Excellent installers…read more This review is a little late since the install was about 3 years ago. But I've had no issues and so I decided to give a review. I requested to install an 85" TV in the living room with a Sonos sound bar and separate wireless subwoofer. I also bought a PS5 and asked them to install and route the wires. I asked for high quality wires that can handle 4K or higher and they made sure of it and showed me the box/manufacturer of the cables. I did buy an expensive TV mount but they told me that I would be better off buying a cheaper cost mount that extended better and recommended me one from Walmart. They weren't wrong. So I returned the expensive one. I appreciate their expertise and recommendation. They knew that I was very picky on installation details, routing wiring (especially hiding visible wires), mounting location and they did an excellent job. I would definitely hire them again.

The soundbar that Patrick installed last year stopped working the other day, after some obscure…read moremessage about HDMI flashed across my LG TV screen (too quick to read.) It wouldn't start along with the TV and the sound was coming from the TV's speakers, not the soundbar. Patrick walked me through a way to reconnect the bar to the TV and then helped me to re-enable HDMI ARC on the TV's settings and- voila! - sound through the soundbar again. All this over the phone, too! Great service, again. I will certainly call Patrick for future audio needs!

Upon sizing up the existing mount and the height of the TV above the mantel, they made a reco to change the mount to a motorized mantel mount and to wait for that to come in before moving forward. This was 100% the right call and I appreciate that Jerrick was more focused on doing what was right for the space and the home than completing a job in that same day. They installed this mantel mount yesterday and it's a game changer. I had never heard of this type of mount and it completely changes the TV viewing experience compared to regular mounts. We had an initial consultation which they credit back to you if you have the work done and then we made our choices with tons of guidance based on our budget and needs. The team came on the day of install and they were clean, professional, knowledgeable and just plain good guys. We had one little hiccup after they left and they immediately came back and fixed it. We started with Quincy in the store to pick out the TV and eventually started working with Alex for the entire set up and he sticks with you through everything until the very end, even follow ups. He's easy to get a hold of and responds directly. Lloyd came to do the once over for install and the guys who came to do the work were Desmond and Alan.
