Overall, the service is good. Staff is friendly, quick, and I like that you can see them vacuuming (if you select that service) in case you forgot to remove something valuable from the car. They also offer just the exterior wash if you choose. Only downside is tires. Those never seem to get too clean during the wash through the machine. I had mold in my car floor carpet on the drivers and passenger side, due to moisture being trapped in a closed space for a long time. I purchased carpet shampoo service at the Car Wash. I didn't expect the mold to be completely removed. The guy worked hard and skillfully and was able to remove ALL the mold in the floor carpet including the tough stains on the drivers' side. While the staff is very friendly, the car wash is subpar and damages vehicles. To make matters worse, the owner is unprofessional, unkind, and doesn't take responsibility for errors. My Mazda 3 came out of their shop with minor scratches all over and a major scratch on the bumper that was not there prior. In addition, they damaged my window tinting, requiring a 250-dollar repair. When confronted, the owner denied that they caused the scratching, even when I presented photo evidence that the car was not scratched before bringing it to them. When I pressed, the owner started to yell at me and eventually decided to exit the conversation and simply leave the premises. I would not recommend going to this shop and I feel for the employees who have to deal with the owner. read more

The seats were still covered in crumbs and the floor was still super dirty. it's like they were trying not to clean my car. the exterior wasn't much better. I paid for the premium $40 car wash with all the bells and whistles only to get the basic minimum effort service. The package I paid for was supposed to include inside and outside cleaning but upon entering my car, the entire car and dashboard were still still dusty, there was trash on the floor and the mats were not vacuumed. I paid for the tire shine premium option when I checked my car right after the was it was still dirty, not shiny. There was also debris all over the windows and handles of the car. No extra wax was included at all, no one said anything and we were just rushed out. This place is horrible, do not recommend at all. read more

Went for a Super Kleen Car detail. Had an appointment and they were ready for me when I got there. Said it might take 2 hours, but they were done in about 1.5. They did an excellent job cleaning the car inside and outside! I am kind of fussy about keeping my car clean and these guys met and exceeded my expectations. First thing that popped out was how well the leather seats were conditioned. Everything else was better than good too! It was definitely a good value for the dollars spent! read more

This place damaged my car, refused to own up to it and then the nasty awful staff in the front started yelling at me (really?!?!?) when I parked my car so I could go talk to the manager. It's worth noting that I did not block anyone in when I parked out front and there was NOWHERE ELSE TO PARK. I will be getting my car repaired and sending them a bill for the damage. Mediocre at best! For $27 you would expect a clean car but mine looks like it went through a little gas station car wash but worse! But let me back up & start at the beginning... First (& last) time I have ever been here. Drove up & was approached by someone with a picture book - nothing said - just a book presented to me. This was to pick out my wash, which I did & then I waited. Still nothing spoken/explained/communicated. So I go out of the car, after watching others, was given a receipt, and I went to go pay. I waited & waited & finally I saw someone at the cashier. Her only words spoken were "sign here". Yep... WOW! Then 10 minuets later she said "black car" & I proceeded outside. I went to the end of the wash & the employees just stared at me. I waited & waited & they finally pointed so I figured I needed to go to the other side. I saw my car sitting there running & again, no one spoke - I was ignored. Finally after 5 minutes the same guy that presented the picture book saw me & told me to drive the car through the wash. I'm sorry, don't you think it would make sense to explain to the customer what they need to do because not all carwashes are the same - some are self-service & others take your car through for you - but nothing was said, just a picture book presented!!! You get my point. So I get In my car and drive it up to where the wash begins and again nothing is said to me, the employee simply points to tell me what to do. My car goes through & at the end another employee points for me to pull over. This is where they at best attempt to dry my car with chamois cloths. The end result - not a word was spoken or communicated, my windows are streaked, there's spots from the wax & water that didn't get dried, dirt all over my car, doesn't look like they really touched my interior other than vacuuming even though this is the service I paid for. Pretty crappy in my book, and a waist of time & money. Either hire employees that want to be there & can communicate or don't bother offering your services.The only reason I gave a star at all is because A) there is no other option B) I didn't personally have to hose off my car... Good clean for what you pay, great customer service, and quick experience. After trekking up I-95 during the January 2022 snow disaster, my car really needed a cleaning. Seems like DC only has super expensive car detailing options though, but I found this affordable gem in Falls Church. Good call. I got the basic (cheapest) package for $19, which included an inside vacuum and window/windshield scrubbing in addition to the mechanized car wash. My car was full of stuff but they moved it around carefully with my permission to vacuum every spot. Cleaning (hand scrub and car wash) worked well but left a few soap streaks. I'm not one to write negative reviews, especially during these times, but this was definitively the worst car wash I have ever been to. I wanted to have all of the road salt cleaned off and get the salt off of the underside of the car after all of the snow. After the wash, my car had black drips down the back that no one bothered to wash or clean, and much of the outside was still dirty. I don't expect perfection, but the car was barely cleaner than it was before it was "washed." I also found that the bottoms of the bumpers were still dirty which makes me doubt that the rest of the bottom of the car was cleaned, even though I paid for it. In all, this is not a place you want to take your car. Either save your money and do it yourself or take it to a more reputable establishment. read more

Super happy with the interior cleaning for my Honda CRV! Called ahead and they told me the best time to come in. They were able to take my car right away when I arrived. I purchased the $70 interior cleaning. My car hadn't been cleaned for a LONG time, and I have two small children (and we went on two long road trips this summer-- if you know you know). They told me it'd take about 1.5 hours, so I walked to the shops next door for a coffee and pedicure. They were just finishing up when I got back and driving it through the car wash-- I didn't realize that was included so it felt like a bonus :) It was SO clean inside! Pretty good value for money for NoVA. Their gold wash is $28 and gets you a pretty darn clean interior and exterior. I have a toddler and my car gets pretty dirty in between cleanings. This place does a good job of cleaning the glass, vacuuming the seats and rugs, and giving the dash and sills a good wipe down. There have been times when the attendant didn't power spray enough of the bugs off my front-end and it came out dirty. If you ask politely and show them the dirt they'll just send you through again and spray better. The interior of the store needs some upgrades, but not a big deal. read more

Considering the years of neglect, i can't really complain that the interior of my car didn't sparkle after a $37 cleaning. Getting ready for a big road trip and thought it'd be nice to start with a clean car. I removed all my stuff from the car: glove box was empty, trunk cleared out, door pockets empty... i was ready for some cleaning! The interior cleaning was done by several men in 17 minutes. The floor and seats were well vacuumed, the doors and dash were wiped down (but to clean the dash would have required a little elbow grease), and the windows had been wiped. Then i drove through the wash tunnel, got toweled off (well, the car did; nice job, too), and the tire cleaning took place. I drove home. At home, i noted that the fallen leaf schmutz and bird "presents" on the roof and trunk were too much for the wash tunnel - no one's fault but mine for not washing the car more often. On three points, i was disappointed: --The trunk had not been vacuumed as i assumed it would have. If i'd been driving a hatchback, the back would have been cleaned, so why not the trunk? The trunk was still full of straw (don't ask). I vacuumed it out myself. --The windows had been wiped, but the imprint from a car camera holder and flag ornament were still there - not even passed over by the cleaning rag (i said i removed everything from the car before cleaning, right?) and the rear window was so bad it was hard to see through when the sun hit the smears. --The wheel cleaning didn't look like anything had been done - again, was the grim so bad that a squirt and a wipe wouldn't clean it? The guy took the keys, and asked me to wait. I waited all but 15 minutes, and saw my car looking bright and clean from the inside, the washing powder had vanished, my rubber mats were clean and dirt free, the dashboard had been wiped, and the seats were as good as new! So now with great trepidation, I parked myself at the mouth of the seemingly claustrophobic tunnel for an auto car wash, within 5 minutes, my car came out cleaned an waxed! 4 very sturdy looking guys, then gave it a quick drying up, and there was my baby... squeaky clean, shining bright and smelling awesome! :) :) I so love this place! THEY SHOULD GET NO STARTS!!! This place is AWFUL! I was there on Sunday (06/05) gave my keys to one of the employees. The wash was taking forever so I stepped out to see what is going on and I fund the Manager, MR Lee trying to GLUE my rear-view mirror, that they broke, back on the windshield without even telling me anything first! So then he says that they are trying to fix it for the mean time so I can leave and to provide my info to make arrangements and get it fixed. I send the estimate as I was asked and the next day I get a voicemail from someone else, letting me know that they will not cover the expenses for the repair, but they do want to give me a detailed car wash for the trouble valued at $350. The replacement of the windshield is $1500!!! How do you take responsibility and then take it back? I tried to call and emailed the guy many times, he wouldn't even take the calls and kept referring me to another manger who agreed that they needed to pay and asked me to call Mr Lee and talk to him directly. Today, he cowardly said that he was not going to be responsible for it, denied the fact that I was never told that my car was damaged until I saw HIM trying to glue the mirror back. I am appalled by their lack of customer service. I will report them to the Best Business Bureau and I encourage other who have had a bad experience with them to do the same. First time at this place. Loved it. They dod a really good job inside and out. My car looks brand new after the wash. Their service is also top class. My only suggestion would be they missed few dirty spots inside the car, but when i pointed it out they cleaned it without any difficulties. Would definitely come back. I've been here a few times for exterior washes. They were fine, but I don't know if I ever really paid attention. Today, I purchased the $29 interior and exterior wash. I pulled my kids out of the van. I had already unloaded the van of all trash, toys, and anything else that could possible get in their way. When I got home and started getting my kids out, I noticed that the exterior was definitely still dirty. Then I looked more carefully to find I was not happy with the inside either. The price is pretty steep for what you get. I ordered the Basic car wash. Really, I wanted the inside vacuumed, but there wasn't an option for just that (I know, there rarely ever is with car washes). In any case, after I drove my car through the wash. Two people dried it when I came out. The rags they used were wet, leaving streaks on the car and glass. The rims of the tires still had dirt on them. I noticed drip marks when I got home.
