I could see how 15 more people than expected can be stressful but when these people are guests at your restaurant and putting money in your pockets the right thing to do is treat them kindly. When something is scheduled in advance, as the owner of the business, Martha you should know how to handle situations without hostility and be able to work under pressure without snapping on your guests. Snapping on the bride and her pregnant friend is pretty horrible service and so disappointing. Thankfully my friend is not easily moved and she was still able to enjoy her night! People, if you want to support a small business, maybe find one that doesn't have multiple reviews about the owner of the place being incredibly rude to her guests.
