The original installer (who they no longer use) could not install the blinds properly due to a defect in manufacturing that took place in manufacturing. The product was re-ordered by Tom with a priority on getting the blinds to us ASAP. And it was Tom who came to our home to install them. You cannot get this kind of personalized customer service from the Big Box stores. We will be returning with any window fashion needs.
