3 1/2 stars. 20 beers on tap, but no stouts and one porter. Very limited seating inside, but plenty outside in the breezeway. No good served, but plenty of places nearby to get food delivery. $9 for a pour is more expensive then I have ever paid at a taproom. The also have wine and a few canned beers in the fridge. Cool building with some neat wall decor.

We were on vacation, walking up and down Washington Street checking out antique shops and we happened upon this super cool taproom. When we got there it was about 5, the place was mostly empty, and the beer tender (Jeffery I think, I hope) was happy to talk to us about everything they had to offer. He recommended a seltzer from Crow & Wolf and we got to reveal we were extremely familiar with it as it's made in the town we live in. After that we were fast friends & once we learned open mic was happening later in the evening, we decided to stop our shopping and just enjoy some good beer and good vibes for the rest of the evening. When we got hungry, Jeffery recommended a pizza place up the road and kept a spot waiting for us when we came back. It was an awesome evening just listening to all the talented musicians at the open mic, enjoying their very good selection of beer, and having our fill of pizza. If I lived in this town, I think I'd be there every other week.

Friendly staff, good beer choices, perfect patio area to relax and enjoy the sun! Bartender had a few recs of things to do around town! Loved it!

Absolutely LOVE this place! Been there 3 times and every time the bartenders are extremely friendly! They are so so happy! What is that! Why can't all bartenders be like that! The beer is really really good and the help there does a good job describing them! You can sit outside in the nice ally full of lights and tables and happy people! We will alway stop and have a few beers here when we are in town!

The bartender, Tianna, who I will say is awesome, suggested to me this Hazy IPA, which was delicious.

The bar is impressive and a great way to be greeted. There is seating available if you want to grab a bite to eat while you indulge in a handcrafted cocktail. The entrance leads to an amazing outdoor area with a courtyard, lots of seating and more bar areas. There is an upstairs area that has views of Sonora, but also overlooks the outdoor area which is great for people watching. The Armory is family and dog friendly and it was great to see families and their fur babies enjoying the relaxing atmosphere. The menu has great appetizers to share, salads and bowls, tacos, sandwiches, and satisfying pastas + a delicious short rib plate. The drink menu is extensive - they have an impressive variety of barrel-aged bourbons, Irish whiskeys, scotch, rye, tequila, and mezcal and quite the selection of beers on tap, in bottles, and in cans. The wine list will have something for everyone. And the cocktails all looked amazing! We had the smoked pork nachos, ahi poke bowl, and the Rodeo Burger. Everything was tasty and came out quickly. The Armory is a must try!

I did not try it when they first opened as the demand at the new restaurant was always lines and waits. However this has quickly become one of our favorite places. They have all you can eat at dinner time for roughly $20/person. For lunch you get a one time go, rice, pot stickers (soup for dine in) and a drink for the same amount. The staff is super attentive; they quickly find out if you will be dining in or taking it to go so they can set you up a table. The produce is very fresh and they are constantly filling up the self service bar. During busy times their staff is constantly cleaning up the bar area where you fill your bowls with meats & veggies as well as the sauce bar. This place is well maintained. There are quite a few tables inside with informational signage around the dining area. They have restrooms available for customers. When you dine in, the staff is attentive to remove empty bowls/plates and filling your drinks. This was our first meal of the New Year - and it was delicious. Our lunch meals were such great portions we had enough for lunch on New Years and the day after.

There was one bowl in front of me so I'm not sure why it took so long. They definitely make their money by limiting the acye. The food was fresh and good but don't expect multiple bowls unless you are willing to sit there for two hours. The tables were a little dirty and the "appetizers" left something to be desired. It is wonton chips, a single potsticker, and white rice. It is good for the price but room for improvement

Last night my bestfriend & I decided to meet up at the Peppery for dinner. I arrived first and went in to get a table for the two of us. I was waiting in the entry area behind the "Please Wait to be Seated" sign. As I waited another party arrived and was waiting beside me. One of the servers came over walked past me and asked them for how many and took them to be seated. Interesting for me seeing as I had been standing there for a few minutes before they entered the restaurant, while servers walked passed me & those near the bar area made eye contact and went back to their duties. Another couple then came into the restaurant and were waiting beside me to be seated, a different server emerged and started walking towards us, she then asked if I had already been helped and got me seated at a table and got menus & drinks while I waited for my friend to arrive. Once she arrived our server got her drink order and checked to see if we need anything while we look over the menu. We noticed they have an updated menu with all the same favorites. My friend ordered the Angel Hair Pasta w/ Italian Sausage with a cup of soup to start, and I ordered the Garlic Roasted Ribeye with Jalapeno Cheddar Mashed Potatoes & Seasonal Veggies with a house salad to start. The food was good not quite as good as I had anticipated. My friends pasta was over sauced, too much sauce for the amount of pasta. My steak had too much demi glaze on it; I did wipe most of it off and I will order it on the side next time. My steak was cooked slightly under what I requested but still good. We were so stuffed that we did not even want to look at the dessert menu. I probably will go back, but I will wait a bit before we return.

They didnt have a printed kids menu but he helped my kids choose their food. We got ourselves some food and drinks as well. Everything came out fairly quickly. 1. The fancy fondue was very yummy. It came with toasted sourdough bread. 2. Garlic bread was also good. We dipped that into the fondue once we were done with the sourdough. It enhanced the taste further. 3. Kids loved the pepperoni pizza and fish & chips. 4. Our server also accommodated our request for a half and half garlic chicken pizza with no meat on one side. The pizza came out great. We didnt even leave the edges 5. For drinks we got the old fashioned and birthday cake which were both great. Will definitely be back here if in the area.
