It was no easy task not to mention this new engine had closed cooling so there were all these new parts that the tech was going to have to figure out where to fasten since the boat was not designed for it. They did an AWESOME job. My old engine had a red carbon fiber cowling and the new one had an ugly black one. I didn't ask him to put the old one on the new one, all I said in passing was " man I really love the old red cowling so much better". When I got the boat back they had figured out how to fasten the old cowling on the new and had made custom cut outs so that it would fit and it looks awesome. The boat was super clean when I got it back and all the new parts were bolted on in perfect places and it was so professional looking. Bill and Bob and the other techs were great to work with. My family and I are really excited to be on the water this summer! Thanks Ultimate.

We called backed tuesday when we had heard nothing from them. They told us the same thing. The technician is working on it and it would be done the next day. Wednesday rolled around and we were told they were waiting on a part and that it would be ready that afternoon. Throughout all this, we had to keep calling because noone would ever call us back. We called Wednesday before we closed to find out what was going on, and got the same story. The technician is working on it. The owner went down to talk to the technician, or owner and found out that the part for our truck was never ordered. He ordered the part while the owner was there to make sure it was ordered. We were told it would be ready Thursday morning at 8am. The technician was given my phone number and said he would call me as soon as the truck was ready. It is now Thursday afternoon and we still have no truck. In short, we were told for the last 3 days that our truck would be ready the next day. We have never had anyone call us during these 3 days and still no truck after they have had it for almost 2 weeks. We went to pick the truck up and it would not start. They had also put the splitter on backwards. These guys are not dependable, good mechanics or honest by any stretch of the imagination. I will NEVER take anything back here again. Terrible service.

Jake found a replacement kit that included arms and bushings which saved me some money. Yay They also found the tires had been rotated improperly for an AWD. Observing the types of equipments he used, and his mobile office, it's obvious that he takes pride in his work based on how clean his equipment and neat and organized his mobile office is. He was also conversant and friendly, which made the process less awkward. Best of all, he accommodated my all my questions without sounding or looking annoyed. I had called a few places around town and ZZZ was able to (A) get me in right away, (B) provide a precise quote for what I thought was the issue over the phone and (C) make me feel immediately "safe" with them in that first call. When asking if I wanted refurb or new parts, the price was about $150 difference. I originally said new, but they advised me about the warranty on refurb parts and not to feel scared of it. I appreciated that they didn't just take my money. Once I arrived, I told them about the previous convo at the auto store and they did some diagnostic tests, all while letting me stand there and watch. About 10-15 minutes later and some dusting stuff off they're like...nah you're good. If anything I needed a new battery, but they said even that was in pretty good shape. They offered to install that for me if I wanted, but basically said that I could just go. Since then, my car has been totally fine! A less ethical place could've easily just cheated me, charged for XYZ or installed a new alternator anyway. So they didn't really do work on my car this time, but their honesty 10000% earned my business for the next time a problem arises.

My husband is pretty handy but after several attempts and not getting it to work we decided to pursue a repair service. We specifically chose a mobile repair because nobody wants to hook their trailer up and tow it down to the repair shop. I called several mobile RV repair businesses and Rick was not only the most responsive, but he tried to problem solve the issue with me on the phone before he even came out. When that didn't work we scheduled a time for him to come to the house. I also chose Rick because he could get out to the house within a reasonable amount of time (I think it was 1-2 weeks). Several others told me they didn't have availability for 4+ weeks! Rick also had competitive and fair prices for his service. Once Rick was out here he let my husband support the repair and learn more about the RV, talking him through what he was checking and teaching him along the way. He genuinely cared that my husband learned more about what he was doing. I think that's a huge testament to quality repair workers. Rick solved the fridge mystery, fixed our RV fridge, and we can now use it on propane, the generator, and a home plug-in! We even tested it out on a week long trip and had no problems! After they Ransacked through the car looking for contraband they had D & S Tow it to their place. The tow was 390 dollars the fuel surcharge was 129 dollars. And 53 dollars for storing my vehicle for one day . What a fuel surcharge is, is a mystery to me. Because my gas gauge was still at the same level . Two steps into the bay and I am asked by Jay if he can help. He advised we to go around the building and talk to Crystal who greeted me with a smile. A fun silly man was busting my chops about our Cannabis tour bus from Lyon Pride Music as I busted back, laughing, learning from Crystal he was the owner Scott. Within 10 minutes, 2-3 grease monkeys where on top of our situation as Scott came over for a better understanding on what we are doing on our tour. It was/is my understanding that every worker there loves there job, loves Scott, and help each other as a team. The energy for me was trusting, positive, and sincere. Thank you Scott. After attempting and failing to get our truck dealer to install a gooseneck hitch installed in my pickup, I called a few different trailer dealers. They were all booked up for weeks or months. I needed it before then. I then called Washoe Metal Fab and they were able to get me in the next week. They were busy but worked late, after closing time to get my truck finished. All the employees were friendly, polite and helpful and they did a beautiful job with the hitch. Very pleased all the way around. read more
