cancel our order and go somewhere else, but manager Maria came out and told us that she would cancel our transaction and give us food for free. Great, but it took another 5-10 minutes and my burger had no ketchup even though I specifically asked for it. Good thing I grabbed ketchup packets and our food was free, because we had already wasted 45 minutes here. There was only a cook and 1 other person working, he was taking orders, making drinks and ice cream orders and delivering them. We were over charged for two med. blasts. When we asked why it was the price it was, he went back in (with the blasts) bagged and delivered another order then got our blasts again and came back out. He could not get the register to price our order correctly so he gave us one free (almost free, even for just 1 blast, we were over charged). I just wonder how many people are paying too much and not noticing it. Check your receipts and especially your tax amount. read more
