Got two locks at our house replaced on a Saturday morning. I initially sent out a request for quotes to re-key our locks to various locksmiths on Yelp. Eli responded promptly to my request and the questions that I had after that. His quote seemed the most reasonable, so we decided to go with him. Eli called me a few minutes in advance on the day of to confirm our appointment and to also inform me that he was running late from a previous appointment. He was efficient at re-keying our locks. He encountered a bit of a problem with our main door lock, it was a knock off brand and there was something wrong with the mechanism. While he doesn't service non brand locks, he did try some WD 40 and tried to see if he could see the problem or even stop it from getting stuck every now and then. He explained what the problem was and provided recommendations for how we could resolve this. He ended up spending a little more time on our locks than expected. It was good and professional service, we would definitely use him again for our locksmith needs in the future. read more

Called listed number about replacement key fob for 2006 ES330. Was told he'll call back with price. Received call next day and price was acceptable. Made arrangement to met at his "location" on way home after work to save from fee charged for coming to me. Took longer than expected to get key cut since I didn't have the key code and it took a while for the software to recognize/generate the key code. Once the key was cut, programming was quick. I was so excited to get a working backup key and just as I was about to leave, Eli told me that there's 90 days warranty on the key. Easy to work with and talk to. I highly recommend! read more

Called them for a lockout. Going by the good reviews, when they told me they will be sending someone out, I didn't ask to be connected to the technician and that's a mistake I did. Ended up paying $145 for a lockout (this was actually a 10 mins thing) and listened to language such as 'kiss up to you' with my family right next in a car. When I asked the guy to watch his language, he asked me to 'not overreact'. Just for reference - after he had left my home, I got another quote for $75 from 24/7. Another locksmith had given me a rough quote of $60. Extremely bad experience! You took advantage of the situation and you got your money, but you will not get my business again. read more
