It didn't used to be this way under former ownership. Fantastic! At this busy roundabout of 121/12, I filled up at a price $0.15 less per gallon than the cheapest station in San Francisco. I didn't get just a few gallons but filled up a nearly empty tank. All the pumps are new, fast-filling with software that's up-to-date. Clean water and squeegees to wipe your windshield and hand sanitizer and paper wipes, too. Excellence, highly recommend!

But the young girl with glasses at the register was more interested in continuing her stupid conversation about Taco Bell and guacamole then helping ring me up so I can be on my way. I had just purchased one a few days prior, but they said it was defective, and they would return it for me and replace it. It's possible right? I told them I needed a diagnostic and that the battery was new. They never ran the diagnostic, but instead charged me over $200.00 for getting another battery and putting it in. I could have, (and previously did), done that myself. Meanwhile, my car continued to have starting problems because they did not take the time to find out what the real problem was. I was driving around Sonoma, and decided to get some gas and use the restroom. So I hook my pump, and the food mart doors are locked. Some locals told me this is normal, and they don't know why it's shutdown in the daytime. Okay, I would expect this at 10pm, but not at 4pm on a Tuesday. It was near 88*F, and I think they could of been selling alot of cold drinks. After a few minutes, we all decided it's not worth waiting. If you have to take a break, you put a sign in the window and tell customers. Chevron is top tier gas, and it's not cheap. Customers should expect far better service than this. You need to hire more staff and be open for business. At this Chevron, the gas pumps work.....but don't expect anything else.
