It's not quite updated on the outside look.. could use a little cleaning to the outside even signs had smears on it [pic] Ordered got my drink first, full of ice [I know because I got just a drink several days before that, took it home and had maybe 1/4 of the large cup with the actual drink when i removed ice]. I requested that I get less ice because " paying for the drink, not the ice" then she told me price, I handed her card and she had another "annoyed look" thrn sided my card in the outside thingy.. which I didn't see .. I got my good minutes later. looked okay upon opening.. tasted a tater tot first.. was like baked tots instead of fried. But, I knew it was fried as it was oily and had the taste of different things.. so that tells me they used the fryer for everything and maybe don't clean it our... ain't no way that the oil was changed, tasting like it did.. The "manager" came out looking unkempt in his joggers, looking like he just rolled out of bed... he was hiding behind the wall listening to the convo and commences to say he was busy on a call with corporate.. I addressed his staff service, his food taste and presentation, and made a suggestion, but he was obviously offended.. I was offended by the entire my visit!! I ordered Ice Tea and it had to much ice and I finished it in two gulps and they do not give refills. It also tasted more like water than tea. I also noticed less Chile cheese on my Clooney dog. To much bread and not enough cheese on my grill cheese sandwich. read more

The orders are never right, the staff is under trained and today I have my first, but my husbands 3rd unprofessional encounter with the racist manager Cory. Who not only was unprofessional, but told my husband there is always a problem with him knowing that they always have a problem with the app it self with everyone. How are you going to blame my husband for something out of his control. Then clear our order and still charge me and not give me our food. Then tells us to basically fuck off and we are banned because he doesn't know how to keep it professional nor return my money. I have a video of him running away back into the Sonic after talking trash and to try to avoid me recording his unprofessionalism. Not only will I be reporting this to Roy, but also corporate and if I get the video with press charges for a hate crime. I never have this problem with the Sonic on Pacific. Don't go here. I love the foot long Coney! So, the service is the best! These employees go above and beyond. They are very polite and the service is one of the best experiences I have ever had! Our order was incorrect and they did it on purpose. We had ordered tater tots with the meal. Order was prompt. Before we pulled away from the window we checked our bag. No tots, French fries instead. So I tapped on the window to.get his attention and told.him we were sans tots. He said.he was sorry and took the bag. Popped his head back out saying it would be a few minutes while they cooked them. Sonics opened the second location on the west side of Yuma AZ. Great news for those who didn't want to make the commute across town. The burgers and dogs are good (not the best) still they offer a decent selection. Definitely get tater tots over fries. I love the SLUSHIES! Normally when we want food late at night sonic is our last choice but today we had no other choice and I am very glad that we did come. Emma was so friendly and so polite it made me want to come back. As long as I was working there we will be coming back. We even tipped her all of the cash we had on us because she was so polite. Worst experience ever! Got there around 7:30pm. There was only 3 other cars in the stalls so we were the fourth one. Place our order. 2 shakes, a pretzel and a 3 piece cinnasnack. 7:50pm still no order. By this time other cars pull into the stalls. Car next to us orders and 10 mins later they get their food. Push the button to find out where our order is. Guy says oh wait your order is right here. 8:15 still no order. Push the button again Guy says manager will be out to talk to you. Wait I don't want the manager I want my order. Manager comes out and says what can I do for you. "Uh my order" he says what did you order 2 shakes. If you have little kids you know why this a horrible situation. Wet already waited over 10 minutes and they would need to charge me the difference so we just left because who knows how long that would take. Sonic is a pretty good fast food chain. I've noticed they've changed their menu, and are slowly introducing their "old" stuff as new. Not enough great things to say about Sonic. I love this fast food company. It has amazing food and a variety of drinks and shakes. I am never disappointed. There ocean water is amazing and all the shakes are too. The service there is great too. I love the pull in slots but it also has drive through which is awesome. read more
