Here's Iris chillin in our back yard

We love love Sonoma Backyard! Looks so wonderful we expected it to be pricy, but actually found our most affordable hot tub here. Yep looking for a small one we picked the Iris model. It's awesome. The staff were so kind with my many questions buying style. And so knowledgeable! They gave us everything we needed to get going including incredibly kind patient happy delivery/set up team and a wonderful recommendation for an excellent electrician very knowledgeable about hot tub needs. We are so happy and grateful AND so much more relaxed and healthy. Seriously tho we shopped all over the county and met many bored sales guys. Who tried to upgrade our budgets and desires. Not here tho. They still happily take our post purchase random calls. Oh! I even forgot we had to have a service for a minor repair that we beautifully and quick. Nice nice team.

Stephen, Louis and Thomas made our family's dream come true. They were supportive and responsive throughout the process: from Stephen who showed me pool designs and was always a phone call or text away, to Thomas who made sure things started on the right foot to Louis who managed the project to completion. The entire team, including Chuy, Art and Patric, who plastered, filled and maintain our pool, respectively, are genuinely wonderful people. For such a large investment, it's reassuring to work with a great company. Can't say how delighted and grateful we are for our pool and spa. What a great summer it has been for our family and friends. And to many more!

Go see Gabe! When I originally came in, I was ignored by the other staff member on the floor. Gabe was on the phone in his office, and after I browsed the floor and was headed out the door since no one seemed to help me, he ran out of his office apologizing that he was stuck on the phone and helped me (the other guy was still ignoring me, so weird). Gabe is a straight shooter, and so am I so I appreciate that. Quick and to the point, got me quotes right away. Super fast experience and I have nothing negative to say. Give this guy a raise. We love our hot tub, thank you Gabe!

    Swim Spa/Hot Tub

Fantastic products support after the sale! We have had our swim spa now for four years and absolutely love it! We use it to swim against the current with the harness attachment and the exercise equipment accessories are awesome with a lot of videos available on YouTube to refer to for a complete workout. We keep it at 87 degrees for swimming in the morning and then crank it up to 102 degrees for the evening or weekend hot tub! The retractable cover works great at maintains the temp too! A few weeks ago we ran into a problem where all of our interior lights failed and we called SBY to schedule a Technician to try and come out and solve the issue. It seemed like gloom and doom as there were minimal options if he could not get the lights to work. His care and devotion really paid off as he was able to bypass the problem area and re-configure the wire to make the lights work without having to purchase a complete lighting system which would've cost several thousand dollars and instead we were just charge for an hour and a half of labor! They are also great even for the smallest thing like a broken knob that they referred us to another competitor even to find because they were out of them.

TL;DR - Amazing experience. If you are in the market for a desk chair in the Bay Area, it is worth…read morethe drive to Rohnert Park for first class service and value. Longer version: I work at least a 40 hour work week from my home office (in addition to other work commitments). So WFH is a very real role that I have equipped the home office for - dual wide-screen monitors, standing desk, studio monitoring for audio, the real deal. What has been lacking is my desk chair: an older tired off-brand that just gets by. A far cry from the Herman Miller Aeron I enjoy at my work office in Kentfield. So when the home chair finally broke (the back height adjustment won't stay), it was time to start internet-shopping. I looked at Branch, Autonomous, Madison Seating, Hinomi...and of course that quickly led to being served up all sorts of brands I'd never heard of. This led to countless YouTube "expert" recommendations and the like. Isn't this the way of all shopping online these days? Finally too confused, I happened by chance to be in Rohnert Park one weekend (my wife and I were going to a concert at Sonoma State), and saw the Office Furniture Interiors & Design store early Sunday evening. They were closed, but I saw through the window they had several of the models that came really highly recommended online...the Haworth Fern, the Steelcase Gesture, the Herman Miller Embody...and several of the Aerons (that I already use at work, see above). I finally called them a few weeks later. Benjamin answered the phone (I think he's the owner) and we had a wonderful phone conversation - intelligent, professional, insightful - and I find out this company provides the chairs for my employer (!), and odds are the Aeron I'm sitting in at work was probably purchased from these guys. The next week I drive all the way up to Rohnert Park and end up being greeted by Benjamin. He then spends the better part of an hour with me, helping locate the best choices for my needs, recommending I stay with particular brands for very sensible reasons, and helps me narrow down my choices. Truth be told, all of these top of the line chairs feel different from each other, significantly so. There really isn't a way to ensure you're making the best choice without spending time sitting in them. Benjamin explained all of the options and adjustments in great detail, for each chair, and then let me spend time sitting and adjusting, rocking and tweaking, and getting used to each. Just the right balance of expert advice, complete product information, and let-you-do-you spend some quality time. I ended up going with a Herman Miller Embody chair (at a great price), and could not be happier. I may sound like a shill, but I know that the chair you spend so many hours working in can change your life - for better or worse. If you're in the market for a WFH chair, really looking to upgrade the "cockpit", you ought to consider making the trek up to Rohnert Park. You won't regret it.

I purchased a $5,000 used privacy booth from these guys, which they were advertising on craigslist. Benjamin, the CEO of the company, assured me in writing that it was used but in "excellent" condition. When they delivered and assembled the unit, I realized that it had been not-so-gently used by its former owner--the floor was dented and marked up, the door was hanging on it crooked, the plexiglass top was scratched, and there was old adhesive all over the outside of it. I felt disappointed about this, and decided to let Benjamin know that he had grossly misrepresented the condition of the unit. Rather than apologizing or doing anything to make it right, Benjamin decided to attempt to gaslight me--telling me that he had sent photos and invited me to the showroom to see the unit. At this point, I was feeling insulted, with a hint of righteous anger, so I called him on the lie--neither of us had any record of photos sent, or invitations to the showroom. Benjamin then copped to it--he DID say it was in excellent condition, he DIDN'T send photos, the unit IS missing the floor mat (which I assume is important to it serving its purpose as a sound-dampening privacy booth), and the plexiglass top IS damaged. He offered to send me a new top and a floor mat. I accepted this solution, because frankly, I was over it, and him. It's been two weeks now, I've followed up several times about the new top and floor mat, and it appears that Benjamin has decided to ghost me. I'm a small business owner who was trying to support another local business, and re-use furniture instead of buying new stuff. Had I known that these guys were willing to lie and lie again just to make an extra buck, I would have just gotten it new. What's the saying? No good deed? Not sure how they got all these amazing reviews on here, but I would not recommend doing business with Benjamin and Office Furniture Interiors & Design.

The place seemed a bit run down and very different from photos other Yelpers posted 3+ yrs ago. We walked around for a good 20 minutes, no one was there or came out to help us. The prices on everything had faded. Finally I heard a radio sound coming from the office and I went in and asked the guy if he could help us. He came out, plugged the fountains into the electric socket and went back into his office, lol. So this time we looked at the fountains that were working. A few under the roof still had legible price tags but I couldn't understand why 2 fountains of the same size varied in price so much. Unfortunately the gentleman working there didn't speak much English. I ended up buying a small fountain and I got my sister a pretty turquoise bird bath which I got a good price for since the glaze was peeling. My fountain makes more of a clopping sound when water goes through that's why I put stones. Maybe that's why some of the same fountains were more expensive, the cut outs are a little different as these seem hand made and they make different waterfall sounds. It was hard to tell when they were all on at the place. But I'm happy with my little fountain.
