I had a very frustrating experience with this dealership that ultimately came down to being provided inaccurate information and then having that dismissed as a "miscommunication." Earlier this week, I communicated directly with a sales associate and confirmed a specific price for a vehicle multiple times via text. I was very intentional about clarifying the price to avoid any confusion before making the trip. Based on those confirmations, I left work early to move forward with the purchase. When I arrived, the price presented was not what had been clearly agreed to. I immediately provided screenshots showing the exact price that had been confirmed in writing. Despite this, the dealership did not honor the quoted price. What was most concerning was the response from management. Rather than acknowledging that incorrect information had been provided, the situation was repeatedly described as a "miscommunication" or "confusion." However, when a price is clearly stated, confirmed multiple times, and documented in writing, it is not a misunderstanding--it is simply inaccurate information being given to a customer. I took extra steps to verify everything ahead of time specifically to avoid this situation, yet still ended up wasting time, leaving work unnecessarily, and being presented with different terms upon arrival. Transparency and accountability matter in a purchase of this size. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this dealership get all details in writing and be prepared to verify everything again before showing up.

Thank you Braden for your excellent customer service today. I am so glad my brakes were replaced today and thank you for honoring the nurses discount.

Air conditioner went out so we went there with no appointment. We heard back within reasonable time to allow us to make a decision.

First, I have to start by saying I was unaware of the 2 separate facilities. One where appointments…read moreare scheduled and the other first come first served. When I placed my call, I was directed to the latter. So, I took my vehicle in early on the morning of Tuesday, 14 March, for a tune up and AC repair. I was told that the repair person did not report in until 10am and offered a ride to my home which I accepted. The only message I received that day was a text which stated my vehicle was at the facility for repair. When I hadn't heard anything by noon, I called and left a message. No one called me back. So needless to say, my vehicle was not going to be ready on Tuesday. I called repeatedly on Wednesday and was finally told the young lady who had my paperwork was out due to a family emergency and would not return until Friday. The gentleman I spoke with (who was a repair person and was able to find my paperwork on a desk) informed me there was a back log and there were several vehicles before mine. I was not informed of this before I left my vehicle. Had I known, I would not have left it because I only have one vehicle and many daily responsibilities. This was a great inconvenience to me as there were no loaner vehicles available so I had to borrow my neighbors' vehicle. Communication is key. The office should still be able to function irrespective of one person being out. I did not receive any updates until it was almost time to retrieve my vehicle on Friday, 17 March. I did not receive the quality customer care I expected especially for the amount of money I had to pay to get my vehicle repaired. Also, I know my vehicle is in need of inside detailing, but that was no reason for whomever entered it to carelessly dump the contents of my seat gap filler onto the floor in front of the driver's seat and toss it onto the passenger seat. This was not a great experience for me. I am a 32 year veteran of the Armed Forces and I fully expected better.

What started as simply wanting to buy a car turned into an experience I will truly remember. Baylis -- you were running back and forth in the Georgia heat, doing everything you could to get the car ready. I saw the effort, and I truly appreciate you! Jade -- you were in that office making sure I got everything I wanted and needed, even the smallest, simplest things. I was very close to walking away, but I could see it in your eyes that your intentions were genuine. You truly wanted to help me, and you didn't give up on me. Noah -- you made me feel so comfortable during the test drive. You were patient, answered all my questions as much as you could, and made sure I felt comfortable with the car. That meant a lot to me! Corey -- thank you for being there throughout the process and helping make sure everything came together. Edward -- you were doing EVERYTHING you could with those numbers! I could see you working hard to make the deal happen, and I truly appreciate you. And Jade... YOU DID IT! I cannot even begin to tell you all how special you made me feel. 2026 UPDATE: I wish Google allowed multiple reviews because my 1st experience & review in 2024 with…read morenissan was good, which is why I returned for the buyback program they repeatedly emailed me about. Unfortunately this experience WAS BAD. I'm giving 2 stars because I like the vehicle better than previous 1. However, the overall buying/follow-up experience was extremely frustrating. I dealt with George, as he was my salesperson in 2024. He couldn't be as hands on due to working w/ a customer that was being a tad difficult. He told someone else to help me who was ok but just did not give me the same sincere experience that George did and left. George stepped back in. The deal was completed but communication and attention to detail fell apart. I left without the extra key, manual, a missing floor mat, less than half a tank of gas and a car that had not been cleaned. I was told to return the next day to get those things. When I did, I waited over 40 minutes for George, only to eventually be told he had already left for the day (although they initially told me he was on lunch). Phillip gave some missing items but I knew I'd need to come back for the others. There was also a subsequent uncomfortable experience with Phillip regarding my contact info. I gave him my biz/backup # specifically due to conversation about shooting ranges as I work in LE. He later used that # for unrelated texts & when I didn't respond, contacted my personal #-which I never provided or gave consent to use. That was completely inappropriate & unprofessional. However, I checked him & advised him to never contact me again, he apologized. The "buyout" was a nightmare. I was charged a payment on the previous vehicle because the lender hadn't been updated. There was then a discrepancy over the payoff amount between Nissan and the lender, leaving me with an unexpected balance & additional follow-ups. I didn't expect to have to manage this after being told the old vehicle was being bought out. I was also sold SmartPay, which I ultimately cancelled. The process and timing weren't adequately explained & because it could take several business days for payments to disburse, I was receiving payment alerts from the lender that made it appear my payment hadn't been made. If this is presented as a benefit of the deal, the process should be clearly explained. The biggest issue has been the Ultimate Titanium Package/warranty. I was sold on the coverage/benefits but once I got a flat tire, I discovered NAS had no record of me in their system. After spending over an hour on the phone, submitting my contract and tire documentation, my reimbursement claim was denied because I apparently had not been provided the complete contract. Finance later sent me additional pages, but NAS still said Nissan had not provided the documentation needed to establish coverage. I was also told it can take more than 90 days for membership to appear in their system. I was just short of 90 days but was still told Nissan had not submitted what was needed as they didn't see any documents for me pending. I eventually contacted the manager, Jimmy, on 9/3 after not being able to reach Eric in finance again. He said he'd look into the matter and call me back the next day. That call never happened. I've had to repeatedly call, follow up, & chase down answers myself. Voicemails are full, emails go unanswered, and promised follow-ups don't happen. This is the problem: the lack of follow-through. I shouldn't have to repeatedly contact the dealership to resolve missing items, paperwork issues, warranty coverage, and problems with products/services sold to me during the transaction. This was my first buyback experience, and unfortunately it has been my worst car-buying experience ever. Nissan itself is a decent brand, but my experience with this transaction left me feeling like once the deal was completed, I was on my own. I gave them plenty of opportunities to make things right because my 1st experience was positive. Unfortunately, the follow-up & follow-through have been extremely disappointing.

When we purchased our vehicle, we were only given one key fob. We were told they would "look for the spare" and mail it to us once they found it. In hindsight, that clearly meant they didn't actually have a second key. Unfortunately, when we later lost our primary key fob, we had no backup. Replacing a key fob can cost anywhere from $500-$800, so this is not a small issue. I really wish we had negotiated a lower price or required a second key fob at the time of purchase. Hopefully others can learn from our mistake and avoid being stuck in the same situation.
