He came to rescue us on the side of the highway in our Motorhome/RV. He immediately headed out to us on the roadside on a Saturday evening with no hesitation and full confidence he would work out a solution. Needed to buy a dump trailer. It's been outside of town, but it had quite a few different models…read moreand sizes have dumped trailers. As I was looking at the trailers, a salesman came out to ask me if I needed help. I told him that I was looking for a 5 x 10 trailer. They had one on the lot. It actually looked used. It had dents and scratches inside, pretty dirty and no spare tire. I asked him if the trailer was used he said no that when the beds are shipped, as they stack a lot of stuff in them like tires and other trailer beds and so they get banged up. That's just the way it was.... Of course, when asking about the spare tire, he said it was $200 extra. The one thing he did tell me is since it was the last trailer this size, to go online and put a dollar down and it will hold the trailer for a week. So I did this. That gave me some time to shop around. While shopping around, I was able to locate the exact same trailer size, with a spare tire, tarp, spreader, for about $1000 less. So friendly and helpful but kind of gave me a used car sales type of feeling.

I called when they first opened and left a message which was promptly returned. JD was going to be…read morein the campground for a service call and agreed to come by . I was concerned because I could smell propane especially when driving . I'd did a thorough test of all my lines and the propane tank in my Skoolie bus. It came up with nothing. Then I asked about a couple leaks on the roof of my bus. He went up and then asked if I felt comfortable enough to come up so he could show me what needed to be done. He was slammed all day so he couldn't. I very much appreciated him squeezing me in and seeing g about another issue at the same time. When I left the park, the rotten egg smell was there again. I ended up turning around and going directly to his shop. He went next door to a mechanic there that he knew and that mechanic came out, crawled under the front of my bus and said from what he could tell there was some diesel leaking at the filter. He couldn't do the job as he too was so busy. I was happy that we were getting g closer to understanding where the written egg smell was coming from. My next step is a diesel mechanic. Further investigation online, I am relieved it's not in my head but something under the hood. My next review will be the repair on my sweet bus!! Both men took time out of their busy day to look and I was charged 100$ for JDs time but he spent an hour and then another 20 mins at least to call in a mechanic and trouble shoot the problem after realizing it wasn't a propane issue.
