Do NOT waste your time and money with this company…read more We spent tens of thousands of dollars to have Bravas build out our entire home AV setup during renovation, only to have them: install outdated technology that now needs to be updated (not even three years later); install access points that were poorly thought out, resulting in dead zones within our home; and, worst of all (and as others have noted), provide ZERO customer service. We've been waiting over six weeks to respond to our recent outreach to have them address these issues and update our technology to increase bandwith, but can't get anyone on the phone or to respond to an email. Thankfully, we found a local company that is extremely responsive and actually knows what they are doing. I can't overstate how disappointed we are with Bravas and wished we had worked with a different company before spending so much money. We've learned our lesson; I'm writing this review to spare others.

We had an issue with our alarm from early morning(4am) text messages that went out to my wife and I, as well as everyone on our emergency contact list. The text says something like Trbl zone 209....looking into it, it seems we have a zone fault: most likely a dead battery on one of our sensors. So I obviously call ABS and find out that Doug has sold the company. The new company cannot find my account anywhere after multiple calls. I finally tell them that I am an ABS customer for more than 20 years and from what I heard Doug sold the company, all the sudden they know what file to look under. I am promised a callback. This happens five different times after complaints. I finally really do get a call back promise. That never happened. I called back again and complain and say this is the fifth time I've called the lady apologizes and says somebody will call me back and tells me that they are looking into my alarm and when they come out I will need to sign a three-year contract to fix the problem. I have been a customer with you for probably close to 30 years so that is the dumbest thing you could tell me, that statement alone lost my business. If you want to come out and fix a two dollar battery on a sensor and make me sign a three-year contract I will now look for a new monitoring company. You should've spent the two dollars and I would've been a customer for another 30 years your loss.

I had my central vacuum replaced yesterday per one of the motors was not functioning. I also…read moreneeded repair to the three inlets in the house. This cost close to $700 dollars! They didn't test my hose or check to make sure my equipment worked. Also they changed only 2 of the inlets in the house and the quote was for 3 inlets. And now I have 2 white covers and one brass inlet in the house. Also the old brass outlet cover closes slowly instead of quickly like the new white covers. One of the white inlets the cap to the screw broke off and he didn't bother to change it and said it will work just fine. I had some questions about my systems equipment and I could tell he didn't want to take the time with me. What a difference from working with Denise who is now retired. I have called 2 days so far and no return call back. If they call soon and come back to do the job right I'll revise this one star I gave them. Sometimes I think cause I'm a older single woman they can just do half ass work. I wasn't even given a walk through when they were done. I did a quick one as I could see he was leaving. This is an update: they never came back. When they were here I stayed out of their way and was respectful of them. I didn't get it in return.
